Jusuichise was so persistent, but how could Nicole say no? The pouting and pleading was just too cute. Her friend was so frail and cute. Not because of her illness, but because of her childish nature. Sure they were both old enough to be considered adults in a way, but her friend was surely the perfect picture of childishness.

Nicole nodded and grinned. "On one condition." She put up a finger like she was warning the other girl. "We get ice-cream after the nurses station. Or at least some sherbert. I love me my lemon sherbert!" She giggled and then ate the light off of her tardis with a happy smile. She didn't really like going to the nurses office with anyone, but as long as it was only Jusuichise, then she didn't mind.

Zoe calmly lead the way through the lunch line taking a bit of time making her choices to make sure she didn't rush her new acquaintance. She picked a bowl of fruit, nachos, and some milk. She thought twice about desert, but splurged and picked up two cups of butterscotch pudding before swinging by the silverware on her way to the smaller four or five person table towards the back that she had pointed out before.

After settling in to a chair, she took a moment to ponder her next move. She probably shouldn't push for much more interaction. The guy seemed to be fundamentally against being actively social and she did promise he wouldn't have to talk to her anymore if he didn't want. Though she hoped that since the "good deed for the day" phase was wearing thin, he might interact with her on his own terms. She looked up just in time to see him walk over and she smiled. She was glad her effort wasn't totally in vain.

Not long after she spotted May heading her way, and where May was Jean'Frae was sure not to be far behind. Zoe smiled as May walked strait over and asked to join them. "I don't mind." Zoe had talked with the girls a few times but due to the difference in their activities she never really had much chance to spend time with them. But this could be the perfect opportunity. Jean'Frae was probably more her new companions speed, while Zoe and May could make plenty of conversation just the two of them.

Zoe turned to see if there were going to be any objections. "This is May Wright." She figured an introduction couldn't hurt so she turned back to May. "May this is....my newest acquaintance." She blinked as she realized he never even said what his name was. She probably covered it well enough for it not to be an issue. The ball was now in her new friends court and Zoe was just waiting for the return.

Zoe chose an empty table, but just as Orion suspected the table wouldn't stay empty for long. Two other girls came up to ask if they could join. One seemed about as bubbly as Zoe. Though when Orion saw the jagged scars he couldn't help himself from staring a bit. It looked like her skin had been shredded! That definitely wasn't a natural disease. She was most likely the result of an accident like him. Though she wasn't missing any limbs Orion still felt that she looked about as bad as him.

He realized he was staring and turned back to his lunch. Taking a drink of juice he looked at the companion. He couldn't see anything wrong with her, but that didn't mean much. She seemed to have as bad of an attitude as he did. What was she ticked off about?

Zoe introduced the smaller girl as May and then realized he'd never given his name. He set the juice down and shrugged. "I don't care, you can sit wherever you want." Opening the bag of chips for the nachos he took a bite before deciding he should give them something to call him. "People call me Storm, my real name is Orion." He figured he'd give them an option. Though he preferred to have people call him Storm in all honesty.

May chose a table with only two other patrons at it. One was the red haired Zoe. She and May had exchanged conversations once or twice, but it was easy to tell they didn't really know each other. Knowing May, that would be fixed soon. Letting May take a seat next to the red head; Jean'Frae sat down next to the one called Storm. When he'd introduced himself Jean'Frae was amused by his tone. She could tell he was one of those kids who didn't really know what to do. Then again he probably didn't care what they thought.

She slid the tray with the most food over to May and then set another chocolate milk down. "Don't scarf it all down." She instructed calmly as she opened her own juice box and looked at the boy next to her. She wasn't the one to start conversations normally. That was May's place, but she did want to guide it a bit. "I've never seen you here before." She stated non-nonchalantly.
