Smiling at Deimos's response. "Well actually you're on the right path of you're alignment, but you're a bit off." He gestered his hand towards the blackboard as the word fire came to life in a chalk-drawing form. Looking like a small campfire. "The alignment of fire has control over all things dealing with heat..." The fire transformed into a wiggle drawing of heat waves. "Whether creating it to cause fire..." Once more the drawing shifted back to it's lively fire drawing. "Or absorbing it to create ice." The drawing on the blackboard transformed into a melting icecube.
"Commonly this is an unknown ability, since most assume when you have the alignment of fire, all it deals with is well.. fire. Which is incorrect... Also other uses for this alignment deals with metal shaping, creating fireworks, and even refriderating things, by absorbing the heat around the object... and even effecting the weather."
Aphrodite scribbled her notes, as Bax talked. Wow, who know you could that with fire. Using her colored pencil tips she drew little pictures to help her understand the alignment.

Deimos grinned. COuld, he really do all those things? He felt ideas sprung up in his head, mulling about as he sat in silence, smiling, jotting down a few things, though most were just planned of what to do with this newfound knowledge.

Ike simply let his head drop to the table with a quiet thunk while writing down what Bax had said.

A head, rather high off the ground and bearing a sheepish expression, peered into the room and around. The newcomer, of course, was non other than Rex, who had just received news of an ongoing class via Silencer's angel, Leyrandia.
A rumble from King prompted a light, timid knock on the door from Rex. "Uh... excuse me? Sorry I'm late." The boy made no move to enter the class just yet, and simply stood in the doorway waiting for a response from the teacher-in-charge.

"One moment..." Stepping off the the small raised platform, he reached to open the door, smiling at the newcommer. "Ah, Rexier and King... Come in... it's alright, though I do not tolerate tardies, this is the first day of class..." Gestering to him to come inside, Baxterfullous reached over to pull another Class Syllabus from the stack of papers. "We've just started, any questions about the syllabus well be now held for during the break... Take a seat anywhere you feel comfortable..." He took a moment to think, looking at Deimos and how little he wrote.. and then at Ike and his sour mood. "Aphrodite! Could you please let Rex copy from your notes."
"Umm, sure Uncl- I mean.. uhh, Mr. Bax." She giggled at her mistake, waiting for Rex to take his seat.
" Rex, we were discussing the 10 alignments, we have just went over fire..."

Deimos looke dover at Rex and nodded a hello. "Lo Rex." He said, not really caring that he may have been interupting class with his words or not. He scribbled a few more things, as ideas sprung into his head.. If he practiced, maybe he could get rid of the ice on the lake faster...

Rex heaved a sigh of relief, and gladly entered the class. Looking around the room, the boy noticed how small the amount of students were there, and blinked as the Class Syllabus was handed to him.
"Uh." The boy took it with a nod and a quiet word of thanks, then gave the front page a once over. Looking up, Rex's gaze shifted over to the rest of the mishaps. First was Ike, who seemed to be in a sour mood - well, best not disturb him. Looking away, Rex saw Deimos, and his face lit up instantly. "Hi Dei." The boy returned a wave, before his eyes wandered towards the smallest and happiest looking little mishap in the class - Aphrodite.
Smiling, Rex ran a hand over his hair, and made his way over to the wasp girl. He took a seat beside the cheerful Aphrodite, and grinned down at her. "Hey, Di."
"Gr-nnn..."

Aphrodite smiled up at the tallest mishap. "Hi Rex and Mr.King!" She grinned waving up at him. "Here are the notes I wrote so far..." She pointed to the paragraph that was titled 'Fire'. Which explained about that it was the ability to manipulate heat, either by expelling or abosorbing it. Like creating ice and such. It was even accompanied by pictures, she was just finishing the angry face on the storm cloud that was next to the sentance about how fire elementals can effect the weather.
"Also if you don't have any supplies today, I well give you blank paper and pencils, but just for today." Baxterfullous explained.
Aphrodite stood up moving herself down the page, so that the fire paragraph was exposed. She readied her pencil for the next part of the lecture.
Baxterfullous, took a blackboard eraser and erased the drawing off the board. Picking up A bright blue chalk he wrote the word 'Water' on the board. "Since no one in this room has the alignment of water, I'll go straight into the explanation... Rex do you need supplies or are you alright with that you have?"

Deimos let his attention stray slightly as he heard they were off his alignemnt. Though water was his opposite, so he kept an ear out. His pencil tapped in a steady beat on his notebook as he prpepared to lsiten, jotting down random things at odd intervals.

Rex peered at Aphrodite's notes with much interest, looking up only when Bax spoke to him.
"It's okay, sir. I have my own." Rex shook his head, smiling, and swung his - Silencer's, actually - black backpack, which doubled conveniently enough as a school bag, around. The boy dug out a notepad, a mechanical pencil and a dust-free eraser and placed them on his table for Bax to see.
Flipping open the notepad, the t-rex boy grabbed his pencil and readied himself for the lecture.
King rumble-cooed and looked around him in awe, especially the ceiling. Out of habit, he wagged his tail from side to side, resulting in a rhymic thumping sound as it hit the table behind him.

"Alright, then I'll procede, and if you get behind don't worry just copy from Aphrodite during the break... And that goes for you Deimos as well." His keen eyes darted over Deimos's paper, whihc contained more plotting than note taking.
"Yes as we continue on.. Water." He pointed to the word on the board that transformed into a chalk drwaing and a glass of a glass of water. " Not only gives those with this alignment power over it, but all liquid like materials." The drawing transforms into various things, like a bottle of soda, juice, a packet of blood, and jello. Pointing the to picutre of the jello mold. "...and more powerful water elementals can also shape water into anything they please and even more advanced caster can create water from nothing." He explained as he held out his own hand forming a ball of water from mid air, floating above his palm. Concentrating a bit more, he form the water into a sword, grasping the hilt, he hit the black board with the broad side. It was solid. "See?" Letting go of the sword it disspeared. ".. Also other things you can accomplish is breathing underwater, causing floors, dehydrate things and people... create rain.. and so on."
Aphrodite nodded, writing down the new sets of notes, acoompanied by pictures and a happy piglet.

Deimos gave a soft grumble, but still did not copy down anything. He simply listened.. This water, this may present a problem. His mind plotted away, trying to think fi he coudl freeze the water, maybe then he'd have the upper hand,if it was just a little water anyways.. Deimos still couldn't swim..

Rex listened to Baxterfullous's lecture, jotting down only the most important parts occasionally. Like Aphrodite beside him, the boy scribbled in some pictures here and there, mostly when he knew not how to write down a particular word or term.

He waited, sighing a bit. Already seeing a problem with Deimos, he'd address it later after he announced what the notes would be used for. Erasing the chalk drawing, and wiritng the word 'Earth' on the baord, he turned back to the small group of mishaps. "Now, Rex! One of you're alignment deals with Earth..." He said looking over a few notes he was given to by Jabir. "Have you had any use of your abilities at all? ..And how does it make you feel about being aligned with Earth... Earlier Deimos commented about how he felt powerful with being aligned with fire. I'm curious as how you feel."
Aphrodite took this small amount of time to finish her water notes, and scoot to the next page and wrote the word 'Earth' at the top of the page. Then she proceeded into drawing a small rock next to it.
