Ozaru opened the door and walked in. Looking around he could tell something was going on but it hadn't concerned him yet so he just let the other agrue amongst themselves. A look of utter boredom crept across Ozaru's face as he found a seat and sat down. Glancing towards Rey before returning his gaze back towards the door.
"Heya guys, sorry I'm late. What have I missed?"
Ozaru asked the others in the room with him. Hoping that someone could give him an answer or an insight as to what has happened. Maybe he could get a better idea as to why it was so tense in the meeting room.
Meetings always put me to sleep.
He thought to himself as he waited for someone to answer his question.

Captains our enemy Matsuo has become involved with this case which makes Soul Society's safety and issue. We must prepare arsenal and escape routes for Souls for an attack. Matsuo in the past has attacked here more than once without us expecting it but now I know he will attack and soon so we are going to need every shinigami in Soul Society. As for Alkaid he shall be put under investigation and accused of treason and assualt on another shinigami captain." Ryoko said while he was still standing. " When the attack comes all the souls will be evacuated to outside the rukongai district into the forest of shadows. We captains will stay to hold off the forces of hollows that Matsuo might be sending. Matsuo is a clever foe so he will send powerful hollow forces. Thats out defence now our offensive tactic we head to hueco mundo and bring the fight to them. I highly doubt they are in Las Nochas because Matsuo and Alkaid would be somewhere we least expect in hueco mundo. Besides the espadas are in little number. Ikoi fell to his knee his zanpakto clattering to the ground as he held his head with both hand and began to sweat, he had been keeping an ice bug frozen through dimensions and because it had just melted all of the spirit energy and information it collected was snapping back to Ikoi all at once in a single huge smack to the face, Ikoi tried to push himself back up to a standing position but could not so instead he looked dead at Ryoko and said "the elixer is finished, Matsuo and the one called Fang are ready to attack, they have an army of arrancar only they have been given a small portion of elixer to become even stronger and the last thing" Ikoi paused as he thought of times so very long ago and the horror in them" Matsuo has found the body of the very first destro that we had hidden in the world of the living and they plan to bring it back to life with the elixer before attacking" Ikoi then turned to the rest of his fellow captains and said " normaly we would have Alkaid locked away with both himself and his zanpakto under constant supervision while we investigated this but due to the circumstances I dont think we have any room to cut back our military strength so I make a motion to my fellow captains to allow Alkaid to participate to the battle and afterward we will investigate his involvement in all of this but if he decides to betray us you all have my word I will not hesitate to cut him down myself and take full responsibility for whatever damage he inflicts to the soul society or soul reapers." Ikoi then warily moved to lean on a wall to wait for his strength to return.

Ikoi I want you to head to research and development and find data on garagantas, it's the only way to get to hueco mundo. You are gonna be the one to open it since you know where Matsuo and fang are. Our military forces will be set up with a defence group and offence group. We need to keep two powerful captains in soul society leaidng other shinigamis to defend Soul Society just in case. Our attacking forces will consist of two groups an assualt force and infilitration force. The assualt forces while provide cover fire for the other group to infilitrate the hideout. The inifilitration will be a group of 4 captains and 4 lieutenants. I will be incharge of the inifilitration force while Rey is incharge of the assualt force. The other captains that will assist me are Captains Ren, Kuin and Ikoi. We will sneek in and loacte the labs where they keep the elixir. Once we capture it we will delete all of their research on it. But there is only one way to know for sure that no one in the future plans to re enact the research. We are going to level the place with explosive charges that contain high powerful spiritual energy that bring the entire place down. All that remains is the destro... Do whatever it takes to destroy it. Celestine, Jaleax I want you two to stay behind to defend Soul Society incase they plan to attack while we are at the hideout. I can trust our more recent captains to keep soul society in care." Ryoko finished. He really felt like he was taking charge. Well for the time being he needed to make logical tactical decisions because of the commander now under watch so someone had to take his place fo the moment. Ryoko plans to take this plan seriously because he remembers times when the espada attacked soul society before they had time to react and it wasn't a site to behold so Ryoko knew what he was doing. It was also suprising that he would let Rey be incharge but due to his theory being right Ryoko could trust him again. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Challenge me and you meet death

What you know about being a gansta? And what you know about being in danger! "Ryoko honestly we have a promblem. With my resources that I'm limited to the only people for the assult force I can think of is Kyokudai , and the academy students. Even if I have to draw from the Academy students, I don't think their ready for this kind of mission. If all else fails I'll provide cover by myself. I'm sure Reymous would love that. " Rey stated as he patted his zanpakutou. "Though, when the time comes I might have to pull Ikoi away from the research team after he has that garganta opened so he can help. I don't know what the enemy is thinking ,, but if Matsuo comes after me I would love to have back up. I got a crash course in what he can do when I was a younng 5th seat officer. " Rey stated with a sigh. As I walked through the valley of the shadows of Death... I were my crown of thorns I pulled a knife out my chest!!!

