Mademoiselle Alvinette They're numbered items. 3nodding So I'm going to run the contest straight off the mule, should we aim for next week or the week after to start? It will last about a week or until all the boxes are claimed^^

Mademoiselle Alvinette I'm supposed to be going out of town next week (unless I'm still sick like I am now), so maybe the week after that would be better? So I was thinking if the What the Fluff event runs until July 3rd, Lets launch this event tomarrow or Friday and use the Fluff subforum. We can try tying in a 'fluff mystery' theme so we can use the event for publicity aswell^^

Tomorrow I have work all day and then I have company (so I won't be home until night), and then I have work all day Friday but should be home a little before 9:00 p.m. Central). yum_puddi I'm also not doing the fluff event really, but I'm up for some RPing if we wanted to do the mystery event! ^_^

Here is a test thread for what I've done so far based on the original Whimsical giftbox event. I copied and pasted the text straight from it so its not accurate, just sample xD For the giftboxes post I left the original colored boxes, but the guide at the top of the post will be the ones they're replaced with~ if you can send over anything else you'd like to add so I can get a final count before we officially kick it off^^ I'll also need to add in the staff list to the rules section.

It was late at night when I looked at the thread the first time, but I just found a misspelling (the word "guaranteed"). Other than that, the thread looks fabulous, and I so love the graphics! They're perfect! heart I would say just double-check spelling and grammar, and it's good to go! yum_puddi

Alv has come up with three contest ideas: Writing, Art, and Code Decrypting.
She has also already compiled codes of her own making along with the required hints and information to go with these codes so that contest, which would have required the most set up, is already done!
I would recommend that these contests be your main contests along with the one on the front page. You can make sure that you have the funds for prizes for those contests (right now each room is getting 3.5 Mil) and then see what you have left over. Remember you will also need to pay for your graphics and art, but you can see if there are people willing to do those for free in the guild. In fact, Harmonieux has offered free graphics in this thread.

Great^^ I've got graphics covered thus far and Cronic is covering the room art~ So we will need to start planning prizes now that we have an estimate on how much to spend~
