Attor sought out some solitude for once he headed out into the grounds with his paper and ink. He managed to move swiftly out of heavy traffic areas on the grounds and slide past the gaze of teacher's near by. His feet just kept caring him feeling like he was running from something. He only stopped when he faced the forbidden forest. Attor stared at it pondering what would happen if he entered. A morbid mood had gripped him hard with what little hope he had had faded with each day. He knew about a handful of nasty creatures that resided with in perhaps a run in with one....no...he wasn't in that bad of a shape. Even though he had no family to speak of for the time he had his friends and his money.
Attor sat on a log facing the forest and he began to sketch things that was keeping his hopes up. First the snake plushie Tynan had let him borrow, then Tynan. He flipped the page and began to sketch Clover next, she got a whole page to herself. Then Von and a pair of boxing gloves something their spares were slowly missing. And then Quidditch stuff, he was going to try out this year for sure.

Flint sat adjacent from the Forbidden Forest, peering into the shaded trees, watching leaves fall, hearing twigs snap, and seeing bushes shake. He was utterly fascinated with this forest. There were so many creatures that he'd like to see, and some he'd rather never meet. He pretended he could hear better, using his bat ears atop his head. He closed his eyes, listening to everything, imagining the sounds of the centaurs, the unicorns, and those much more sinister...
Upon successfully setting himself on edge, he opened his eyes, looking about and making sure no monster had found its way over to him. He stood up, brushing the dirt off his pants. He picked up his sketch book when out from the corner of his eye, he saw a boy sketching.
The student had a few scars on his face, which only made Flint more nervous. Was this boy mean? Was that why he had scars? Or was there something much...more unsettling going on?
Flint panicked. Would he try to just leave without saying anything? Would he say anything? The other boy was drawing. It was a subject that was familiar to Flint. Flint loved to draw himself.
The brunette dug his feet into the moss that covered the ground, feeling the Earth's soft tissue gently caress at his feet. He had no idea what to do from here...

Attor sighed suddenly snapping his sketch book shut. Why was everything just so crazy anymore. He longed for things to be normal again. He scanned over the area his eyes slowly finding it was to the other boy near by. Attor blinked how long had the boy been there. And so much for longing for normal, this boy was wearing bat ears, wings, and tail. He had never seen this boy before maybe he was a first year? At any rate he could be a possible distraction from his current issues. And he seemed to be holding a sketch book too.
"Oh uh Hello there." He called out to the boy trying to smile a bit.
