Ermmm.... Ronnel, I have no idea for how long you were gone but... Manpish was made the Otokage during your absence >.< . Well, it hasn't really been made official but... for now he's acting as the Otokage confused .

I don't feel that this Arc was ever paid attention to.
Though, I blame myself for not paying attention to it, I'm not sure how many others were doing so as well, except in that we mentioned the fact that a celebration was occurring.
Is anyone actually partying?

Lol I would be but Havik isnt really much of a party kinda guy. Altho he tried relaxing a bit and go in a bit of trouble xP
Hopefully he will get some cool relaxe time in his mission to the other villages to check of the realations between villages.

I'm SOOO loving this ark. It's actually pretty fun. Love is in the air in Kirigakure as everyone's partying it up. As a matter of fact...here's a post from the festival lmao rofl Zane Hajime (This post is not me, this is more describing what the people in the streets are doing xd )
As Zane and Cherry are standing atop of one of the roofs of the building, and Axel and Sosay are standing next to each other watching the fireworks, music begins to fill the streets of the Kirigakure Market. As the musicians stood in the streets, they laughed amongst themselves, speaking about how to set the mood. One of them, had a strong sort of island accent as he began to lead the others in the music. "Percussion..." he stated as the drums started banging. "Strings!" he exclaimed as the violinist began to stride their bows along the strings of their instruments. "Wind," the islander grinned as he manipulated the wind with his chakra, swaing the hair of several of the villagers. "Words..."
"There you see her...sitting there across the way. She don't got a lot to say, but there's something about her. And you don't know why but you're dying to try you wanna kiss the girl..." the villager sang as his words began to echo through the markets. Several villagers began to get closer and closer to their significant other as he began walking towards Sosay and Axel. Standing next to Axel, he placed his head next to his ear and began to sing once more. "Yes, you want her. Look at her, you know you do. It's possible she wants you, too. There is one way to ask her. It don't take a word, not a single word. Go on and kiss the girl!"
"Sing with me now!" He commanded to everyone in the Market place. "Sha-la-la-la-la-la My, oh, my. Look at the boy too shy
He ain't gonna kiss the girl. Sha-la-la-la-la-la. Ain't that sad Ain't it shame, too bad. You gonna miss the girl!" the villager sang as he danced in the middle of the streets.

xd Okay Zane. I partied for a bit in the sand village. Even used my bloodline to get through the ticket counter at the puppet circus faster blaugh : Luo1304 As Luo walked up to the ticket line, he had changed into a traditional silver male kimono with a midnight blue obi, and a white inside shirt. Looking around for a moment, he sighed a bit. "At this rate, by the time I get in the whole thing will be done." Seeming to pick something off of the ground, Luo moved downward as his hair covered his eyes as they glowed red. It was then that a second ticket booth seemed to appear on the opposite side. "Oh thank god!", "This line was taking forever!". As everyone in front and around him seemed to flock to the second ticket line, Luo patiently walked up behind the last guy buying tickets. As he bought his own and thanked the man, his eyes glowed red once more. It was at that moment the ticket line that had appeared...disappeared. "What the hell!?", "Wasn't there a ticket booth here!?" Sighing a bit to himself, Luo continued into the theater. People never really did pay attention to their surroundings.
