By now, Sebastian could hear the jeers, the whoops, and the laughter of the people around them... but he didn't really pay it much mind. His arms rested gently around Alison, and he could still feel the sensation of her lips. It had been. Really. Amazing. He couldn't describe it any better. His hands didn't move from around her, and he hugged her, held her closer.
Perhaps later tonight, he'd be appalled at himself that he wasn't able to control himself enough to stop what had happened from happening... but right now, he was riding an emotional roller-coaster unlike anything he'd ever felt. He vaguely recalled back to a book he'd snatched from his father at one point, and something written in it had a very big impact on this entire day.
"Love at first sight." he whispered, mimicking the words written in that book. He said nothing more for a moment, then lifted one hand, and twirled some of her hair around his fingertip - gently so as not to hurt her. "Or... second sight."

Once Alison heard the applause she could feel the heat in her ears. She tried to drown them out and keep this between the two of them. She was not use to being on public display.
IT was unexplainable as to why but she felt a number of things. Among them content and safety. She felt these things when he held her. The entire world could crash and burn at this moment and she'd be just fine. She had him. They had each other. This was an amazing feeling. It was as she read in a book epic.
She leaned her face into the palm of his hand but never broke eye contact. "Love at second site." She grinned. "I like the sound of that." She had read plenty of fairytale in which this type of thing happened. She never expected it to happen to her but here they were. And that was a good sum up of this day. This perfect and wonderful day. She didn't think it could possibly get any better.
"Twitterpated," she giggled." She took one of his hands and laced their hands together. It was a gesture similar to this that had started things rolling earlier. It still amazed her how simple acts could lead to bigger things.

"Completely and totally." Sebastian said, tracing down her cheek with his free hand. "As much as I'd like to... I can't hold you forever... Not... yet, anyway." He leaned forward, and gently kissed her again. "We should go have some... dinner.. We can..." He chuckled very softly. "Come back tomorrow. I need some practice."
He broke away reluctantly, but left his hand in hers until the very last moment possible.

Alison was extremely happy right now. So much so she didn't want the moment to end. A thousand different thoughts were swimming around in her head and they all led back to Sebastian. She sighed softly. "Dinner? Oh yes dinner. Dinner would be lovely." She giggled. Although she was a bit down that they couldn't continue to hold one another she was happy about the fact about going to dinner.
"I really look forward to going swimming with you again tomorrow." She grinned. With a bit of work she folded her wet wings back up against her body and then swam for the both of them back to the edge of the pool.

Sebastian pulled himself up onto the edge of the swimming pool, and crouched there for a moment to drip off, before he stood up, and walked over to one of the lounge-chairs he'd thrown his towel onto before he got into the pool. He took it off the chair, and started to dry himself off... thinking. While he didn't really think anything of it, he had sworn back then. A curse no one really used. What was that all about? Whatever - his mind was wholly involved with Alison at the moment, and the fact that he was going to have her all to himself for two weeks, barring any of Arri's interference... was actually not a bad thought.
He hung the towel around his neck, and went to the men's side of the locker-rooms to get his stuff, and put it back on after he had a brief shower. As he stood there, leaned against the wall and water running down his back, he reached up with one hand to touch his lips. He could still feel her lips on his, how her body had felt in his arms. It stood the hairs on the back of his neck on end - although not from fear.
Once he was finished with his shower, he dried off with the other towel, put both of them in the laundry-chute on the wall for such purpose, and pulled his clothes back on, making sure he looked halfway decent in the mirror, before he brushed his hair again, put it up in the usual ponytail, and headed out to meet Alison in the lobby.

Alison watched Sebastian dry off and head off towards the changing room. She sighed softly again as she pulled herself from the pool. She floated for a moment letting the water drip off her. She wrung her hair out and then headed to the dressing room.
What had come over her. She was normally a practical proper girl. What ever had come over her she liked it. This taking time for oneself had slowly started changing her. It was changing her in ways that she liked.
She let the warm water wash the chlorine off her body. The touch of the water was nothing at all like Sebastian. Sebastian was soft and though not by typical definition of strong. There was a bond, a strength. She felt safe. A different safe from what she felt with her mom and brother and even her sisters. She wanted to be with him and take care of him.
She hugged herself and giggled. This twiterpatted feeling was amazing. She turned off the shower and finally reached for a shower. The next few steps took her a bit longer. She really wanted to doll up as best as possible for him. She wanted to look good for him. Normally she didn't give a second thought about her look when she knew she looked good. However, tonight was special and she wanted to look great for him. She wanted him to look at her and go 'wow' again. She felt special when he called her pretty, etc.
About fifteen minutes after going in she came out. She was humming happily.