He hesitated for a bit, but finally sighed and reached into the captain's coat pocket. He pulled out two small books with brown and red covers and set them on the table. "Here are materials on gargantas. That combined with the materials of the Research and Development should be enough to create one," he said adjusting his glasses. On the cover of both books was the seal of Central 46. "Those books are from the Great Spirit Library. I've been using them to create counter measures in case of assaults on the Seireitei." "I wasn't planning on recruiting academy students for that task. They will stay here to help with the evacuation if the hollows attacked here. As for extra cover then I will let Ikoi assist you in the assualt then and have Ruin and Ren assist me in the infiltration. Besides I faced Matsuo on several occasions he would be more worried about the elixir instead of you so he will probably be comming after me which is why I'm having two other captains with me. We still have a few 3rd seats, 4th and 5th and lieutenants to back you up Rey." Ryoko turned his head to the other captains. "Commence with the operation gather the other lieutenants and ranking seats. Captains and lieutenants you are dismissed. Rey if Matsuo comes after you I won't be to far behind. Besides he and I have a score to settle anyway." Ryoko said as he walked away from him and headed over to Ikoi. "Ikoi lets get you to the research and development labs so you can gather all the data you need to make a garaganta." Ikoi patted his friend Ryoko on the shoulder and said "Ryoko there is no need this is something I researched while Cre was still here and I can open them at will now so we could all leave right now if you want but I have a question for you" Ikoi then walked past Ryoko and into the center of the rest of the captains before continuing " I have a question for all of you, what about the destro, it has the destructive power of 3 or more captains and if the plan stays as it is it will easily help either Fang or Matsuo easily wipe out the group we assign to attack them so we need a third team to attack the destro separately or risk the lives of everyone in this operation because it will help one of them and if we dont, yes one of the two teams will probably be successful but the other will be wipped out by the overwhelming power there combined targets have so we need a third team to kill the destro" Ikoi then picked his zanpakto up from the ground where he had dropped it and resheathed it before snapping his fingers causing a garganta to open right beside him so that once the teams were decided everyone could deploy imeadietly.

Gather a three captains that will take on the destro." Ryoko said to the other captains and looked at Ikoi and saw the garganta open. "Don't rush yourself Ikoi we need to first gather the support for the assualt aswell as the other already ranked shinigamis. Ikoi you are in incharge on who will be part of the third squad in destro containment." Kuin listened to Ikoi talking about the Destro and was instantly intrigued and excited about that in particular. "The strength of three Captains combined huh? I'll be part of that team, I want to see just how strong this "Destro" is." Kuin smiled sadistically as she though of utterly destorying it herself. "So when do we deploy on this mission Ryoko...or should I say Commander Ryoko, since you have evidence of Alkaid's behavior coupled on the fact that you're taking charge...should we call you the new Commander?"

We need to prepare so go with Ikoi to find two other captains that will take part in the destro containment unit. I was going to take you on the infilitration force but since you volunteered for destro containment than I can trust you can take care of it. The rest of the captains that I didn't assign. If all else fails on leveling the place the captains incharge of soul society will fire the kido cannon at the hideout." Ryoko continued walking then stopped. "Call me whatever you or the other captains desire. I'm just a war legend and a veteran who is trying to protect this world." Ikoi smiled at Kuin's words before saying " I admire your enthusiasm Kuin and for the other two people of our unit I think Celestine hasnt been assigned to either unit and my old friend Alvaak should do, if i am correct he is the new captain of squad 4 unless anyone here" Ikoi motioned to the others in the room with his hand " would like to volunteer for this" Ikoi then snapped his fingers once more clossing the garganta because the teams would have to be redicided after his cell was formed, Ikoi then pulled a hell butterfly from his captains coat and after whispering a hurried message to it , the butterfly flew out of the room and into the soul society searching for Alvaak who regardless of rank was to be a member of Ikoi's unit.
