Dalaga Helios, SquadFive Captain.
"It all seems terribly rehearsed, strikes me as a scene from 'The Romance of the Three Kingdoms' but the writing makes less sense."
Dalaga remarked, again to himself, from his vantage point nearby. He was having little trouble managing the large amounts of spirit pressure Grimm was producing, he had grown used to their signature long ago, back when they were partners in the stealth force, it almost rolled off him, though he was aware his spirit pressure would do the same to Grimm. From a distance, tracking movement was easier, one of the things they learned during training, so keeping track of the pair was a small chore. This battle was almost over though, he could almost smell the set up.
He did wonder though, feeling the captain of squad eight enter the immediate area, how she could get this far and be blissfully unaware of the battle until only this moment. He decided it was just that people relied to much on what they saw these days, rather then what they felt.
"If only to be unaware again...hehe..."

 ~Captain Of Eighth Division~"Some say I was just flare in the fire..." Ending up next to the fifth division captain, and silently
spectating the ongoing battle in front of her, she decided it be best to stay
out of it. Instead she kept her eyes on the fight and spoke to the captain next
to her. Akarui noticed he was also wearing a haori.
"...So I'm guessing...The 6th Division captain...did all of this...?"
she asked slowly, reviewing the area, covered with spilled blood
and whatnot. "But I am the ember that burns bright."

----------------------------------- Blocking the knee with his left hand and just barely dodging the elbow Grimm flipped himself above Axzaki. Once he was above he used his shunpo to appear on the ground just a few feet in front of him. "Come on Ax! You want to stop me don't you? Then how about you fight like a real man and stop p***y footing around!" As he finished speaking he drew his zanpakuto emitting another massive wave of spiritual pressure. The amount of energy he was letting out was already putting enough pressure on the barrier around them to start to crack in various spots. Looking around at the barrier Grimm gave a small sigh before calmly walking over to the side placing his hand on the barrier, almost instantly it disappeared reshowing Grimm and Axzaki to the two other Captains watching. Taking a quick glance at Dalaga, the 5th Division Captain, someone he knew a long time ago. Giving the man a disgusted look he turned back to Axzaki pointing his zanpakuto directly at the mans heart. Pushing out more of his spiritual pressure it began to glow a golden color, bright as could be. Grimm hated using his zanpakuto because of the element that it used, it is a light based zanpakuto and the way Grimm operated was using his hands as well as stealth. "You wanted me to draw my zanpakuto well there you have it brother. Now how about you draw yours and we can be serious, I have far more important things to do then squabble with you." Holding his zanpakuto at the ready he waited for Axzaki to draw his zanpakuto so they could actually start fighting....But prisoners of their own Mindset

Dalaga Helios, Captain of Squad Five. Dalaga did not bother to look at the girl, saying a few words under his breath and erecting a barrier around her to protect her from the sudden huge burst of spirit pressure at the same moment it rose to its peak inside of the box which had been keeping the fighters inside. The barrier released after that, no longer being a worry that she would get overwhelmed by the sudden release as some, who were less able to control riatsu flow, would be. It was a precaution, nothing more. "A safe assumption to be sure, Grimm Amarai has even claimed as such, if by nothing but actions alone." He seemed disinterested in conversing, watching the fighters with what looked to be more then curiosity, but not one bit of remorse or misunderstanding of the situation. The rain continued to pour down, giving this captain an even more sinister appearence, it was why everyone suspected him before, they take to much at face value. "I have reasoned the odds...at seven to one against Captain Heroki...care to make a wager?" He said smiling, a sudden thunderclap sounding in the distance, a flash of light from elswhere, another boom of thunder. An age was coming to pass, even the world could feel it.

the other captain. But she could see he was rather interested in otherwise.
Akarui gave him a grateful look regardless. She stepped back to a safer
place next to Captain Helios. "...I know Axzaki-sama
can...handle himself." the ebony-haired girl said softly. Burgundy
eyes looked up to see gray skies forming above them, returning back to the
one who posed a question. "Surely. What did you have in
mind, Helios?" "But I am the ember that burns bright."

