Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu

Zin was rather intrigued by the people coming in. He wondered why those from Kiri would choose to cross the seas to visit Konoha after all this time. Of course the child hadn't announced to the nations the change of power in the Fire Country, mostly because he didn't wish to alarm the other villages until he gains complete control of the powers in the Fire country, but even so... Zin hasn't remembered the last time the alliance with Kiri has been utilized since the Water Country was attacked by the undead. Pity...

Zin remained in holding his position when the first person of the group stepped forwards. He looked strikingly familiar. Extremely familiar and Zin isn't the one to forget faces. 'Where have I seen a person like him...' Zin thought to himself as the man spoke. Making his eyes widen a little before those slits turned narrow again. 'Ah yes... Yamatano... The one who stifled my father's heirloom to me. At least I deem him worthy to hold it... for now at least.' Zin thought as the child giggled mischievously from within his shadowed face. Mostly, due to what Zin was hearing from Hidan and Nagi. Both serpents, poised ever so regally at the sides of their master, were doing their usual catching of scents. Just like Jei's snake, these held themselves at a higher level than the many snakes that slithered outside of the office. As if they were higher up than the rest.

Flicking their milky white and jet black tongues out rapidly as the new comers entered the room. Rather logging their scents for further use. Use that may deem useful in the future, more specifically now. The 'man' before them, though in appearance looked not like the youth their master fought a few years ago, smelt like him indefinitely. True, foreign scents wafted from him due to the clothing not belong to him, yet that scent... they'd never forget. Specifically, Nagi, who was just as enraged as his master at seeing the summoning of the snakes was not given to him first. In unison, the two mini boas opened their lethal muzzles and hissed once again, procuring another set of giggles to Zin.

This was fantastic! What was he up to? Should his serpents be correct, why mask his appearance before him with a silly illusion? For to refer to him in the matter that he did in the beginning, would be slightly difficult. Zin's face was cloaked by not only the dimness of the room but as well as the large hat that sat upon his little head. Only those eyes of a sociopath looked upon the company that stood before him; reflected by the many eyes they stayed upon the ceiling. He must mistake him as a fool. Smart that he did not sit down before the ever so comfortable seats that lay before him. 'Hmm... Let me entertain him for a while. Though I must admit I do not see the snake he use to have with him... Interesting tactic? Or...' Zin thought, practically giddy yet still trying to assess to the situation at hand. As if it was now a challenging game to make the 'man' before him slip up again. "I see... You must by Yamatano's father." Zin said softly, doing his best to hide the excitement that was kindling within him. "You must love your boy dearly. My snakes say you smell ever so thick of him." Zin's eyes snapped paper thin, as they glowed in the darkness veiling the true definition of his face, "You must either hug him a lot or you must have just seen him... very... recently... to hold such a scent." Zin canted his head slightly to the side as he couldn't help but to giggle again before adding, "I hope he is well for you to see him so soon. There is a message. that I believe only you would understand, that I need sent to him." Zin would drop it at that, as there really could be only one thing he could ever want with Yamatano. It was time for Zin to claim his birthright. No, he wouldn't harm the boy to truly claim what he felt was his. Zin accepted in him having the summoning of his father, but Madara will be hurt... indefinitely for his transgressions to the Clan.

