Socrates once said: "I know that I know nothing..."

It's nice to see more people who write. I myself am one of them and currently Im only writing fanfiction at the moment. Or more 1 fanfiction, put it up a while ago [x] if you're at all interested xD
with me the problem is more of an 'I don't know much english' type... Yes basic english is there as is grammer and such, but for it to be of the level I want to write for (the story Im plotting) it's not nearly enough. Problem is though, english isn't my main language, i want it to be... But it takes time and effort.

Once I've got the plot line worked out and written down on paper I'm gonna start writing short chapters, just to learn to write, like i should do with my fanfiction, but like always I don't know where to go, too many different plot lines running through my head. I do want to write some more RP around here and I've got my eye on a certain B/C shop. Though still in IT stage.
Anyways, Im gonna stop writing for now or this will turn into some kind of essay xD
Before I go though, I also love to think. Philosophy and such. Want to work that in my 'for reals' story too...

And inspiring writers? dunno really if they inspire the writing for me, but I like Dan Browns work very much so, also Kate Moss and I might have to read some Stephen King xD

Me: "But I do know that I seek to know, despite knowing I'll never know.

I love writing. I mostly write fiction, but I have a stroy in mind for realistic-fic. The only stories I ever finish are written for school sweatdrop Right now I am writing poems and lyrics. I can't say I have one specific favorite/ inspirational author, but I started writing sonnets after reading Romeo & Juliet. Oh yes and I RP because its a fun way to form a story.

I'm curious. I mean, writing counts as an art. So any writers out there?
Mebbe. ninja

Do you write your own original fiction?
It's the best, and I suck at real life crap.

Write your own comics?
I've tried, but one-shots are hard. D:
Plus, the American style kills me, so I'd probably have to have someone else draw while I create a storyline.

Do you do National Novel Writing Month?
...What is this and WHY haven't I heard of it before?

Most admired author?
FFUUUUUUUUUUU-there are way too many to choose, I LOVE BOOKS. heart

Who inspires your writing?
The elements, mostly, and strangers.

I write. I do my own stories, draw inspiration from the world around me. I can't tell you all my ideas, but one of my stories includes homeless people living in Las Vegas... I'm taking a creative writing class this semester, it's going to be a lot of fun, but hard.

My favourite writers (I have many, so will list the top five):
Stephen King
Clive Barker
Arthur C. Clarke
Brian Lumley
Isaac Asimov

Yeah... That list is by no means in any specific order. I draw inspiration from them equally. Clive Barker can take horror, fantasy, science-fiction, romance, drama, and any other genre and mix it together to make one amazing story.

The author that i admire is Stephen King

I have a lot the people who inspire me, the one who tops the list is Michael Crawford. i wrote a book using his name and talent, upon finishing the book i wrote a letter asking permission and a few months later i got a letter back. he gave me permission to publish the book.

I'm a savvy writer, and I'm currently doing a Zelda fanfic over on my DeviantArt account.

Other literary works include various short stories (mostly for English class) A more-than dead novel on Atlantis called Beneath the Horizon, and a story that never got off the ground, titled BELOW and dealing with the outer planes of Heaven and Hell.

What's in the works is another fanfic, but on StarTropics, subtitled Time and Tide. I'll release it to my DeviantArt once I begin it.

Edit: forgot my 2 poems, one called Another Year, and the other a zelda poem from Ganondorf's view.

I started writing fanfiction when I was twelve, and started roleplaying around that age. With those two together, I started getting better at writing, and just recently started writing my own original stories.

Yes, I write my own original fiction. I have plenty of ideas, but try to do them one at a time to avoid leaving them unfinished. I have a fanfiction account with a finished story, and have a few fanfiction ideas that I may write down. In addition, I'm writing one of my original stories down on tumblr.

I actually had the idea for a comic, but my drawings skills aren't good enough for me to do all of that myself. If I could find some help, I'd probably do it, though that idea isn't completely thought.

Quite honestly, I don't have a most admired author. I do, however, like Robert Frost's work, as well as Edgar Allen Poe's. Of course, If I listed every author whose work I've read, I don't think I'd finish.

No one inspires my writing. Rather, its not any authors or friends. I am interested in a variety of things, such as science, history, world cultures, etc. So I read, and then I just get an idea for a story and start working on it.

Sort of. I'm in the early conceptualization stage of my life work - the preliminary world-building bit. You can expect a finished product in 20-30 years.

I write original fiction, usually falling in the category of Alternate History (or Historical Fiction).
For example, I have a guild dedicated to my most recent idea (none of my previous ones are complete, by the way) called The Other Hundred Years War.

This is really the first, and potentially last, story that I've come up with that is a collaboration of ideas from different people, so if anyone wants to help out, feel free to join.

I used to write many fictional stories, most of which I never finished. I haven't written a story in a long time and I'm never in the mood for writing :[.

I feel your pain! Most of my issue that I currently write news and non-fiction for money.
