SaileitheSai sat in the central area of the guild. What an event… she wasn’t even entirely sure what had happened, but all seemed to go well in the end. She seemed to be a bit lost in thought, still for a few moments as her mind processed the past unknown amount of time.
Sai eventually shook her head—nevermind all that. It was time to relax for a while.
“Darius, wha—Darius?” Sai blinked, staring off to her side where she assumed Darius stood, but did not. She began to turn her head about in confusion. Where did he go now?
Sai pouted. Yeah that was like him, always vanishing when he should be around.
Sai turned her head toward Ami and Solaris as she whined at him before trailing off… Was it really a waste of time? It was possible but maybe there was something learned in the end. She turned her head toward the ground, again loosing herself in thought.
Darius teleported in the room minutes later, in his arms was a fairly well groomed, fluffy light baby blue and white Flareon—female by the looks of it.
“Thank you, you may put me down.” She said in a rather gentle voice, shaking herself as she touched the ground and sat down.
Darius~
???Sai blinked, eventually wide eyed and frozen staring at the ground. That voice…
She sat there for a good few seconds before slowly turning her head toward Darius and the Flareon and her eyes almost instantly began to tear up. Jumping up to her paws, she dashed at the Flareon.
“Mama!” Sai screamed as the Flareon looked over and leaned back on her hind legs but with most of her weight on her butt as she caught the bawling Eevee in her arms.
“It’s nice to see you again.” The Flareon said quietly. Darius just stood behind them silently.
After a few moments of Sai crying at her mother about how much she missed her, the Flareon put Sai down and returned to her four paws, taking approach to Solaris without much hesitation. She was seemingly confident.
His eyes seemed like that of his father’s from what she'd recalled from past research.
“It’s nice to meet you, Solaris.” The Flareon said as she sat down in front of him, bowing her head slightly.
“Thank you for taking her in.” She added in a friendly glow.
Sai stood back where she had be placed down, completely dumbstruck. Darius smirked down at her, boy was he going to be questioned as Sai would never question her mother's reasoning.
"My name is Epitaph, I'm her mother."
