Hm, I have a few favorites:
Mushi-shi heart
Deathnote
Elfen Lied
Ergo Proxy
InuYasha
And as for Naruto...I follow it, I watch and read it, but it's not epic. I like it, I'm addicted, but not a fan. I figure it's too late to quit now. Looool >.<

Except... Fang's long hair bothers me. To no end!
I don't really have the patience for anime, but I do enjoy manga. I like:
Ouran High School Host Club, Faster than a Kiss, Kyou Koi wo Hajimemasu, Watashi ni XX Shinasai!, Loveless, The Sleepy Residents of Birdcage Manor, Doll, Kitchen Princess, uhh... I read Soul Eater for a bit, it was pretty good.
...as you can probably see, I like shoujo manga~ XD
