bluey looked at Tea in surprise, and wondered partly at what she was talking about, and partly at the change that had come over her.

She looks slyly to Blue and spoke in tones that were nearly drowned in the fountain's babble. "Polka-dotted Jello."
She almost jumpped with excitement.

A masked figure stealthily creeps around outside, throwing a grappling hook up at the roof over the terrace when it's clear those within are lost in coversation and glee. Carefully, she scrambles up the thick rope before anyone sees her, disappearing over the edge onto the terrace and hand-over-handing her rope up after her. Stowing the suspicious bundle in a dark corner, she slips into the window of the balcony and creeps along the railing until she's just over the fountain lounge area, unseen in the shadows.

Magpie snuck in the side entrance and looked around shyly. The place seemed mostly empty still. The decorations were fantastic, and she marvelled at the exquisite grandeur of the room. Feeling slightly out of place in her surroundings, she wondered if she should have come at alll. Would there be anyone there that she knew? Would she be very out of place in this gathering of Modists, very few of whom she knew? Would she be cast aside as the intrusive newbie while old friends danced together through the night? Well, there was only one way to find out. With a deep breath, she stepped into the room...

She nodded like a bobble head in the back of an old cart going down the back dirt roads.
"Oh, it is!" The glee was infectious. Really the only thing infectious about her, no matter what Rommy thought about nits.
"It takes effort to make polkadotted jello". Tea paused to ponder if it was more frightening or amusing that she had come up with the idea, or that she had actually done it.

Romuel took a deep breath before striding down the halls, making sure her boots echoed in angry stompings, and moving her hips to make her tail swish. With a strike, she forced the door open and snarled:
"WHERE'S MY MEAT?!?"

"Are the dots..." bluey began to inquire of Tea, when suddenly she saw a shy looking mags come into the room. "Maggie!" she exclaimed, and waved, making motions for maggie to come over to the fountain lounge. Hoping Tea was not too startled by this sudden interruption of hers, bluey turned around to see if she should apologise.
Suddenly bluey realised there was another, greater interruption - St Rommy had arrived! bluey gasped and timidly went over to greet Rommy, not wanting to approach too closely since Rommy's entrance didn't seem to be too welcoming.

Tea wasn't as startled by Blue as she was by Saint Rommy. Her eyes were as big as saucers behind the mask as she faintly raised a finger to gensture towards the Buffet.

Magpie grinned and strode over to the fountain where Blue beckoned her. "Hi Bluey! I'm so glad there's people here I know!" Seeing Tea next to her, she turned to compliment her on the fantastic decor and arrangement of the venue. "You really went all out! What a great way to spend Valentine's day! And thanks for the invite and the mask. You're better than a faerie godmother!" Mags grinned broadly and eyed up the massive table piled with exquisite foods and treats... Those chocolates were very tempting...
She jumped as the doors burst open and the venerated St. Romuel created her magnificent entrance. She considered hiding behind a sofa, and began to reconsider whether she should have come at all...

Romuel howled like a blood-crazed hamster, and stormed over to the meat. Being unable to actually eat, she begins making a horriffic cookie-monster style assault on the coldcuts.

"Hey, uhm, is this whoah who wha omigurd what's she doing to the meat?!"
Cassi blinked behind the mask, her mouth gaping, the corners twitching. Apparently, she was caught between horror and humor at Romuel's antics, and even while stunned so, was trying to resist a laugh.
"Well, this is a fine howdyado," she muttered, glancing around curiously. Despite having once (or twice) been a Mod, she had never actively participated in an actual Church event, and wasn't quite sure how to go about things.
She was dressed to honor the neurotically gender-confused Happy Emo Child, carrying a KiKi and wearing the Blue Flame Pants - partially in protest against the n00b stigma attached to them, partially in protest that men could not wear them in the color they were meant to be.

Pleased at the panic she caused, Romuel left the torn up coldcuts on the table, and settled into a happy crouch making noises that frightened cats make under sofabeds.

Tea has spent much of her time, avoiding Rommy, not because they didn't get along or anything, but because with Rommy came orders. And with orders came responsibility. Something Tea was rather allergic to.
This meant that Tea had developed mad ninja skills to avoid Rommy's notice, which crept into her present behaviors as her stifling her already quiet chuckle.
It went on like this, and while she had no intention of being rude to Maggie, she couldn't take it any more.
She fled the room to the powder room to: laugh, fiddle with makeup because she was persnickety, laugh some more, than return.
(Be back in a couple hours folks)