He would drop his taunts, though still was quite eager as to see the reaction to responses, when the man completely approached the desk. Nagi and Hidan instantly came defensive, for they could not determine the motives of this person before them due to what they previously sensed, and began to close in front of Zin to strike before a soft hiss from their master made them withdraw; but never very far. When the picture was dropped before him, the three heads tilted down to look at the picture and drew a blank as to what they saw. Zin knew not of this person, and if he was a rogue of the village during his reign he surely would have been caught and killed; or rather, caught tortured publicly, then killed only to be fed to his 'army'. Yet even so, Zin has been in the village for at least seven years and the face did not bring recognition nor the name. With all the conversations Zin has had with Matsuya, one would think that he'd recognize the name at least somewhat. Shaking his head, Zin would push the picture to the edge of the Kage desk with his sleeved hand to say that he was indeed done with it, then leaned back in the chair, "I expect you have already utilized the Bingo book to find this person, yes? Or rather, gain information on this person?" Zin asked, mostly wondering what this person was doing, for the Mizukage to send this 'man' out to find information about him. Luo, from what he remembered from him, was the type to somewhat say on top of things and be two steps ahead of the opposition which means two things: one is that this person may not be trustworthy due to him withholding information and is giving something of a last chance, and two could be that Luo suspected he'd be like poison to the village once he is admitted in. The man did have good intuition, despite Zin not liking their first 'meeting' with each other in the least. 'Irritable old man...' He thought to himself as he waited for an answer and let his eyes drift to the other group behind the 'man'.

'Hmmm... I doubt this 'man' came with them. They seem to have something else to report. That woman looks familiar as well. I think...' Zin racked his mind to think before an 'exclamation point' appeared over his head, 'Ah yes... A guard at the Chuunin Exams. Didn't speak much. Probably because grandpapa was always staring at those that stared at me.' Zin thought, swaying his small legs a little in the high chair he was in and giggled at the thought of the fear his grandfather imposed upon others. Ah how far he had to go to get to his level in the hierarchy of the evolution in man.

xxxxxxSnakes...snakes....SNAKES....Sypher was up against the wall behind Murasaki the minute she found him, using her as a shield incase it wanted him for lunch! He wrapped his arms from behind and right under her squishy chest, pushing it up in a attempt to say he was scared sh*tless. "C-Creepy snakes! C-Creepy Hokage, he's a kid! Ugh I want to pass out...GAH MORE SNAKES!" He clamped tightly around her, pushing them both against the wall but she was still his squishy shield. "Scary....scary...." He tried to hide his green haired head and pale white face in her hair, shaking and just hoping no one heard his girlish scream.

“Those who dare bring harm to my friends, my village, and my way of life…”

(Panthers, when you said "Madara", did you mean "Manda"?In addition, I'd like to clarify something, since this seems to be a common misconception a lot of people have: There is no structured "Bingo book" in POTS. The entire premise of such a thing, to me, is stupid since would make information gathering pointless, as people could automatically say "Lolz I has a bingo book I kno all ur secrets lol")

xxxxYamatano didn't like the tone of Zin's voice from 'thick' onwards. He of all people should have realized the way a snake tastes the air, and would taste the particles of Yamatano. Still, he wouldn't give up at that. Of course Yamatano's scent would be picked up, he was wearing the guise of his father. Besides, the last contact between he and Zin had been years ago, when they fought in the exams. Surely he couldn't accurately place Yamatano by such an old scent.......could he? "Scent? Lord Hokage, perhaps your snakes are picking up traces of my son upon me. He and I did have to part ways recently, its true. Shame he couldn't be here, but he has his orders, and I mine." he finished, seemingly nonchalant, as if the topic was no big deal.

Upon his response regarding the picture, Yamatano sighed and shook his head. "A shame, that is. Of course, we have done our research, but one can never be blamed for being too thorough." He remarked with a slight chuckle. "Now then, Lord Hokage, unless you would like me a message for my son, I believe I'll allow my companions their time with you." Yamatano sincerely hoped Zin would just give him a message and send him away, but based on how he spoke earlier.....he wasn't sure if he would be leaving just yet. If worst came to worst, Yamatano could run, but for now, he tried to discount that possible need.

