You can thank a certain few ppl for making me become strict as I am who let me down for being how I am now. heh Its true, if I had more money then I could give more generous presents in the guild. There is a reason I don't change my outfits often, its cuz I don't have a whole lotta items to choose from to wear, hehe. But its ok, I am happy with what I do have. smile LOL, to be honest I hardly have time to run the guilds that I do have. You are right about what guilds I would be interested in being a part of though, razz I don't have to be a captain though, I'd be happy just being a member is fine with me. Tis hardly a secret that I'm into Clique Girlz. I just hadn't updated my Gaia profile recently. blaugh For being as awesome as they are, tis amazing that I am the all time world top listener at Last.fm for the Clique Girlz in the whole world!!! exclaim Tis amazing they aren't more popular than they are. They are lots better than dare I say it, sweatdrop even Demi Lovato and Miranda Cosgrove. It would be nice if we could get more guild activity in this guild.
So I am thinking of changing the time requirements for being a moderator in this guild in half.
If u love this guild and are passionate and can be really active and meet all the other requirements for being a guild moderator then after 3 months you can become a crew member (instead of 6 months as it was previously). This guild has been around a lot longer than 3 months, so some of u will be eligible right now to be on the crew if you let me know in here that ur interested in the position. cool
And instead of 2 years, the new time requirement for becoming vice captain will be 1 year, all other requirements will remain as previously stated. smile
I feel that this change will act in the guild's best interest and help to promote guild activity. smile

The job of a crew member includes being an active guild member, helping to promote the guild by recruiting new members and promoting activity by creating fun threads for people to post in and maybe make some contests with prizes. Crew also reviews membership applications and can accept/decline join requests.
Basically is someone who helps out to make the guild a better place for all that come here and being a positive role model and a leader. 3nodding

ALL GUILD CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS AND PRIZES ARE CANCELLED EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY.I HAVE NO WAY TO FUND THEM AS MY ACCOUNT NEOSMURFAY HAS BEEN BANNED. I AM VERY SORRY ABOUT THIS, I DID NOTHING WRONG TO DESERVE GETTING BANNED WITHOUT ANY WARNING LIKE THIS. I HAVE LOST MY ACCOUNT AND EVERYTHING I WORKED SO HARD TO GET. They do not allow freedom of speech here. What I had said in a private guild was not even anything inappropriate. I am sorry but I do not feel like coming back here.
