WAVE 1: CRABS, CRABBBBBBBBBBBBS HP 30/30Scuttling right towards the team was an army of oversized crabs, their pincers waving menacingly. They were ready to destroy all things sand and castle related. CRAB DEFENSE MECHANICS: CRAB VERSUS THE CASTLEOdd = Offense Even = Defense THIS CRAB HAS 7 OFFENSE POINTS. (( First of all, don't forget to add the additional status from the Daily status effects to your sandcastle )) - This crab is trying to do 7 damage OFFENSIVE against the sandcastle. That means you have to match your DEFENSIVE damage against this crab's offense. Subtract your castle's defense against this crab's offense points. IF your sandcastle is higher, you take no damage! If it is lower, subtract the HP value from your castle's HP. One person must RP out their sandcastle standing against the crabs or taking damage, and edit the first post sandcastle's HP as necessary (at least, though various reaction posts while battling is fine) CRAB VERSUS THE CONTESTANTS- EVEN IF YOUR CASTLE STOPS THE CRABS, you still need to delegate them away from your castle, so they do not hurt YOU. There is nothing stopping it from hurting YOU. - Roll NORMALLY (no Fear charges), 2d6 -6 if you are a Y1, 2d8 - 6 if you are a Y2 to determine your damage AGAINST THE CRABS. Year 1's have 30 HP, Y2's have 40. - The crab has a sum total of 30 HP. Every time you hit the crab, you take 5 damage. If your TEAM LEADER is KO'ed your group is disqualified! - You can hit the crab as many times as needed until it is dead. If your crab is not dead by the end of the OOC 24 hours/ one round, the crab will berserk and take out half your sandcastle's HP. - To attack the crab, once again, roll your attack, WRITE UP YOUR RP POST, and subtract 5 from your HP every time. Make sure to also post at the bottom of your post Your total HP, the damage you do to the crab, and the crab's total (remaining HP.

"Oh... My... Jack." Circe said with wide eyes as she stared at the giant crab that was heading their way. Were they serious. WERE THEY?! Somehow Circe felt like no training from West or others would prepare her for this. Oh dear. She wanted to curl up into a ball and cry. But thankfully restrained herself from doing so.
QAQ "YOU SHALL FACE MY FIST CRAB KING!" Was the ghouls battle cry as she ran towards the giant crab and punched in the eye. Maybe she could render it blind and thus useless. If only it was that easy.

“Yahhhhhhhhhh!” The ghost gave a battle cry as he ran back to defend his sand castle.
He had no experience in fighting, but he knew a lot about it. He read several volumes of it. He remembered all the paintings of wars and remembered diagrams on some martial arts, and now it was time to show if he actually absorbed any of it.
With his hands clenched into fists above his head, and charged towards the crab. Then stumbled a bit as his feet sinks a little into the sand, veering him of course, but enough where he was able to hit the crustacean with one good hit. It wasn’t much, but at least he didn’t miss.
The fall did hurt though.

Holly wasn't terribly surprised they that they were being attacked by giant crabs. She was surprised they waited to attack until the castle's were done. Luckily their sandcastle was able to withstand the crabs attack. But after it attacked the crabs stayed. Yep, time to fight giant crabs.
Luckily her few team mates were back already and had started to fight. The ghoul lashed out at the nearest crab. She hit it but it's shell was so dense that she felt it hurt her just as much.
HP: 40 - 5 = 35

Zurine had been fairly pleased when the walk about phase of things passed by with no incident's, all in all it was looking to be a fairly benign test, try to solve a riddle, build a sandcastle, go visiting..really simple right? But then just as her teammates reappeared something else did as well..a crab.
A giant ugly beast that seemed intent on damaging their castle and as soon as it turned away from that goal it came after them! Wretched beast! Zurine aimed a kick at the crab but slipped in the unstable sand and fell on her butt missing it completely and bruising herself in the process. Ignoring the bruises she scrambled to her feet with the intention of trying to hit it again, thankfully it seemed like some of her teammates were having a bit better luck.

Wary of slipping in the sand again Zurine choose another tactic in attacking the crab this time, picking up a nearby stick and taking a whack at the vicious crawling beast, her moment of glory in actually hitting the crab was short lived however as the stick bounced off the shell with hardly a scratch and the stick slipped in her grasp and scratched her fairly well in the process.

Circe smiled as she watched her team mates begin their assault on the crab king creature. She seemed to have a much easier time in the sand at least so far. Though she did slip now and then. Taking confidence from her team members Circe lands a punch right between the eyes of the creature and was surprised to hear a crack sound come from beneath her fist. "I CRACKED IT!" She exclaimed excitedly as she got ready to deal another hit to it.

"Great job!" She encouraged Circe, cheering just a little bit as the crack from her comrades attack resounded in her ear's. Now they were getting somewhere! That blasted crab would regret ever coming towards their castle and group. Unfortunately in cheering for her teammate Zurine miscalculated her own strike at the beast and missed...again.

Circe went to land another blow but was only met with the intense pain with hitting such a creature repeatedly with the same fist. "Time to switch." She whispered under her breath as she held her hand. QAQ It hurt.

After holding her hand and blowing on it (as if that could make the pain go away) Circe decided to try using her fist one more time. It worked but once more she was faced with the pain it spout at her. Okay, new attack plan was needed.

"FEEL MY WRATH ONCE MORE!" Circe cried as she closed her eyes and went to punch the crab with her opposite fist. Just as she was about to punch the creature Circe slipped on the soft sand beneath her feet and fell to the ground, luckily hitting it with her head as she fell. "Ow."

Climbing to her feet the ghoul rubbed her head and stared down the evil beast. Time for her to end this foe. Well, try to anyways. Taking in a deep breath Circe lept at the creature and kicked it in it's eye, opposite of the first attack she had landed on it's eye before. "TAKE THAT!" She said with a grin as she made herself step back from the creature but not before getting hit by one of it's claws. What?! Whyyyy? QAQ She would need to hunt down Roch to heal her after this.

The slimer rose on to his knees and watched his team mates bash the crab with effectiveness- even though they did miss a few times. The crab was cracked, but not down, and neither was the team.
He dusted himself off as he stood up on his feet, and raised his arms up, palms facing his team mates.
“Stop!” He spoke with determination. “You guys have done enough, I’ll try to finish him off.”
With his bold announcement, the boil charged towards the crab with his shoulders, and completely missed as the crab, though gigantic, skittered-side-stepped from the bull rush, and evaded the attack.

The slimer stumbled as he tried to stop himself as he passed the crab, and mumbled a few loutish words under his breath. He lost his composure for a second, revealing the bones beneath slime, and when his color returned, a cheerful smile was on his face again.
This time, he charged again, head and shoulders down, and struck the crab. It was hurt as well since the crab’s armor was much stronger than his slime flesh.

The boil stood once more, hurt, yet determined to finish the crab off.
His skin, though flesh colored, was bruised green. He necessarily didn’t have the physiology of most Halloween denizens, but perhaps it was the pain he felt that was making him lose his concentration. In fact, parts of his body were becoming more slime than flesh and clothes.
Again he charged, an amateur move, primitive, yet effective as he struck the crab, though this time more of a glancing blow, sending him off to the side after the hit.