Masaki

------------------------------

((Not sure what else to do so Masaki gets to dish out some new nicknames. Too many snake guys forced him to deliver more fitting nicknames after all. Sorry if it's confusing))

Masaki stood behind the team leader impatiently. There was a lot of talking and it was getting really annoying. His attempts to control himself in honor of "manners" were in vain, since as soon as he stopped fidgeting he started tapping his foot, and when he stopped that he started pacing a little. He hated talking. While he had learned much from it, he had learned far more from acting. He also liked to believe he taught more through his actions, than he ever could with words. Strength simply wasn't gained from theory and discussion. He remembered his old habits on the occasions he attended academy. He tended to play with his pencil, or fold his papers or doodle. None of those was currently possible, and he had to resist plating with a kunai. He wouldn't mind a good fight, or even a war, but he knew when he got impatient he didn't pay attention. He would probably do something stupid like cut himself.

From what little he did bother to hear, it sounded like the old man was Kiri-snake guy's father. The boy was Konoha-snake guys cousin or something. There were far more snake guys than he would have previously thought. He tried to think of more fitting names. The Hokage would be Snake boy, kiri snake guy would be kiri snake guy and Konoha snake guy would be Konoha snake guy. Kiri snake guy's father would be Snake grandpa. That made sense. Masaki smiled. He had a nick for nacknames. No a nick for nicknames. oh whatever. He hadn't given his team any nicknames. That had to be fixed. Leader would be snowcone and the boy would be Brat. That worked perfectly. Sarutobi would be Liar Tree Sensei. His eyes narrowed and his hand turned into a fist as he thought of that geezer, but it didn't stop his train of thought. Luo was... well he was Luo. He was probably Masaki's best sensei, and in Masaki's eyes had earned his position.

As he snapped back to the real world Masaki found very little had happened. Snake Grandpa seemed to be wrapping up his meeting. Snowcone would soon speak to Snake boy and they could get the hell out of here. He silently willed the woman to be quick about her business so they could go do something interesting.

Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu

(( Yea I did. Watch the show while I was typing, lol XD Anywho, I mentioned the Bingo Book mostly because it's something that is rather normal in the shinobi world. BUT, just because said person is in there, doesn't mean the information in it is accurate or better yet, updated. So it shouldn't really deter one from information gathering. ))

The paper thin slits remained that way when the denial of truth was spoken. A little huff came from the child and his feet stop wiggling in his chair as some irritation came over him. Why did he have this illusion up?! "Do not underestimate the Naga Clan serpent... 'sir.'" Adding something of emphasis to the last word. "They cannot be compared to the intelligence of a normal serpent. Their memory is quite sharp and... accurate. But that is a nice try..." Zin was debating on two things. One was to see the reasoning, willingly or unwillingly, why this suspected 'man' before him was cloaking himself in an illusion. He was half tempted to utilize the Genjutsu he used to torture his victims, and force the illusion to break through the horror the illusion inflicts. Or better yet... The most evil little smile appeared in his tiny face within the darkness of his shadowed face as Zin hissed in Naga. From what he remembered, Yamatano understood for the most part what Zin said when he broke the words down to the basics. Though when he spoke Ancient Naga, he was at a loss to comprehend it. True, Yamatano could teach it to his father, but it even took Matsuya a while to learn some of the words Zin spoke. Mostly to speak to him in public when he didn't want others to know what he was saying. For he didn't teach him all things, evne the basic vocabulary, for the reasons that he was not a Naga Clan member; and he doubted Manda, would want other's to know how to speak such words without them learning from him. With that in mind, Zin employed his little plan into action to see if this approach would work. For the Genjutsu plan, had too many consequences. One of the major one is that upon him attacking a Kiri shinobi in front of another Kiri shinobi unprovoked, would lead to unnecessary heat on Konoha. A consequence that Zin doesn't need when he's so close to gaining his own goals. Especially, when he was gearing for a war on a completely different area.

'It is a long way back to the gates of Konoha... Yamatano-san. I'd hate for you to have a little accident due to you playing Halloween in my office. Why... are you utilizing an illusion to enter my village?' Zin kept the words basic as he could, as if he were speaking to the lesser snakes that weren't Naga Clan bred, before speaking normally. It would look like to the others, that he was simply speaking to the two snakes at his side as he did before, as Nagi and Hitan raised their large heads higher while facing the 'man'. Yamatano, or the 'man' he believed to be him, would understand it unless he lost his ability to translate the basic translation.

