Conversations and how they are delivered are two things parents need to work on. It takes balls to raise kids these days, and balls is what's lacking.

I don't know why people tend to deny the fact that kids age like 12-16 were basically sold to richer people at age 30+ in the olden days. It's been that for a VERY long time, and if evolution (or even a god, for that matter) made our bodies start puberty, and thus the ability to reproduce and the drive at like 10-18, you're going to get a lot of horny teenagers, it's going to stay like that for a long time. And, even if most of them can keep themselves under control, there will always be outliers.

It used to be for men: childhood > Make a man of yourself > Get married because someone wants to give you their daughter
Which is now (for both males and females): Childhood > Get an education (usually) > Get a job/get married > Whichever one wasn't picked in the previous one
And in the past, where men COULD ONLY get married if they had a parent's blessing, which usually meant making something of themselves, which usually meant being older

Anyways, back on topic
Honestly, i think that kids should work on studies more than be interested in the opposite gender (something i EPICALLY FAIL at, being a kid myself)
Seeing how i EPICALLY fail at that, and that social relations between the genders is inevitable in kids, is really just education and being good role models. I mean, if you put the logic out there, and smart kid would be able to understand why they shouldn't run off and have sex at an early age. But, hormones are tough opponents :/

AND THIS IS TOOOOTALLY IRRELEVANT
But some babies that are born with HIV (AIDs is actually TOTALLY different, but is most commonly associated with HIV. HIV is a virus that destroys your immune system, AIDS, Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome, is what the end result is called) ACTUALLY DEFEAT THE HIV. Well, sort of. I remember hearing that the HIV disappeared from their bodies, but i don't remember if they actually gained immunity

TLDR:
-In ye olde days, girls (not boys though, they had to make money before they were allowed to marry) were usually married off at like 12-18, to men of 30+ (people who were successful and had relative power)
-Evolution has made our bodies start puberty in teens, and with the rush of hormones for the first times, teens can't cope with it (which is why they have such powerful crushes and desires). Which is why teens are usually, well, pretty horny (doesn't help with our culture), even if they actually know better
-Also, puberty being the preparative stage for reproduction, it's easy to see why puberty and want of having sex increase proportional to each other
-Totally irrelevant, but some babies born with HIV purge it from their systems somehow

as for the subject of HIV eradicating ninja babies, are you sure the virus didn't just go into latency? Viruses have the tendency to do that as I'm sure you may or may not know.

on another side note, I guess I'm one of few people who isn't totally obsessed with the opposite gender, (or even my own gender in my case)
