Liam smiled at Destiny, feeling somehow much lighter and happier than he had in a long time. She seemed to bring out the best in him somehow. He rather appreciated that. He'd just have to hang out with her more often, then he'd be in a better mood more.
Not that he was unhappy or anything, but he was often so passive and non expressive that his siblings had started calling him Data after some character in a tv show they had seen. Apparently this Data was a robot that couldn't express any emotions.
"Your welcome hu..Destiny." he recovered quickly coloring at how he had almost called her hun. Man..he need to watch himself. He was started to sound like his father! Not that it was bad, but sounding like he was married to Destiny would be really odd. Especially since they were only eleven!
"Well then," He said standing up and stretching out, glancing over at the clock on the wall. "We should probably head to bed it is rather late." He added with a loud yawn. Once the yawn was over, he gathered up the dishes and reached out a hand to Destiny to help her up off of the couch. "Need a hand De-Destiny?" He sputtered once again almost calling her Dearest.
Man he need to watch his words.

Destiny blinked as Liam stopped himself twice as he was talking, she shrugged it off but took his offered hand to help her up. She didn't feel like walking to her dorm she was perfectly comfortable on the couch but now she had to move, she pouted a bit at the idea of moving from her comfy spot. She would have preferred to continue talking with Liam but if their housemates found asleep on the couch in the morning that would take some explaining. " I suppose so" she put it.

Liam didn’t think Destiny had noticed his slip ups and was relieved. If she knew what he had been about to say, she might think he was odd and thinking way too far ahead. Then again, maybe she wouldn’t have. Maybe she was one of those people that liked endearments though. He’d have to ask her sometime soon.
Liam could see that she was pretty comfortable on the couch and was rather reluctant to get up and walk to her dorm room.
“Come on dear,” He said reaching out and taking her hands and pulling her to her feet. “Time for bed. If I could I’d walk you there, but well with the wards I really can’t. Shall we meet up for breakfast tomorrow? Or maybe a brisk walk before classes start? Those tend to get my blood pumping and wake me up so I don’t fall asleep in class. Staying up this late means I probably will fall asleep in class unless I do.” Liam told her with a faint smile.
Then before he could talk himself out of it or think too much about it, Liam leaned in and brushed a kiss to Destiny’s cheek. “Sleep well Destiny, and have pleasant dreams.”

Destiny sighs as she was pulled to her feet but not before she pouted "okay.." She said before gathering up her blanket and smiling and giving Liam a kiss on the cheek.
"yes, we could do both..meet up for breakfast then go for a brief walk before we go to class" she put in before holding her blanket and turning to look at him "Have a good night Liam and hope you have good dreams" she said before heading in the direction of her dorms, she wasn't a fan of having separate dorms but it was the rules of the school so she would have to live with that up until she graduated.

Liam couldn't help but roll his eyes at the pouty look that Destiny was sporting. Why was it girls made that face? Didn't they know it made them look like little children? It was most unattractive.
He was about to say something about it as she gathered up her blanket but all thoughts fled when she leaned over and kissed him on the cheek. His face flared up and he placed a hand on the cheek her lips had brushed against. He surely hadn't expected a return kiss already! Man did she have soft lips..he couldn't help but think as he watched her closely.
He was rather glad that she liked both of his ideas and wanted to do both of them. "Splendid, that should be a great start to the day. Oh make sure to wear sturdy shoes, it will probably be muddy outside tomorrow." He added remembering the hard rain from earlier.
Liam smiled and waved at her as she turned to go. "Oh I will my sweet princess." He murmured under his breath. Then with his mug, and other supplies in hand Liam turned and skipped up the steps towards the boy's dorms humming a happy tune under his breath.