Now... Yamatano didn't know Zin long but he should know him long enough that little 'threats' such as this wasn't just a collection of hot air. Specifically when Jei, who was laughing at Sypher's exclamation to the 'decorations' Zin made for the Hokage tower, stopped immediately and made just something of a subtle movement towards the exit and positioned himself with Azriel at the exit. "Ah... Well that is indeed what I expect of Kiri being run under Luo." Zin said in the fakes of sweet child-like voice that has been practiced to the point he should be an actor! Despite, the hidden murderous intent that would take only a shinobi that could break through the mask of Shukuchi's teachings at the level Zin was at to feel. "And for Yamatano, the message is that I need to speak to a certain serpent on behalf of my father. He will know what I mean." Zin would act like that was all that needed to be said, still waiting to see if his and his serpent's were right as he believed them to be, before adding, "Oh... And tell him that Zin hopes he is well. I'd hate for a person to have mastered the basic language of the snakes to be injured in this... harsh...cold world. He has too much talent... yes?"Zin said with a giggle as innocent as a child with conduct disorder could do.

Jei kept his 'ear to the do' so to speak, seeing as the door wasn't really closed to begin with. But he kept watch and ensured only those that truly needed to be in the office, to be in the office. Like most Kage offices, it was small, and having it crowded would halt from it being 'effective' should things get a little heated. Which, they seemed to be doing. His nephew, and Nagi, seemed to be sensing something that was aggravating them Azriel stuck it's massive head out and looked into the office to see what was bothering the young master. The words, when speaking in lesser Naga, rather told them to start holding the point. Jei, who cackling to the youth squealing halted when he heard Zin's hisses. 'Hmmm... Looks like I might get some fun today...' He thought to himself as he hissed to the serpents that laid upon the tier, who immediately moved to their defensive missions. Slithering down the tier and entering the small slots that laid at the center of the door to deliver a message. Jei would then, make a casual move towards the exit with Azriel as he made a pause to look at the boy hiding behind the girl once again. Venomous eyes leering to him before yet another cackle was made and he continued to take his position at the exit. But he wasn't the only one who positioned himself in a pivotal point. For every door of every tier, except for the bottom floor, would be two ANBU positioned outside it. Each staring forwards and would seem to wait on something.

Murasaki sighed, as she held up by Sypher, and watched as the strange looking man walked by. That one, gave her chills going up her spine; since it apparently amused him that Sypher was scared of snakes. Or was he just startled, like she was a bit earlier? Certainly he didn't mean to seem this way... Btu then again, she wouldn't be basically pinning him to the wall if he was startled... But that was besides the point.

What did Sypher say, anyways? Oh, yes. The Hokage in power, was a child. Certainly a child couldn't be that dangerous.. but then again, she heard worse stories in Suna, about powerful children. One, she would have yet to meet, as she desired to. But; Why, would this Hokage, build an office underground? Let alone have snakes wander it almost always. But, whomever it was, was only just a child, though. Wouldn't a child still be.. well, childish, wanting to do simple things like getting sweets, like pastries, or soft candies, as well play outside? Even becoming a ninja at a young age, a child must still want to be able to play, and enjoy themselves.

If this child was a Hokage, Murasaki certainly didn't want to meet the child's parents. They must of been horrible! If this child was Hokage, that would mean... The child did S-rank missions previous to this.

This kid must of killed a massive amount of people. This child's version of hide and seek, is probably more gruesome and sadistic than the average, 'Hey, I found you!' version. Murasaki honestly felt pretty bad for the kid.

But what if it wasn't a child? Maybe what Sypher thought was a child, was actually a fairly short adult, whom was rather insulted to be called as so? Well, there was only one way to find out, was to see the Hokage herself... actually, two ways. Either from her own judgement, or simply asking. But, if this person really did beat the previous one, she'd prefer using her own judgement. Quietly.

