1. At our school, we were having a party cuz everyone in our school exceeded everything in the state testing (we're a smart school) and it wuz amazing, teachers dancing on tables, putting their ties around their head, singing and dancing to M.C. Hammer and Ke$ha but i skipped out to go to Honors Band
2. I make my avi wear music clothes ((they had no drumsticks crying ))
3. In the summer, instead of watching TV when I'm bored, I play either marimba, piano, or drums.
4. I actually think it's fun to show off my band nerdiness to the "popular" jerks at my school
5. At lunch, me and my friends skip and go to the Band Room to talk to the BD about how we can improve and come with ideas for our concert
6. My signiture says: "Drum Geek . . . and proud!"
Sooo am I an official band nerd? lolz whee

It's already summer break for me =/ this summer I am already looking at music I would love for my band to play. I kind of want to do an online band sort of thing but I don't know if it would work...

well, i pretty much have the highest band nerd honor - drum major.
all i'm doing this dummer is drum major camp, music camp, and band camp.

Well, we are moving, and so my main conern is not getting to rehearsal on time. if that counts for anything lol
When looking for a new house my only request was that i didn't have to switch schools.
The whole first half of my summer is going to be spent anticipatign the coming of our music and schedules for next marching season.

I name my instruments and the instruments of my friends, I'm PUMPED about band camp, and I have an official "permanent seat" in the bandroom, where NOBODY ELSE is allowed to sit. I'd say I AM the band geek!

I'm only a freshman, but this year I've gotten totally involved with band. As in, never missing a football game, getting 1st chair alto sax in wind ensemble even when I tried out on a tenor, and I just found out that I made drum major for next year!!! I'm kind of...in my own little world of band-geekiness and pure joy right now. <3

1. Never miss a band rehersal
2. Official Band Secretary wink
3. Name any instrument i play
4. Skip making up work to go to band tutorials we dont have so i can organize music and hang out with the BD and other fellow band nerds
5. Cant wait to get to high school so i can join marching band
6. Rant to my friends about how awesome and cool marching band is going to be/is
7. I am more competitive about band stuff and being the best than i am about anything else
8. Need i say more? whee

When my non-band teachers have seen me so often at performances they ask me if I really do play in every band.
Yes, yes I do. Upper concert, full orchestra, jazz, and marching.
Lower concert has enough percussionists that they don't need me. (:

I like to wear my drill masters. . .everywhere.
I currently own more than 8 band shirts.
I bought my own marching hat and chicken (plume) off of Craigslist.
This really isn't one but I like to make band cookies for my section.

I'll be on the band council next year.
I started a Facebook group for my school's bandies.
I would be in all the bands if my crazy schedule allowed such.
I only play flute but I practice an hour every day.
(I still suck.)
Well, I did practice. Then came junior year and advanced courses.
Errgh. .-. (so glad for summer!! relief!!!)
Anyway.
The majority of signatures on my yearbook are from fellow bandies.
My boyfriend is the drum major. <3

When they say be at the school for practice at 6 i'm there at 5 and i hate being late i basically run to the school. I have all my shows on my Ipod i have my marimba mallets in on self in my room by my marching band photos and awards xD. I call my best friend to talk about band and how we cant w8 for band camp to start.

Ochita Tenshi Once when I wasn't feeling good, I only went to school for band. Then left after class. oh,i did that,i felt terrible but i made 2 go2 band then i left
