SNIP
Everything felt cold. Dark. She was no closer to finding the man. No closer to becoming a goddess.
She'd given up like a ******** pansy. She hadn't even tried to fight. Two white eyes glazed over her face. It whispered something to her, but she didn't catch it. She was done.

DAY 3 TASK
Chaesel looked at the goddess with a sour look. "What do you mean small? I'm not small, I've been thinking I'm pretty avera-"
"Oh! Um, hello. Make yourself at Home."
There was an odd look given to the little blue goddess, but Chaesel did as she said, moving into the place she motioned.
"Cookie?"
Chaesel took one, munching on it slowly. Holy s**t it tasted amazing. After wandering the badlands (or so she'd taken to calling this place) for what seemed like ages, she'd forgotten the taste of food. It was endlessly delicious, and Chaesel savored every morsel. "Thanks I-"
"I'm glad you could make it! Those others they weren't meanies to you right? I love you most. You love me too right?"
Honestly with cookies these good, what could she do but agree? Chaesel shrugged and said, "Uh yeah, I suppose so." There wasn't much deep thought in it. Just a love for food and cookies.
"Oh, I know! I have a great idea. How about experiencing what love feels like? Love, joy, happiness, despair, hatred, they are all important emotions! We can make the most beautiful tea party together."
Chaesel rolled her shoulders. Experiencing love? Despair? Sounded like a good time. She was up for new experiences after all. "Yeah sure. Why not, bluey?"
She paused. Bluey? Why did that sound so familiar?
Probably something she'd heard somewhere else. With a sigh, she moved towards the goddess, watching an iron gate form together behind the little woman. "Wow," Chaesel gasped. "Amazing."

Still biding her time on the name Bluey, Chaesel walked through the gate. What greeted her on the other side was nothing short of a miracle.
Piles and piles of food and drinks. It was a tea party for royalty and Chaesel gasped with surprise. Even the white flakes falling from the sky meant nothing to her. There was food.
She started with the pink jar- why would she start with anything else? It was her favorite color- even if she didn't know what pink was in this world. The jar called to her, and it was hers alone.
After downing it, she smiled lightly. The taste of honey and warmth filled her body, enveloping her in a hug from the goddess. She didn't have long to dwell on the feeling though- the goddess had set a feast and Chaesel heartily intended to eat it.
The cookie came next. It was a delicate pink, foamy with white frosting that tasting like sea salt and vanilla. It was heaven if Chaesel knew what heaven was. She was never one for the fancier looking things- she liked simplistic foods that had complex tastes. After all, it was the taste that mattered most.
The taste was so rich that she needed to down it with something else. She frantically looked around for a moment, vision filled with cookies and cakes. She borderling crawled onto the table, digging around in the pastries for something to eat. Her hands landed on a yellow cup, which she threw back, chugging whatever liquid sat in the cup.
Her thirst had subsided, but her vision quickly swam. "s**t was that-" Poison?
Whatever it was, something was happening in her head. Something she couldn't prevent.