“Those who dare bring harm to my friends, my village, and my way of life…”

xxxxYamatano stiffened slightly at Zin's hissing, speaking in the language of the snake, a tongue Yamatano could understand, but not speak himself. Zin made one thing very apparent: he knew Yamatano lay under the cowl of his father, and was not going to rest until he knew why. Yamatano inwardly swore, wondering why he thought this could work against Zin. It said a lot of his ability to fool the other man so completely, but Zin had met Yamatano before. If the boy was truly as much of a snake as he seemed to claim, of course he would be able to detect Yamatano with a Snake's ability to taste the air. If anyone else in the world knew this, it would be Yamatano.

Yamatano turned his head around, finding Jin now standing in the doorway, looking at Yamatano as if he had understood Zin's hissing as well (which he probably did) It seemed he wasn't being given an option to leave, so he merely nodded, and stood off to the side. Turning to his companions, he said "I almost forgot, there is one more matter I must discuss with Lord Hokage in private. Please, take your turn." He said to the three. If he was going to have a confrontation with Zin Naga, he preferred to keep anyone else out of the matter. Besides, as he was still wearing the guise of Himura, he didn't want to have to explain to his companions the necessity of his transformation.

Yamatano tried to ignore the heated glare he knew Jin was probably shooting at him. Having fallen for a genjutsu cloaked shinobi - and leading him straight to the Hokage, no less! - was probably a major embarrassment, and one he was sure the man would try to take revenge for. Thankfully, Yamatano knew that Zin wouldn't let him attack Yamatano, or at least, not kill him. Yamatano had something that Zin desired desperately, which he could not obtain unless Yamatano was alive. Yamatano thought about this some more: Despite the fact that he was being trapped, he held a considerable amount of power in this bargain. Yamatano thought that, despite his now confirmed insanity, Zin could still be reasoned with. Perhaps he and Zin could even become......allies? The thought of allying himself with a man who had inflicted such horrible cruelties on his people left a bad taste in Yamatano's mouth, but at the same time, it would ensure his safety, and more importantly, the safety of Kirigakure from whatever mad plans Zin had concocted. He remained silent as the other Kiri shinobi approached the Hokage, waiting for them to leave before he made another move.

He was mostly talking to himself on how much he hated snakes compared to his love for bunnies, god he was such a girly man! Sypher finally let go of Murasaki but kept behind her and kept talking, some was to her. "That demon in you is better than these snakes...atleast your demon is a cat..." He remembered it had been a cat because of how she acted when he accidently made her release it with one of his poisons.

And now was the time to wait. Waiting to see what the 'man' was going to do. Sure he could walk out but that would lead to a possible capture of his little trap out the doors of his office. There was more than one reason why he chose to put himself underground. But thankfully... the 'man' seemed to comply. That, released the tension and even the intense want to murder from little self. Swaying his feet once again and reacting back into his chair, in which his serpents did the same, and would just lightly keep their heads parallel with Zin's. Zin looked up to Jin who, like always, have a scowl on his face... one that he knew so often. 'Heehee... Uncle Jin seems pissed. Foolish man still is bad at Genjutsu. We'll have to fix that.' He thought to himself, as even though Zin was bad at the ways of the illusion himself unlike his Uncle, Zin studied up a little enough to at least find other ways to 'see' the truth."I see... Thank you for your information." Zin said softly before looking to the rest and waiting for the information the next group had.

A chill went up Murasaki's spine, as she instantly shushed Sypher, rather sternly."Not so loud, you know. I still need to tell the Kage about it. Hosts are not exactly treated well in villages. They are usually unwelcome, and called monsters, or they are utilized as a weapon of mass destruction. I do not, by any chance want to be considered either." Murasaki whispered quietly. Though, despite what she said, she knew in Kumogakure that wasn't the case. She was simply 'special', which at the time she was rather content with, until the offer of being able to explore was given to her. But once again, she was stuck in a village-sized cage, waiting to be a pawn in a deadly, life-sized game of chess.

