I would think you hate Meyer/Twilight because you LOVE vampires.

D_Marx What. A. Snob. I'm starting to think she's never read a book in her life, either. From what I've read in terms of personal accounts, SMeyer is just as unappealing upclose. There was a thread buried in the ATG: a guy worked at a bookstore SMeyer visited, and described her as "an 8/10 on the b***h scale." [sic]

(BTW Did anyone hear about on yahoo that Twilight is rated no. 5 on the 'Challenged Book List'? LOL all the Twitards are all surprised and wondering why the hell it is on the 'bad book list' )

On another note, I didn't know your mother is an author. I'd love to read one of her books, (if published or not) can you give me a title or two?

Honestly, I'd LOVE if King (aka Stephen King) and Meyer be at a writer's conference together, Meyer gets on her high horse, brags about how wonderful and special her books are and how nobody else can write like her, then King matter-of-factly points out every single flaw in her writing in front of literary critics and big-wigs of the publishing world...and reduces Meyer to tears, because she can't handle critisism at all. twisted
Would be even better if there were some photographers around...or someone w/ a videocamera...so we could enjoy it. mrgreen
