I say we give it a shot. I don't think it will, but worst off we can always change it back if it causes a balance issue.

Why is this needed again? I really would like to know why Taka just went from a Katana fighter to a Ninjutsu user? You guys do realize that Ninjutsu may do slightly less damage, but has a higher chance to hit right?
I would also like to bring up again that this is a core system change and thus a crew matter, therefore noncrew votes shouldn't count towards this.

When you're looking at it from a Kage character perspective, it is harder to see. But ninjutsu users use up a lot of CP in a fight, and as the old way was, you couldn't just be a genjutsu or ninjutsu user, because you run out of cp and you're ********. So points that went toward ninja weapons or taijutsu could have been spent on Chakra control or what have you. It doesn't effect lower level characters as much, just like hp doesn't, but as you get higher level it does get a little unbalanced. But honestly, the only people with that problem should be Kages.

Then why not just have Ninjutsu do more damage? Did you figure the chance of hitting with a Ninjustu versus Taijutsu? If you're playing a Ninjutsu user you should focus on Wisdom/Dexterity, and Chakra with a Minor on either Wis or Dex, depending on which you focused on. Thus you would be able to use ninjutsu heavily and then dodge attacks while rebuilding your chakra.