She never did like the thought of that. However, She didn't plan to go in the office until the room was cleared, so she could explain; but with her bad luck she'd die before she would be able to go out the door, after telling the Hokage. Not only that, Murasaki thought that the Hokage would probably laugh at her for the fact she couldn't control the damn Nibi, let alone use it to her advantage. Of what use was she anyways?

Well, she did plan to be the medic, but they probably already know that about her, since she did train her medical jutsu here, in Kohona... then again, there was also that psycho doctor who taught her too; though he was definitely not from Suna (and needed to go to Alcoholic ninjas Anonymous). That meant, wherever that guy was from, would know too... that is, if he wasn't focused drinking all the time.

Then, suddenly, a thought occurred to Murasaki.
"Also, Sypher, Snakes are not slimy, even though they look as so. Their scales are rather dry, and they do not produce a mucus to cover their body like frogs or fish do."Murasaki sighed as she pulled the 'fun fact' out of nowhere, though she was pretty sure she read it in a book back in her old academy, around the age of seven or so. It was understandable that the amount of snakes that were in there, anyways, since snakes seemed to like places like this. Though, this made her wonder more about why the office was underground, anyways. She could always ask, but she learned it's better off to keep her own mouth shut, despite how curious she can get. And, having a cat demon stuck in her stomach didn't really boost her confidence for her curiosity, either.

xxxxxxDemon hosts were hated and called monsters? For once he looked in such deep, serious thought that even the snakes didn't seem so scary now, more like dog toys. He set a hand on hip, another to chin to think. "Well if anyone calls you a monster then I'll beat them up ok? Your not a monster!" He knew he wasn't one to beat up anyone but maybe throw insults at them as if it worked.

As Himura and 'the kid behind the desk' as Aoi would most likely continue to refer to the new Hokage as spoke, she noticed a tension that slowly built between the two of them. Well it was slow at first, but as she turned her head to find Jin blocking the entryway to the office she understood that things had heated up rather quickly. What was worse, was Aoi couldn't for the life of her place just what the tension was all about. The best she could do was pin it on Yamatano's use of the snakes during the exams. One of the camera's during that fight had zoomed in (albeit with terrible focus at first) to show those who watched the match the look on Zin's face. His expression changed rather quickly in that moment, and if Aoi didn't say so herself she'd have guessed Zin looked downright pissed off. Here he is the new Hokage shaping the village to his liking, and the first visitor he receives from Kiri is the father of the boy who by the looks of it at the time severely caught him off guard. So, she figured by association the boy detested Himura as well.

After a bit however, Himura turned to her and mentioned having more business to attend to with the Hokage and things seemed to subside for a moment. The air in the office had been so thick, even the snakes seemed to literally gorge themselves on the tension that still lingered. At last however, it seemed Aoi and her squad would get a chance to represent themselves and the matter they needed to bring to the kid's attention. Stepping forward past Himura with the two boys hopefully in tow, Aoi began her explanation of their arrival with a curt bow. "Good afternoon Hokage. I am Aoi Hyouga of the mist village. I came here on behalf of Lord Mizukage to inquire if you have any information on anything pertaining to stolen Hero's Water from Takigakure. It seems the last generation's Hero's water had not been used, however it was found and believed to be stolen. After investigating large coordinated attacks on Kiri country's harbors which were primarily led by rogue shinobi as well as interrogating those captured from the investigations, it was revealed that the multiple and rather consistent attacks on the boats were to find a portion of Takigakure's famed Hero's Water." Taking a moment to let the first part sink in as well as breathe of course, Aoi continued after brushing a few strands of her ice-blue hair out of her face.

