When the real test came, the armored little leader of the force that kept the shop furniture in check back in the day proved that he had quite a mind for strategy hidden beneath that helm. Far from the largest Wini, he settled into a role of leadership instead, stirring straggling groups of panicked, lost Winis into fighting forces, making strategic strikes where most needed to take back lost territory. Oddly, he seemed to inspire the others, though some called it foolish optimism, the fact was that most seemed willing to follow. The numbers only grew as he proved his capabilities.

She risked death or worse to try and kill him, hoping to take out all the Winiko bonded to him down with her one way or another. If it weren't for one particular Winiko with impeccable timing, it might have been game over rather quickly for the pirate and his horde. As it was, she continued to harass and stalk he and his horde throughout the war, and encouraging other Wraik to do the same. She was a highly vocal advocate of focusing on the humans more than the Winiko, for maximum efficiency.

At first they were annoyed, but he kept out of their way well enough, and while Belial was solely interested in the non-physical bits of the deceased, Lurch's love of chewing on ANYTHING made sure he was one well-fed demon on the battlefield; he was notorious for eating Slim and Belial's victims, bones and all. They encouraged him, too; after all, he was just as likely to attempt nomming on Slim (Mmm...huge.. bone...) as their victims.

His strong point has always been observation, and he often scouted when he could. His version of it usually meant standing stock still on a hilltop viewing battlefields while chewing on a strand of straw for long periods of time, and his unmoving visage when seen from afar made him see far more creepy than he really was.

Username: Taerar Licorne Pet Name: Asgard ID#W031 Date: 11/05/10 (I don't remember the exact date I got him, but regardless, I'd like the cert to show my birthday) Keep Familiar?: -- Special Title (include story or link to personal RP): The Curator Note: He technically already had this title on his old cert. Here, I'd like just his name in the name field and the title where it belongs on the bottom, if that makes sense. When the war exploded from the In Between and out to the mortal realm, Greymane was quick to set Taerar's home ablaze, complete with the library Asgard had so carefully guarded and nurtured. While the others fought Greymane, Asgard focused on saving as much of the library as he could before it was reduced to nothing but cinders. What little he could save, he continued to guard and repair throughout the war, and now that it is finally over, he is working to rebuild with Taerar's other winikos' help so he may once again maintain it as a librarian maintains a library - as a curator maintains a museum.

An army marches on its stomach, and Echo had to hone his skills in a hurry to help feed more than the handful of winis with whom he'd once shared a home. Because he was already caring for their hunger, he sort of inherited the duty of healing as well and quickly learned to mend wounds as best he could with what he had at his disposal. As a non-combatant thanks to his duties, he could focus on the care, healing, and feeding of his fellow winiko.

Greymane and the other wraik saw him arrive and followed the rift he came through to kill anyone who might try to follow and help him. Optimus chased after them and eventually killed Greymane with Asgard's help, but they were too late to stop the slaughter. He and Asgard are now thought to be the last of their kind, the last of the metallic winiko.

RIP Greymane I say he started it in my group. For now, Peppercorn and Snapdragon are dead too, but I might change that to just MIA and bring them back later.

Her years of leaving the drowned corpses of unsuspecting wildlife floating on the surface of ponds and lakes left her little loved by her peers, but she quickly emerged as a boon to the war. Crossing or approaching any body of water became the cause of many Wraik disappearances and deaths when she was around. She continues the fight even through the ebb of war, rarely appearing above surface except to drag anything or anyone below.
Her brother, Nautilus (who is so much less scary omg), is AFK for story reasons so still on the old cert @u@ <3

phew, thanks lural! I have two mistakes I found (or maybe you couldn't locate the uncerts with the items?) on kaja and volker; they each had a scarf item used on them for apparel and both items seem to have gone missing? if the uncerts are missing missing and you can't retrieve them that's ok, but if that's the case let me know because I'd like to get compensated for the items then at least. c:
