Normally I don't ask more of my members than to post and to have fun. But if you would like to go beyond that and moderate, I am willing to try out a few crew members. I am doing this because I am a captain in 2 other guilds and vice captain or crew in many other guilds and it can get to be a bit much to be in charge of everything without some help.
Being a moderator is a job, not a prize.
A crew member needs to be super active in the guild and help out with various tasks around the guild.
If a crew member fails to persistently help out in the guild the person will return to a normal member status.
If after an extended amount time of loyalty and hard work, you have proven yourself time and again to be an outstanding member as a crew I may up it to Vice Captain.
So anyone interested? (Posting in this thread had better not be the 1st post u have made in this guild)