Though once Grimm had spoken to him once more, Axzaki closed eyes once again."Brother..?...."he said not actually referring it to Grimm, but actually making a comment question."I believe you just lost that title along with my respect after you told me this is for your own gain."sadly Axzaki was only saying this to get over the fact the one he called brother for years had betrayed him, though it did worry Axzaki when Grimm had mentioned a war was coming. This was enough confirmation that Grimm wasn't working alone, but working for whom or with was Axzaki ultimate question. He grabbed the hilt of his zanpakuto with his right hand, again shaking his head even more."You listen very well Grimm..and yet you are a fool. To bring yourself this low has made you arrogant and has made you far beyond blind."he said as his own zanpakuto had begun to emit light.
Axzaki swung his zanpkuto from right to left diagonally making a burst of spiritual energy release from himself. He opened his eyes slightly focusing it on Grimm."I see there is no changing your mind Grimm....even if I've beaten you down, or you you've beaten me.."he continued."You know in all reality you will not make it past Kenshin...and in honoring Animus...I'm going to stop you before you will even get the chance to escape."he said. he was holding back his anger as much as possible, because the anger boiling in his blood along with his sadness it was only motivating his hollow within him to take control."Grimm Amarai.....I will stop you even if it means removing your head from your body."he said with a calmness though his anger was slightly getting the best of him. With his increased speed, Axzaki appeared in front of Grimm not hesitating or waiting for him to make the first move.
He slashed downwards with his blade in his right hand, aiming to slash away at Grimm left shoulder in reality to remove his left arm from his body. He kept his eyes focused on Grimm, keeping his focus and his attention Grimm he was awaiting for him to counter or even dodge. Axzaki was done talking which the words he had said might be the last he speak of this battle, from this point on words were useless as he knew the thing him and Grimm had in common was both of their zanpakuto had a element of light which would make this battle even more interesting but much more harder because the fact light can only counter light and not defeat it even though Axzaki controls more then light.  "....because i would rather have tea"

Dalaga Helios, Captain of Squad Five. "I like sweets...I would say perhaps we bet something tasty." He spoke absently, shaking his head periodically to free the rain from it. His glasses were fogged up and his hair was a mess, matted down from the water in different directions. His clothes stuck to him, making him look much the picture of a wet cat. From this range she could only just now really feel his spirit energy, and it felt like she was feeling it through a layer of glass, muffled.

between the captain and now renounced ex-captain was as well. She could
indeed feel a suppressed energy, and knew it was Helios's. Still, she kept her
focus to the battle, ensuring not to miss anything.

Raiku Sato
Squad 10 Captain  Raiku arrived on the scene and took a position near the other captains that were watching the fight. He wasn't in shock, he was simply disgusted by what he saw. He figured out that it was Grimm who butchered his squad instantly, mainly because based on everything that was going on, it was pretty obvious. Raiku was hardly affected by the increase in the spiritual pressure. Raiku then looked at the fight that was slowly beginning. He was confident that Ax had the power to win this fight, but he did doubt his ability to pull off a victory. "Ax is more than powerful enough to win, but I have my doubts that he'll be able to put aside his emotions enough to win." Raiku then began to consider the situation a little more, and realized another concern. "In another scenario, his emotions may cause his inner hollow to be let loose. In which case it would probably take me and the other two captains to subdue him without killing him." Raiku then continued to look at the fight. as it began to unfold.

-----------------------------------As Axzaki spoke Grimm couldn't help but let out a chuckle, looking directly into his enemies eyes he just stared at him for a moment before he finally spoke, "You are the only fool here, brother." Using the last word sharply, just to piss off Axzaki, Grimm continued to speak after pausing for a moment, "You of all people should've felt someone enter the Soul Society, I felt it from Sokyoku Hill. Kenshin will not be a problem for me, tonight. He will be preoccupied." He spoke with assurance in his voice, as if he used today of all days to betray the Soul Society, to betray Axzaki. Shaking his head for a moment before moving his zanpakuto up to block Axzaki's. At the same time he had already moved his free left hand up pointing a single finger at him. "Hadō #63. Raikōhō..." Using the high level kido spell at point blank. Though he used it without saying the incantation, it wasn't at its maximum power, but at point blank it didn't matter the destructive nature of the blast would be devestating to not only Axzaki but to Grimm as well. This was the reason he got rid of the barrier, because he knew it would not be able to withstand the force of either of the combatants attacks....But prisoners of their own Mindset

"Do we really Need to fight...."
Axzaki aka Gin Ignoring Grimms words, Axzaki noticed his block against his zanpakuto and jumped back himself. He listened to Grimms words as if he was trying to break a message. He didn't remove his eyes off his target though he was right about the odd reitsu that had entered into the soul society which Axzaki didn't focus to much on. Once Grimm was done talking, he noticed Grimm was preparing to release another Kido though Axzaki didn;t have to much time to react he was hit by the kido. At the range it was at, it struck a large a explosion and cause the whole left side of Axzaki haori to be torn. He quickly came out of the large area of smoke, landing at least fifteen feet from Grimm landing on the ground softly on his left knee, with blood dripping down his left arm.
He knew this was a mistake, knowing he could have dodge but he didn't. He stood up sighing though his stance wasn't all to straight. He looked down at his left arm as he slowly turned his attention back to Grimm"I guess I'm the first to lose blood in this fight huh?"he said. Knowing he said he was done talking, this was one of the few time he would speak to Grimm at this current time. He swung his zanpakuto once more as he gritted his teeth. His long hair fell before his face as he looked down to the grown while it soaked in water from the rain.
This fight was depressing to Axzaki, and he hasn't felt this down since Animus passing. He did wondered about one thing."Why Grimm...why did you choose me to be brothers with?"he asked anxiously. His words were calm but hurt could be felt through it because of his feeling towards Grimm as a brother was broken and destroyed. Slowly fragments of his hollowfication began to show, as he began to fight it off. His left seclera became black as his irises began to become a high light gold. He closed his left eye as he began to grit his teeth once more. With a quick flash step he once more appeared before Grimm instead of doing the obvious which was appearing behind him, he began to swing his zanpakuto rapidly while his hollowfication slowly began to vanish, though this was all starting toeffect him making his rage towards grimm grow awhile trying to keep his stable mind. "....because i would rather have tea"

