That's Okay! Two + Two Equals Window. 8DUsername: Ririka Soquili Name: Adepto Coepi [Female] :: Venatus est Satus [Male] [They are a play off the mother's name. They both basically mean "It begins" or "The game is starting"] Number of Soquili Owned: Razi ::Funshine :: Quinlan [co-own] :: Deirdre [Co-own] :: Why do you want this basket?: After reading out each parent's personality, and looking in to the family on the mother's side, I have to say I have love for the family, and find them insanely interesting, no pun intended. I really think something like what the family has will be fun to play out and be a part of, not to mention amuse my muse on so many levels. What would your future plots be for this basket? Right now, I am thinking of having the first signs of instability sprout up as a child, and then as quickly as it appears, it vanishes, leaving the colt/filly very confused and a tad traumatized. The whole day or two long ordeal will pull the child in to a more fidgety and paranoid type of nature, but since they don't want to seem abnormal, they will take on the job of trying to put on a mask of being normal. At adulthood the instability will return to stay, leaving Abe/Ven with random hallucinations and a voice, or maybe voices, in his head, which just heightens his/her paranoia. Still, not wanting to look crazed, they continue to try to lead a normal persona of sorts while battling to keep his/her mind in check. Will you RP this basket?: I will RP is so much it will be whiplash just from sitting there. 8D RP Response: Prompt 1 For sanity sake I am just going to go with Ven [Male]
General personality Ven is the type of horse who enjoys the company of others, though he does not take a leap in to putting himself out there. Like his father, he prefers to blend in to the crowd and keep quiet while he just stands back and watches the on goings of others. He is also more of a listener than a talker, so sometimes others may forget he is even in the circle of conversation since he is so silent. This is not to say he can not be brought out of his shell, especially by those he knows well enough to trust, but it is more that he prefers to stay in it, for his own reasons.
When pushed to talk and come out of his shell, it is obvious to see that he is a kind soft spoken soul. He also seems to have a pinch and a dash of cluelessness and slow moments, which just adds in a sprinkle of adorableness and awkward moments.
With that is mind, it also leads to the fact that Ven finds it hard to ever find a reason to hate anybody, just as his father finds beauty in everything. No matter what the other Soq may do to him, he just seems to alway forgive and forget, or at least that is what he may say.
The flip side to the mask of a good natures stallion lies a pool of darkness that is rarely ever let out. What his unseen side is like, no one really knows, not even Ven. What he does know is that if it is ever let out, well...things won't be so dandy.
His unstable mind Though he appears normal, the on goings of his mind are far from it. While he stands around like a quiet ninja, or mouse, his mind it working away with random conversations with himself, or Poe, and the occasional, or forever there spazzes of paranoia and nervousness. “Does she know about Poe?” “Can he hear what I’m thinking?” “Did I just make a fool of myself?” “..WHAT THE FRUITLOOP ARE THEY STARING AT ME LIKE THAT FOR? ;A;” ..ect ________________ Once a hyperactive happy-go-lucky light in the world, Ven has fallen dim to the curse that has fallen upon his mind. He holds no surprise that something like this would happen to him, knowing his mother’s side of the family and all, or at least knowing what he has heard about his mother’s side of the family.
However, not wanting to bring down his family and fill them with unneeded stress, his tries his best to overcome the voice and images that pop up at random. Not only does he do it for his family, but for himself. Ven wants to prove, that though he fears his plague, somewhere deep down he has the strength to keep from going in to some kind of spiraling mental breakdown. And if that doesn’t work, then maybe somehow he can embrace it and use it to his advantage, that or just opt for the breakdown and see what happens from there. Maybe he could make a name for himself as the crazed madman that lives by the lake or something.
About the voice After dealing with the voice for sometime, Ven has chosen to give it the name “Eternus Poena” or Eternal Pain. Really the full name of said voice is “Eternus Poena in meus butt”, but eventually he opted to just call him “Poe”.
Poe is a serpentine like voice that has made his home with in the depths of Ven’s mind. He seems to pop up whenever he pleases, in both peaceful and stressful times, just to take jabs at the male and try to see how far he can push him. He really has no intentions of hurting Ven, at least to the point of death or near death, or doing anything cynical, at least what he finds to be “cynical“. From what Ven can tell, he is just along for an amusing ride.
Edited:: Finally took the time to read it over for the hundreth time to fix some grammar mistakes here and there. :3

That's Okay! Two + Two Equals Window. 8DUsername: x Leo The Magician x Soquili Name: If Female : Abilene If Male : Clifton ( Cliff for short. ;3 ) Number of Soquili Owned: 6.5! Edel Danae (Co-owned) Melody Minuet Lt. Samual Jouko Edel`s Basket Why do you want this basket?: I've been a total stalker of the family line for a while, and I absolutely love the insanity on the mothers side, and would love to mix it with the beauty of the father's side. I'd love to roleplay out the delicate situation and see how things turn out with the family. ♥ What would your future plots be for this basket? • I'd like for as a foal, for her to maybe disappear for a day or two and total flip out. Maybe have a meeting with another foal that has a great imagination to match his/her own! I'd like if they could create their own crazy world, and pretend to run a bit of the forest. I'd really love if he/she could maybe run into their Grandpa, Tulgey Cat and see what comes of that. • At some point, I'd love for her/him to meet flutter and mistake them for his/her imaginary friend. Thus, instant friendship with the other mare/stallion, without them having a clue as to why she/he is calling them the wrong name, or talking to them at all! • A bad experience with a fish! I'd really like if she could have some kind of odd experience that involved herself with another foal, and some fish! So she could have an odd phobia as she gets older. Something that could really trigger her insanity. • As she/he grow older, I think they'd grow a little more unpredictable personality wise, but at the same time I'd like her to realize just how beautiful the world is. I'd like for her to totally run into an absolutely beautiful stallion, or even mare, that maybe she could have a bit of a crazy obsessed crush on. It probably wouldn't work out between the two, but you never know. ;3 Will you RP this basket?: You bet I will~ He/She will get a ton of RP for sure! > w<~ RP Response: Prompt 1
Temper: Beautifully Unpredictable ( Shortened to just, Unpredictable for the cert. ;3 )
Personality: (Just going to assume it's a girl for now |D ) As a foal, her crazy, insane imagination will be hidden by the fact that well....she's just a foal with a very bright imagination, like most other her age. She'd be a little bit of an oddball, sometimes not realizing what she might be doing could be hurting someone. She'd have an imaginary friend as well, not as in, voices in her head, but literally another foal that she's fully made-up. Probably one of the flutter variety, so her imaginary friend can hang out on her back, or constantly be buzzing around her head.
Other then her overactive imagination, she'll be more like her father. In that she'll love anything that's absolutely, stunningly, beautiful! She'll have a bit of a staring habit with anything or anyone lovely, and maybe occasionally she'd end up being obsessed with these things or persons, maybe she'd be a bit of a hoarder? Collecting random shiny/fun objects. She'd also have a huge fascination with anything that can fly, be them small or large.
I do think, she'd stick close to her father as well as she could, until she was full grown. Then, she'd probably find a lovely little meadow, maybe in a darker part of the forest, that she'd call her home. She'd welcome all visitors to her home and would be insta-friendly with just about anyone. But don't worry, she'd realize if someone was out to hurt her or steal her things. She may be kind, and beauty-loving like her father, but she'd have a bit of a fierce side that comes from her love of all things beautiful that she owns, and the fact that she's a bit insane. I think she'd easily be able to scare someone away, as long as they're not some crazy badass kalona. D8
Likes: • Story-Telling, after all she has that wonderful imagination! • Obviously anything Beautiful • Her home in the forest, and her home with her father as a foal. • Anyone with a big imagination to match her own. • Collecting things! ♥ • Her Family! <3 • Foals, especially those of the flutter kind! • Kingsley, Her imaginary friend. ;D
Dislikes: • Kalonas/Skinwalkers - Despite being a little crazy herself, some Soquili are just plain mean. D; • Anyone without an imagination • Anything bitter tasting • FISH D8 • Soquili/Two-Leggers that have a rational explanation for EVERYTHING! Something are better left to the imagination!

That's Okay! Two + Two Equals Window. 8D Username: Pollack Soquili Name: Boy: Xeno Kabula (Means strange voice. With a misspelling of his mother's "Last name" Nick name would be Xeno.) Girl: Galaway Est Kabula (Means Of the strange Gauls. With a misspelling of her mother's "Last name" And her mothers middle name. Nickname would be Gala.) Number of Soquili Owned: None~ Why do you want this basket?: Well because it would be my first soquili ever. And I would love to have my first soquili be involved in such a deep family plots and roleplay~ What would your future plots be for this basket? Well I would think the foal would be confused and very shy at first since he/she wouldn't understand why they are having this fits. She/he understands that their mother as them, But their father does not? So because of this the foal will be very stand offish. Trying it's best not to upset anyone by going into one of her fits around other people.
1. Bestest friend! Maybe in the middle of a bad fit another soquili will find her (Maybe even another foal?) Shocking Xeno/Gala the soquili is more excited about her/him and wants to know more about her. The other soquili stick with her/him through out her whole fit. After wards Xeno/Gala feels ashamed by the fact that another saw her/him in her/his weak state of mind. The soquili become even more cheerful when it learns that he/she isn't like that always and starts asking questions on to why that happens. Over a few days of this soquili meeting up with Xeno/Gala she/he starts to open up to this soquili and they become best friends. But since Xeno/Gala's father moves around a lot I could see them having to be torn apart. But from this meeting Xeno/Gala has learned that not all soquili are gonna shoo them away because she/he is weird. Some will even enjoy it! So she/he is more open to others.
2. Grandpa is a cat!? One day why traveling with Xeno/Gala's father they get lost for a day. And end up in their grandfather's woods! After going roundy round with Tulgey about why he/she is in his woods Xeno/Gala notices that he has the same markings his/her mom and him/her! And he has the same hair as his/her's mother! After a while she/he realizes that Tulgey is her/his grandfather! But he/she is confused since Grandpa keeps saying he is a cat. Soon Xeno/Gala starts to believe it and becomes proud that she/he has a cat for a grandfather! She/he spends the whole day with her grandfather doing cat like things. And when her/his father finally finds Xeno/Gala she/he is excited to tell her/his siblings that they are all part cat! And either they accept his/her claims or simply brush them off as just Xeno/Gala just being weird again.
3. You have wings! Coolo! After meeting his/her grandpa Xeno/Gala will meet another foal that will have wings. She/he then after seeing the wings that the foal must be like him/her and have a animal for a grandparent or parent. And so she/he proudly states that the foal must be from a bird. And then says that because he/she is from a cat that it is her/his duty to fight them. And so a play fight begins. The foal could fight back or try to run away. But it would just be a cute foal play fight. No one would get hurt. Maybe in the middle of the fight Xeno/Gala could go into one of his/her fits. An angry one. And so she/he would try to hurt the other foal. But either her/his mom or dad steps in or the other foal's mom and dad steps in and breaks up the play fight. And Xeno/Gala will be dragged away for the safety of the other foal. Where later she/he feels horrible about it and goes to try to say sorry only to not find the other foal.
4. You live under the sea? Why traveling with Daddy they take a break and rest he enjoys taking in the beauty of the beach why Xeno/Gala could sneak away and goes into the water. Where she/he bumps into a sea horse (Any breed that lives in the sea.) She/He spends the next few hours learning, Asking questions and swimming with the new friend. Thinking that even more soquili are like her/him he/she thinks that the new underwater friend has to have a parent or someone in their family that is a fish. It would be a cute roleplay and more of a plot set up for whats next.