"At first the information was a bit useless considering the randomness of the attacks. Apparently in the beginning the different groups tried to trick each other into thinking the water would be shipped via different import ships from other villages. However, upon looking into it the Mizukage noticed that all suspects arrested from attacks on Konoha shipping vessels hailed from one of three large gangs known to roam Kiri country. Pinpointing our investigation into specifically those gangs, it was realized that the water was set to appear on one of your ships in Kiri. Normally that wouldn't make sense, however as our leader stated because of the size of Taki they've always shared your harbors as far as shipping goods is concerned as a long time favor to the small village Konoha has been an ally with for quite some time. We do not know the intentions of whoever has found the water, or even if the rumors are true. However, the Mizukage believed it absolutely necessary to send us hear to see if you heard whispers of the same tale. Just as well, he sent us here to warn you that if the water was indeed split into three parts and sent to different villages as confessed by inmates, this could pose a serious civil threat to not only your hidden village but others as well should the water fall into the wrong hands. He asks that you at the very least exercise caution and send a squad to Takigakure to ask the village leader about the water if it was stolen, and if it wasn't to check for themselves to see if it is still where they kept it."

As Aoi finished speaking at last, she brushed her brow with an open palm and audibly said, "Phew!" before smiling and giggling a bit as she nodded in affirmation to the Hokage that she had completed what she needed to state. As she thought the situation over, she realized the easiest thing to do for whoever stole it was to simply replace the water with a replica. After all, it was only water in a crystal gourd and it was never used unless absolutely necessary for the village to do so. Sure people were guarding it, but a skilled shinobi probably could have slipped in and switched the water out for the real thing. Of course, this was assuming that the water was indeed even missing. Just as well, if it was she wondered how they'd be able to test for the water not being the real thing without someone ingesting it. "Hmmm, a clear crystal gourd is pretty hard to come by. I doubt if the assailant was from Takigakure he had the funds to have someone hand craft something like that. The next best thing for appearance sake would be glass. That's it! If the water has gone this long missing without being noticed, that must be how it was done!"

Before she could contain herself with the conclusion she came up with in her mind, she quickly blurted out before the kid in the desk had a chance to speak. "Oh! If the water is not reported missing by the Hero's Water guards, ask them to flick it with the cork off." Scratching the back of her head with a slightly embarrassed smile she continued to explain herself. "I know it sounds weird, but by all accounts the gourd that holds the Hero's Water is made out of crystal. If you flick it and it doesn't resonate or 'ping', then it clearly isn't crystal, meaning it was replaced with glass and fake water. That is of course if you act on the request of the Mizukage to investigate for yourself of course." At the last sentence, she straightened up her voice and posture regaining the little composure she lost with her short outburst. She dearly hoped that the Hokage at least looked into the matter. Certainly it couldn't hurt him to send one squad to investigate the incident.

Naga 'Demi-Prince' - 'Nin' - Naga Clan Head - Taijutsu Master - Legend of Shuntensatsu

Now that one issue has been handled it was time to access the reasoning for the other group to be before him. As the introduction of the squad leader was made, the boy merely nodded, keeping his information as to who he was confidential until further notice. Though some could guess as to who he by certain features that make this mini-sociopath unique, but to those that didn't know him previously to make this assumption he wished to keep it that way. Until he gains his new 'title' in the Fire Country, being deemed as nothing less than the 'New Hokage', would suffice.

Hearing the case that was presented to him made his eyes widen for a moment then narrowed to their usual slits. 'Someone dared to steal property of my country? Worse yet, water that belongs to me!?' Zin inquired as he hissed softly to Nagi and Hitan who separated from their master's side and began to roam the bookshelves that laid about Zin's office. 'This is troublesome... That water could have created new evolutions to my horde. With the amount of shinobi that I have turned undead, what affects would the water have to that which no longer has life, I wonder? Yet another set back!' Zin thought as he shook his head, continuing to listen as he pushed his large chair a bit back from the similarly large desk and began to briefly rummage through it. Occasionally, Zin would nod, showing that he indeed was actively listening until he pulled out a large scroll. A scroll that upon unraveling, was a large geographical map of the world.