After Raiku appeared at the scene, Yuki appeared next to him. Seeing this squad Yuki let out a soft sigh and looked at the two Captains. Her hand had been resting on the hilt of her zanpakuto, just in case things go wrong. However Yuki seen that slowly a few Captains began to gather in wonder what was going on around this squad. Yuki neatly had sealed her spiritual pressure and reiatsu, so no other person would know her secret besides her Captain. 'I have yet to seen any one of them fight...' Yuki thought since she really didnt like people and was always quiet when she was around a lot of people. Waiting to see what happens, Yuki lifted her hand and softly began to rub her right metal arm as she had already fixed the damage on the special cloth.

-----------------------------------As the smoke cleared from the attack of the kido, Grimm looked at Axzaki not surprised he made contact but surprised that his brother had not dodged the attack even though he should've. Jumping back from the small crater that had formed, he felt a sharp pain in his right arm. He looked at it seeing that burnt flesh was what he was dealing with. He knew he was going to take damage from his own attack but he didn't know in what shape or form he was going to take it. He gripped his zanpakuto tighter holding it in front of him using it to block some of Axzaki's attacks, dodging the rest. The way he moved it was as if he knew exactly how Axzaki was going to fight this battle, and so far he had been right. Axzaki had done more than what Grimm thought he would've and it was rather entertaining, he liked it. "I never chose. Animus was the one who made the choice. You just happened to be here when I got here." Grimm sighed a little looking at Axzaki with a look of nothingness about him. "I just want you to know that no matter what happens from here on out, you are still my brother and you always will be." With that said he used shunpo to meet Axzaki head to head forcing his zanpakuto in a downward slash to Axzaki's left arm, which was badly damaged already....But prisoners of their own Mindset

Dalaga Helios, Captain of Squad Five.
"How about the loser has to buy the winner lunch for a week...I think we both know which of us is betting on whome."
Dalaga said evenly to the squad eight captain. His eyes flicked over to the other newcomers, he recognized them of course, but he always had more then a passing interest in the vice captain of tenth division. An old habit, the desire to suss out secrets, this one though he did not pursue, almost as though it was unwritten to stay away. Past that though he cared as much about her as he did anyone else, which was only as much as they were useful. He smiled to himself, he surmised his brutal nature did come out most when Grimm was involved.
"You should make sure and defend your vice captain from their spirit energy Captain Sato, otherwise she may end up hurt."
He almost sounded as amused as he felt, the battle was progressing nicely, things were going to get much more interesting around here. He did wonder though who it would fall to when it came to handling the affairs of Soul Society given what Amarai was doing.

Axzaki aka Gin Bushing off Grimms words of them being brothers, he didn't bother to listen to him anymore. He knew if he continued to listen he would fall victim to his emotions once more which would be his down fall. Once Grimm had come at him head strong going for his left arm, Axzaki quickly used his index and middle fingers of his left hand to stop Grimms blade in between them. A large shock wave was created using this technique. This was the first time he had actully use this technique in front of anyone, making it the only time he used t was against Animus himself. He looked at Grimm allowing Grimm to figure it out. He knew Grimm wasn't foolish and the actual reason for this was, Axzaki simply used reitsu to counter the speed, weight and volume of Grimm blades force he was releasing which was simple for Axzaki, When it come to reitsu control, Axzaki was a master at it. He slowly looked up to Grimm not even saying a word, just giving a heartless look.
The more they fight, Axzaki began to feel himself becoming the evil one. Going astray from all he had become, which he didn't like but he honestly began to not care. He gripped his zanpakuto in his right hand increasing his spiritual pressure. Though it wasn't at a high point, he began to notice he didn't need it at a high level. He then quickly let go of Grimm blade launching himself into a spin spinning right to left swinging his blade at Grimm at the close range they was, following thins he would release a large wave of reitsu from his zanpakuto which would cause some damage to Grimm at this close of range. "....because i would rather have tea"
