lol lol lol Oh, now THIS one's funny! It's from "Eliza's story"
"I left the church I was attending because they pronounced abortion as a sin. The spiritual aspects of my abortion were only between myself and God and it angered me that the church thought they were entitled an opinion also."
Oh, yes! Since you are intitled to your own interpretation of the bible and your own religious beliefs, the people in your church congregation aren't entitled to have an opinion of
their own!
What a load of
crap!
rofl rofl rofl How in the WORLD can she be angry at her church for having a moral code and sticking to it? That's like saying, "Adultery is between God and myself, not them. Let's rewrite the bible." All sins are between God and the sinners, that doesn't mean that the churches can't pronounce them sin. It reminds me of Catholics for Free Choice.
Ever notice they like to use that word and don't finish it off?
I support a woman's right to choose
to kill her unborn child.
Oh no, they won't say that either. terminate a pregnancy. It's like they think of abortion as an off switch. "Oops, don't want to be pregnant, let's flip the switch!" Let's call a spade a spade.
Now if I said,
"I support a woman's right to choose," I'm sure they'd be happy. Until I finished it off with, "to kill her 5 year old." But I say, if they're against that, they're against a woman's right to choose.