Chel was holding a funeral. There was no flesh buried in the dirt, no black mourning veil. There were a few tears shed, but those had long subsided.
Instead, she sat around empty consoles.
She'd brought them all with her to Deus and they were ruined. Every one of them would need to be runic'd if she wanted to play with them. When asked, the life hunter she'd talked to had said that to runic them with hunter technology could cost her in the thousands if not more. With how much she was being paid (actually, Chel wasn't sure she was being paid at all) there was no way she could afford it now.
Her fingers ran over the glossy material that made up the covers. One was a custom painted classic gameboy, handcrafted by her cousin. Her black xbox 360. Her wii. The gameboy advance SP.
The crown jewel, her worn pink gameboy color.
All lost.
A knock at her door. "Go away." He came in anyways. Dory sat down beside her, nudging her with a set of cards. She didn't understand. "Dory I don't want your stupid a** cards. I'm trying to mourn."
He almost left just because of how crazy she sounded, but with a gruff sigh he said, "Pick a card."
She looked at him blankly. Really?
He nodded.
Chel wiped her wet cheek, then moved to select a card. The two of diamonds. Dory gestured her to put it back in the deck, while putting one hand over his eyes so as to not "peek." She sighed, but did as he said once more.
His hands moved nimbly, shuffling the card around, moving the deck behind his back and then around to his front. Even Chelsea, mourning as she was, couldn't help but release a giggle. The normally gruff, grumpy a*****e that lived next door to her was making a complete idiot out of himself. Magic tricks were for kindergartners and washed up freaks.
Finally he laid the cards out in a smiley face on the ground in front of her. He paused, looking around. "I 'ave lost it," he admitted.
"Oh no. Where could it be," Chel responded in a monotonous voice, rolling her eyes.
"Maybe it is ... be'ind your ears?" He reached behind her pink locks to pull out the two of diamonds.
Chelsea laughed, sarcastically clapping and saying, "Ooooh. Ahhh."
He gave her a hard look in the eyes, studying her reaction. "Better now?"
Leaning back on her hands, Chel had to give him a smile. Maybe things wouldn't be so bad. She couldn't play her games for a while, but ... she had other ways to entertain herself. "Yeah yeah. Now tell me how you did it."
Dory shook his head. "A magician never reveals his secrets."
---
Chel's head swam with the memory. Pink. More pink and- Blue. Bluey. BLUEY. How did she forget him?! She pulled the tea back up, wanting to return to the memory, but the cup was empty. The dream was gone.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Pale pink Description: Sadness, adamant, hope, contentment Your commentary on its flavour: The emotion that hovered over the beginning of the memory was one Coyote knew, but she didn't understand it's connection with the videogames. If anything, it struck a chord in the small girl. She was glad when the young man appeared, and the emotions riding the scene shifted, first annoyed, then amused, ending with hope and happiness. It was nice, setting something that ended in a positive note.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Pastel pink Description: A tinge of loss, amusement, with a small dash of hope Your commentary on its flavour: Mnezara was somewhat confused as to why the memory's owner was so forlorn. But loss was loss, right? Even if it something she didn't quite understand. At least it soon transitioned into something much happier, and Mnezara smiled at the very end. Hope could never be lost, when there were people like him by her side.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Pink Description: Grumpy and mourning in the beginning, but gradually shifts to something lighter (albeit a little grudgingly, at first). Your commentary on its flavour: Vae wasn't sure if the word "cute" was entirely appropriate for this memory but...yeah, she thought it was pretty cute. Their bantering, the boy's attempt to cheer her up--it was all pretty sweet in Vae's eyes, and pretty amusing to watch as well. ...Man, all those ruined games though...

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Rosey Pink Description: Heavy at first, but quickly sweetens to a light, refreshing and energetic taste. Your commentary on its flavour: Pink was by all accounts, a very lovely color. Annabell couldn't quite put her finger on it, but she had grown an odd soft spot for the color during her travels. So to see a vision of a girl with pink hair made her quite happy indeed. Of course, her happiness subsided when she realized the girl in the memory was very sad to have lost all her games. That was terrible, for it was obvious the girl derived not only a great deal of enjoyment out of the various boxes and systems, but that enjoyment turned to fulfillment with completion of her collection as well as a creative touch put on the consoles. The arrival of the boy with his cards made Annabell laugh before the girl did and when the girl finally did cheer up, Annabell could have burst with how glad she was. When she set the cup down, she sighed contentedly, adoring that particular blend quite a lot.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Soft Pink. Description: Sadness, loss, hope, friendship, with a small dash of sacrafice. Your commentary on its flavour: What a lovely colour, such softness and contenting. With every sip of the flavour, she was given hints of a memory that made her think of both sadness, mourning and a secret hope. A loss of something so close to this brewer, but at the same time, ending in a warm feeling. Friendship, memories and happiness brought to her by someone willing to sacrafice himself for the greater good. In this instance, a smile. She finished the tea with a smile of her own. It was a lovely taste.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Pink Description: A thrilling taste, anticipating and hopeful. Your commentary on its flavour: This tea was much better, and Shiolhu swigged it happily. What an spellbinding tale, he thought, completely caught up in the excitement as he waiting for the magical reveal. It wasn’t disappointing and as he finished the tea, Shiohlu set the cup down with a cheerful sigh, sated.

Tea Guest Log Colour of Tea Tasted: Pink Description: Dark and upsetting at first, with a surprisingly light finish Your commentary on its flavour: Gun was pleasantly surprised by this tea. He'd expected it to be consistently sad, but the end made him smile through it and feel happy for the pink haired girl.
