Personality: That snarl isn’t just for show- Mel is mean. She doesn’t trust the world or anyone in it not to screw her over, so she’s not going to give it the chance if she can help it. She’s easily provoked to violence and takes great pride in her strength, but won’t hesitate to turn tail from a fight if she realizes she’s outclassed. Looking out for number one outweighs pretty much any other concern for her.

Personality: (Under construction- I can't find where I made notes on his personality before) Luke is… kind of a sucker, to be honest. He’s earnest and sweet, and absolutely, painfully naïve. He doesn’t believe that anyone could ever be out to get him- or anyone else for that matter.

Height: 4’8” (4’10” with her usual shoes of choice) Build: Average- Ashe is quite active, but still has a little extra padding here and there (much to her chagrin- the teenier she is, the easier it is to squeeze herself into odd openings in collapsed buildings)
Personality: Ashe is loud, feisty, and brash- she's not a stranger to saying exactly what she's thinking, at any time. Her sense of humor is also pretty irreverent- if you can't handle a little good-natured ribbing, you probably won't like talking to her much. More than anything, she wants recognition- for her name to be remembered, and long after she's gone from the world.
Likes: Success, Recognition, Loot/Booty/Swag/etc. Dislikes: Plans going awry, People stealing her thunder.
Other Information: Ashe has never known, or been able to find, any members of her birth family. She was taken in by a salvager and started helping out when she was old enough, before she struck out to try and make it on her own.

Obtained: Megaman Mini Event Notes: Cosplay- Megaman ZX Advent; City resident.
Height: 5’5” Build: Thin- Nir has no curves to speak of, and combined with her personality, can be easily mistaken as much younger than she is.
Personality: Nir is bright-eyed and enthusiastic, somewhat naive and easily taken in by grandeur. She's not great at planning ahead or thinking in the long-term, but cares a great deal about people, and wants to fix everything for them- she doesn't quite have enough life experience yet to realize that she can't. Her tendency to be a worrywart and mother hen extends even to those older and more competent than herself- generally whether it’s wanted or not. If Nir knows you, she will worry about you. It’s just how it is.
She is also a robot fangirl.
Likes: Talking (lots), Helping people, learning things, Robots! Dislikes: Feeling useless, People who disregard others.
Other Information: Nir was born and raised far from the City, in a very small rural farming town. Her parents owned and operated the only general store, and she and her older siblings grew up stocking shelves and sweeping floors, and running small errands for the farming families for pocket change. Her siblings, being considerably older, both moved to the City quite a long time ago, and kept in regular contact until a couple years ago when their calls slowly started to dwindle away to nothing. Nir came to the City to find them, though she’s been finding distractions at every turn, and hasn’t made any real progress in her search.
Obtained: Free Citizen Thread Notes: City resident.

((Giveaway thread promptsmile)
It hadn't taken her long at all to realize that something big had happened here.
The first few areas she'd passed through as she entered the city had been little more than rubble and soot, apparently completely deserted, and there had been a long moment as she picked her way through the bits of brick and metal where she had grown very, very worried.
As she continued on though, she'd begun to see signs of at least a little clean up- further past that, some of the buildings had been haphazardly patched up, and she actually glimpsed a person or two peering out of shattered windows, shady though they seemed. Encouraged, she'd hurried along, eyes sharp for the signs of improvement as she went- over this way some of the buildings had power- to her left a corner store had several boarded up windows, but was actually open for business. There were also increasing numbers of people on the streets as the conditions improved, and while they still didn't acknowledge her as they passed, they didn't look and act like vagabonds either.
Even battered as it was though, The City was even grander than she had ever imagined. It was easy to see now, as she finally made her way into an area that actually looked finished, why her siblings hadn't returned home after coming here- it was incredible, all gleaming buildings and lit screens, and fascinating machines scuttling around carrying materials and making repairs and doing who knows what else.
She was actually a little upset that they hadn't told her how amazing it was here. They'd never said much at all about the city itself, now that she thought about it, always brushing off her questions and insisting that they were fine, nothing interesting was happening, and they didn't need the baby of the family being such a mother hen. Then they'd usually end the communication by making irritating clucking noises through their laughter and the static, until she got mad and hung up in a huff.
...It felt like it'd been forever since they’d spoken.
So maybe her plan to find said incommunicado siblings- without any specific idea of where to start- hadn't been the best thought out plan ever. And that was before she'd known that there'd been a disaster of some sort. (They were fine, she was sure. They were quick and clever, and they just hadn't been able to call for so long because they would be busy with rebuilding, or had no power, or something. They were fine.) Having never left the tiny settlement they'd all grown up in until now, it turns out she really had no idea of the sheer scale of a city. But as she looked up again at the cityscape rising all around, awe and excitement shining in her eyes, she thought that it wouldn't really matter how long the search took in the end.
She didn't think she'd be leaving here for a long time anyways.
Height: 5’9” Build: Lean- though he’s a robot and his body shape doesn’t actually have much to do with his strength or prowess, Top is designed to resemble the build of a dancer- appropriate to his ability and fighting style.
Personality: Top is generally an easy-going and social robot master, though admittedly his favorite form of interaction is trying to get people to dance with him (sometimes to their great frustration). He takes his duties very seriously though- despite the fact he's usually performing them with a smile, you'd better believe that he's not going to accept anything less than his best, whatever it is he's been set to do. For that reason, he spends a great deal of time practicing anything he does on a regular basis- his dancing of course, but also determining the best patrol routes through the City, whipping snipers into shape, interacting with the odd citizen for good PR- anything really. When he's given a new task, it tends to consume him to an almost alarming degree, until he feels he's reached an acceptable level of competence.
When things start to go... not so well, however, Top also starts to deal not-so-well. The crappier things are, the worse his mood and behaviour get, until finally he reaches boiling point and explodes into a huge childish temper tantrum. When circumstances improve he's quick to recover and be right back to his usual self, but until that happens he's not a pleasant thing to spend time with in the least.
Extremely rarely, something goes so wrong that he just can't deal, and a large portion of his personality programming just seems to... offline itself for a while. He doesn't talk about it afterwards, and if asked will skirt around the topic, not always very subtly.
Likes: Dancing, Attention, A job well done. Dislikes: Looking stupid (he has no idea, the poor thing xD), People who won't dance *STARES @ PROTO* >8/
Other Information: After the battle with Flashover’s minions, he’s still lacking tires, much to his frustration. He’s looking into better alternatives.