About this time Hidan, or the jet black boa, returned to Zin's side briefly with a dark brown, over-stuffed string-folder before slithering back to the bookshelves and continuing it's search. Untying the string that seemed to keep all of the documents within the folder, Zin carefully opened up the folder and took the first document that laid on the top. Taking a pencil into his hand within the mist of those long sleeves, the Naga child began to take notes of what was being said and the information he had beside him. For beside him, was documentation of imports and exports of the Fire Country. To avoid anything being slipped into, and (he had hoped) out of the Fire Country, he placed some of Konoha's sharpest eyes to keep up with what leaves and enters into the country. Looks like they have made a big mistake by letting Takigakure's treasure disappear. 'Fools... Should that artifact of Taki be in the hands of anyone but mine, I will ensure they suffer the slowest imaginable execution before their families.' Zin thought to himself, slightly snapping the pencil due to the pressure he was putting against it as his mind flooded with malicious thoughts. That water needs to benefit him...not some common thug leader.

"Tell your Kage Luo, should he still be in power, that Konoha is appreciative of this information." Zin said as he finished drawing upon the map the usual trade routes within the Fire Country before the goods are imported. "For we have not heard of any stolen items occurring within our borders, meaning that they probably are not aware of this either. Which is a concern... As the 'Hero Water' is Taki's pride and treasure, and as you said, in the wrong hands it can cause to be a travesty." 'Especially if it were to be in my hands.' Zin thought before, thinking everything through and looking back at the import documentation. From Taki., several hundred crates were sent out from the village. Nothing unusual. But if the claim by the Luo is true, then it does make things suspicious. Before Zin's own gangs of the Fire Country were purified by his undead pets, Zin noticed a smart tactic that they utilized to deliver drugs; even if it lost small value due to the vessel being utilized. If whoever stole the item in the first place was like them, with as many packages that get exported from Taki., there could be numerous ways to hide the water. Better yet, this could further lead him to the assumption that someone from inside Taki.'s very walls could be the one performing the thievery. For what better person to steal it than a shinobi that knows the workings of the village?

This, and many other questions popped up in Zin's mine like a thinking plot. Each question led to or connected to another question which lead to an answer and -you guessed it- led to another question. "This will be a very delicate mission. For if the 'Hero Water' has indeed been stolen, then we are going to need to close in on the person before they make a move. For they could just as easily go to or worse yet have already gone to, another country to hide out. Tell the Mizukage, that we will be combing through the Land of Fire for any clues. I suspect, if the claim is true, that this thievery is an inside job. The amount of security that protects that water, at least from the stories Matsuya used to tell me about it, is near to impenetrable. I do not believe they could be easily fooled or defeated. Meaning to me in this situation, that there should have at least been some type of altercation even if the guards, lost which would have notified us. But seeing as this has not been the case... That is simply my assumption on the matter as to why there has not been an uproar about it already. Tell Luo, that we will be making a move immediately, yet discretely. In fact, I will operate the docks and the village as if nothing has happened to ensure the look that we still know nothing. This is not to trigger suspicion, should in fact my assumption to the matter be correct." Zin said softly as Nagi came to his side with a booklet of the Fire Country. One that was far more detailed geographically, than the one that sat upon his desk.

As Zin studied it, the child looked out towards his open door to see the darkening sky and the green glow of the torches outside. His shadowed little face tilted back to Aoi, "Although before you leave, I would advise staying in Konoha for the night and leave in the morning. Go to our dorms and request for a Condo suite. The codename is 'Hebi'. Do rest and again... Do not leave until morning."He would not state why, but if a Kage states something like that twice, and is even offering accommodations, one can at the very least do as he asks. Plus, Zin would hate for them to be mauled by his 'contagious' pets.
