General: Flint will often be caught wearing his bat costume attire, even when it's not Halloween, unless he's in class. He will always have a look as if he is lost in the clouds as he lives more inside his mind than out. He wears earthy tones, usually golds, yellows and browns. He has no care when it comes to fashion, so it would be rare for him to be caught in something that was seen to be the "hip" thing to wear, as he just doesn't care.  ►►//. Personality Information:Agoraphobic Flint is not used to people, nor is he used to large crowds or social events. While he is trying, he will often get teary-eyed and will desperately cling onto someone he trusts if he has that privilege there at the time. He is not afraid of the individual, but of the crowd. He does not like eating at the designated times in the Great Hall because he feels like there are too many people in there. He will often skip breakfast and find something to snack on during down times. He has to endure dinner in the Great Hall, but he will sit at the end closest to the large doors and will focus on them, while trying not to shake so hard that his food falls from his utensils. Imaginative Flint much rather be inside his head than living in the harsh brutality of the world around him. He is always drawing, tinkering and pretending. He wears costumes, like his most favored which is the bat, because he does not know how to act like a "normal" wizard. He was raised by his mother always saying he was allowed to be who he wanted and to do what he wanted within his own mind, so thus he created a world inside his mind that was better suited to him than the one he has to endure in actuality. He is a tinkerer as well and will come up with small inventions to further distance himself from the world as they become his friends vs actual human interaction. Awkward Flint in one word is all around encompassed as awkward. He is shifty and nervous when talking to others and when there is more than one person present, good luck getting a full sentence out of him that doesn't cause him to tear up and begin to shake or try to hide within his costume. He means well, and he really does acknowledge that he does not want to be alone forever, but he struggles so hard being that he has had no other human interaction other than his family and that was the coddling and encouragement of his mother, the silent praise of his father and the onslaught of taunting and bullying by his older siblings. The only one that didn't bully so much was his brother Julian, only because he said that he used to be the victim of the three older brothers before Flint came around, however at school, Julian will pretend that Flint does not even exist, only making Flint's time more ...awkward. Clever While he may have his own faults when it comes to social interaction, Flint is darn near brilliant. He only does not like Potions because professors will often force him to demonstrate how he arrived at his complete potions, so he pretends that he has no idea what is going on. He is always questioning the reality of the world and often substituting his own, but he knows what is grounded in truth and grounded in fiction. ►►//. History Information:Family Life Overall, Flint has had a good family life. He was raised by both of his parents of which both have magic. They are considered a standard magic family with muggles mixed here and there down the history of the tree. His father pushed for Flint to enjoy sports and eventually get on the Quiddich team at Hogwarts, but Flint's lack of socialization and his terrible hand-eye coordination made this idea rather difficult. While his father feels like there was a sense of failure on his part, he praises Flint for his good grades, of which none of the other November boys seemed to be able to achieve. As all of his brothers were placed in Gryffindor, Flint was the butt of all Hogwarts jokes dealt by his brothers. He would often fear leaving his room because before he was sorted, he was the victim of the practical jokes and the taunts. His mother coddled him because he reminded her of herself actually. He was the more feminine of the boys and she clung onto that because she desperately wanted another female in the family. She taught him how to draw and encouraged him to read and be imaginative. She was much nicer to him when he did things wrong (which he hardly ever did without the pressure of his brothers) than she was to his older siblings. It was in the home that Flint was truly shaped into the person he has been slowly becoming. He found solstice in books and had no reason for human interaction other than to ask for food and money to buy more books. His mother also taught him how to sew, and that's where his love for costuming came about from. General History While most of Flint's live was shaped in the home, he did have his daily walks around the park in which he found sketching animals there fascinating. He would often go out to the fabric shops around his local town of Bathgate. He had made "friends" with the shopkeepers and seamstresses of the shops there. They would help him with sewing when his mother was not around or something had become even too hard for her to accomplish. It was through these people that he found tinkering to be his next accomplishment. They inspired him to create toys instead of just clothing as they said he had a natural gift with his hands. When Flint was at school, getting picked on by the muggles that he had to call peers, he was sketching up plans and ways to create toys that could substitute friends. He had never been popular at school because of his awkward behavior and his extreme agoraphobia. There was one day that he was shoved into the middle of a parade the class had been taken to, causing Flint to begin to cry and scream. The students made fun of him even worse from that day on, which only fueled the imagination and false realities that Flint desperately clung to to even just survive. He came out of the fifth grade though and was thrilled the day he got his Hogwarts letter. As that meant it was a time for change, and Flint knew he needed that change.
