"I see.. so you come from the mountains then? I hear it's dreadfully cold up there..." She watched her hoof falls as she walked, sure not to slip on a hidden rock or something. The cloak seemed like a nice thing to have if it was used to fight off such a cold weather. She couldn't imagine living in that harsh of an environment. The ave really wasn't that far away. It didn't take them much walking for it to come in view of them. "See the cave ahead?"

Freya nodded her large head with a smile. "It was indeed. But the living was as wholesome as anywhere else. Dreary at times, yes. But my family were as large and great as a wildfire." She laughed, and let out a soft sigh in remembrance. At Merashik's guidance, she noticed the cave appear not far off. "What a grand shelter! We're sure to be warm here." She said, letting out a nicker of joy.
She gave a small laugh. "Yeah.. it served well enough for my father and I not too long ago. We used it to get out of the storm." Shaking her head, she made her way into the cave and looked around. It was a far cry warmer inside the cave than it was outside. "It's not all spiffed out like my parent's cave, but it'll work for what we need it." She grinned wide and stamped her front hooves some, knocking off some of the snow that had packed itself onto her leg guards.
