Ilafatyu Eruravenne Gambino is a last name. As in Johnny K. Gambino and Gino Gambino. Also, there's Johnny's clone, Labtech X and I guess Rosalie (Johnny's wife and the mother of Gino, Ian and Louie) could count, too (on Gaia, death is merely an inconvenience). And I suppose it's possible Diedrich could be involved... Wouldn't that just figure? xp If Diedrich causes a problem so large that it attracts the attention of the Zurg, I swear I'll strangle that bunny.
On an unrelated note, I never bought the idea that Diedrich was Gambino. The eyebrows, man. The eyebrows.
Back on the subject... Didn't he keep reproducing himself? So many grunny clones might cause some sort of disturbance. But again, if it's him that brings this whole thing back, I'm going to have to punch someone.Well, I don't think Diedrich is a Gambino, either. But he did come from Johnny in a way. Irritating little NON-grunny... *grumble*mutter* But with the way things are going, I feel like the real trouble is supposed to come from the mysterious "Him" that the holiday figures were hiding from. Whoever that is...

True, that was at the beginning of this arc. Which I will be so glad to see end. Hopefully it's something interesting, not some kaiju that wants to take over Gaia/holidays/whatever. I'm looking forward to an intense villain-type.

Because that would be almost as lame as if "He" were Diedrich. Ugh...

'He' can't be the Don. That would be ridiculous. So far as I've gathered, Luca just sits around in his little cave-mansion and watches stuff happen. Even during the Olympics, he just sat around and watched his sister (and a few others) compete.
...What would be so bad about the elf, though? Other than him being a lazy midget with vengeance issues, I mean.

Mokoni I love you. Just sayin. XD mrgreen On-topic, while it wouldn't surprise me if they went the "technically, it's a last name!" route, it wouldn't really make sense in context for it to be Gino. Note how she says he won't "stop" his experiments. Gino, to our knowledge, had not *started* any experiments at that point, so she really couldn't have been talking about him. LabTechX on the other hand sounds like a pretty experiment-ey guy. So I'd lean more towards him. Forgive me for being a little bit out of the loop, but what is his significance in zOMG? Is he responsible for the animated?

*dropping the IC character on Gaia thing for the while*
Iron Magus is here, which means. . .something BIG will happen XD; Although , I noticed the new Manga and how everything happens on Halloween (Nah, for realz?), and that man really reminded me of Gambino. I would really love to believe the old man is not dead for sure, but. . . OH GAIA! You're killing me with excitement! You haven't done this since 2007!

With all the hype, this mysterious dude needs to be really terrifying and/or powerful or it's just a let-down. The Iron Magus Forgive me for being a little bit out of the loop, but what is his significance in zOMG? Is he responsible for the animated Something like that. I've only completed the game once, so I don't remember all the details... But he's the final boss. There's more to it than that, though. I mean, whatever this is, it's not just confined to Gaia, so it can't all be X's fault. I think he just unleashed it on Gaia or something. neutral

Forgive me for being a little bit out of the loop, but what is his significance in zOMG? Is he responsible for the animated? The explosion that caught our intergalactic friends' attention is the source of the G'hi energy responsible for the Animated, but X made significant efforts to use the energy involved for his own purposes, animating a death machine. Other interesting features of zOMG that are possibly relevant- while rings are unable to harm Gaians, they do harm alien species, such as the P3s and the inhabitants of the hive currently attached to the portal. Therefore I am concerned that if the Zurg do return, it will be there, where they are vulnerable to direct damage from Gaians.

So, there we go--the initial energy came from one of Gambino's experiments, LabTechX harnessed it for more experiments, and... somehow, the animated or something else related to zOMG is going to spell the end of Gaia (otherwise, why would the Zurg be showing up in zOMG, rather than towns or forums?)
Mystery solved. I guess now we just have to wait for something new to happen.
@Da Mangaka, I just came back for the anniversary reunion, and I'm sticking around to see if anything interesting happens. Don't read too much into my presence. wink

I miss you TiM! *clings* It seems that everything in Gaia becomes awesome with you around.
And don't worry, I supposedly had left Gaia but, can't get away too much for Gaia Halloween. = w = Hmm, Masquerade. This suspiciously reminds me of the events of 2007, remember? Do you think we can have some NPC interaction, we certainly are getting some lately.

Just Agent EXE popping in to add a little extra to this theory.
GiB was created to protect Gaia from any extraterrestrial beings and anything out of the ordinary on Gaia. However, we wouldn't have any of these problems if not for Gambino. Everything he did led to the Zurg's appearance. He's the reason we are here.
Basically, what I am trying to say is that Gambino created us. Well, more like inadvertently caused our existence, but created nonetheless. The definition of create is to bring something into existence, and Gambino effectively brought us into existence.
What if we end up becoming the problem?

Or, since she said that we'd be destroyed by the G Virus, and I have the G Virus, maybe I'll become the problem! The virus will mutate and I'll go insane and bite everyone on Gaia, turning them into mindless zombies! twisted Of course, I trust that if that were to ever happen, you'd all become my zombie slaves destroy me for the greater good.

Is it bad that I asked myself this question: "What would happen if a high Gaia mod spoke with TIM about becoming evil and ruining Gaia and he was not to speak about what he was told to do?"
