Where is the chakra usage section and class sections? I see no way to moderate chakra use

In WotS, we do not have a chakra system. The more complex answer is that when there is a chakra system, people can do certain things to abuse it to the point where that they can have a near infinite supply of chakra. So, let's say, if I were to have a passive ability that refunds 5 chakra per bloodline technique, and have 30 chakra control, anything B rank and below I would use no chakra with, due to my bloodline ability refunding 5 chakra, and the bare minimum for using a technique costs 5 chakra.
Basically, we go with a trust system. No Genin can go around spamming A Rank techniques and not RP out chakra loss. If it comes down to the point that anyone's character is doing that, however, they will receive a warning and be explained that even though there is no chakra system, someone doesn't have the ability to use whatever techniques they want without any downfalls.
In short, we the mod team trust you the RPer to be fair and honest when it comes to RPing use of chakra. Hope that explanation helps! smile

Hey, welcome to WotS! Hope you can enjoy your time here.
Unfortunately, since we're fairly new, we're not planning on opening any villages soon here, due to the ones we have barely filled. Maybe when villages are full we'll take suggestions from members as to what new village we should add, but until then, I'm afraid that the odds of that happening will be slim. Hopefully that doesn't discourage you from making a new RPC and testing the waters in other villages. smile

I love this guild already. Systems make things complicated and boring with people looking for a million cheap ways to win because of more stats and whatnot. Skill alone should decide everything! 8D