5. You are not part cat, You're a horse! Uh oh! Xeno/Gala has pissed off the wrong person with his/her "My grandpa is a cat!" skit. The older soquili finally snaps at him/her and tells them that they aren't a cat, No one comes from an animal. And that she is just an insane little boy/girl. This will be like telling a kid that Santa isn't real and her/his little heart will be broken. Xeno/Gala will run back to daddy or mama crying and ask them if the big meanie is really right and if grandpa really isn't a cat. And she/he is just insane? Because she/he was getting a bit too old to be thinking such childish things Khajag or Acta tells them that yes the soquili is right. But she/he is not insane by any means. Still it is a slap in the face that all he/she thought to be wrong and he/she goes into a deep fit that lasts the rest of his/her childhood.
6. Y-You're back? Are you sure it's really you!? All grown up now! And remember that childhood best friend? Well now they meet back up again! (If it was a foal then foal is also all grown up.) The old friend knocks some sense back in Xeno/Gala and makes him/her that even if they are not a cat that they are perfect just as they are and don't have to be one. After this the two childhood friends stick together and goes traveling. The friend learns how to deal with Xeno/Gala's mood swings and how to calm him/her down when she/he is raging in one. And so Xeno/Gala leaves home. But often comes back to check up on his/her parents and siblings. Will you RP this basket?: Yes! A whole lot. Roleplay is my lifeline. RP Response: One// Describe the basket's personality. Would it turn out more like its mother, or like its father? Does the basket have nothing in common with its parents? How does it feel about its mother, father, and extended family?
Temper: Strange.
Attitude towards others: Shy. Doesn't open up quickly. Once he/she does they learn that she is very strange and outgoing with people she/he knows. He/she is very un- sure of her/his self. And because of her/his mood swings she/he tries to blend in with the crowd. She/he doesn't know the fine line between evil and good. So he/she will become friends with anyone that can deal with her/his unpredictable mood swings and violent fits. But under all the dirt there is a good heart.
Attitude towards family: Very loving. He/she will do anything for them. Even more so to his/her father since he/she is a daddy's girl/boy. Aside from her best friend she/he feels that her/his family is truly the only people who will accept him/her fully. Insane moody parts and all. Is kind of like the protector of the family. And will go into fits of blind rage if someone tries to mess with any of them.
Favorite place: It's a tie between Tulgey's forest and the beach.
Favorite person: Daddy!
Favorite food: Apples.
Favorite saying: Child: "I'm a kitty. What are you?!" Adult: "... You should go away before you get hurt..."
Size: Large.
Likes: Her/his family, Cats, Apples, Traveling, Darkness, Water, Playing.
Dislikes: Her/his mood swings, Negative soquili, Cold, People getting hurt, Humans.

That's Okay! Two + Two Equals Window. 8D Username: Pale Mist Soquili Name: Sunali [girl]/ Retphen [boy] Number of Soquili Owned: Selena, Rockstar, Monoceros[co-own], Nerissa, and Ivory Why do you want this basket?: Well i thought that all three were very cute and i love RPign with other people in family roleplays. And, lets be honest, to increase my herd xD;; [I have also roleplayed with he father, and i quite enjoyed it. ^^] What would your future plots be for this basket? Traveling around, friendship, relationships, and other more elaborate schemes depending on RP and family. Will you RP this basket?: ofcourse! ouo RP Response: [2a) If the basket stays with Khajag, how will it feel about constantly traveling the lands? How will it feel going in and out of herds, and at the time, never settling down to be with one herd? How does it feel about its parents not being together?]
The foal would enjoy the travels, seeing the beauty of nature and the world with its father. Seeing the grand waterfalls, open flower fields, vast fruit tree orchards, colossal mountains, glistening lakes, running creaks, and open skys. It would love it all and become engrossed in it and call it its home. Feeling like it did not need to settle down to enjoy life. It would not care too much for the loss of its siblings and mother. It would strong willed and able to adapt to its ever changing surroundings and life style. It would try its hardest to see the silver lining in everything and everyone. It would be strong willed and ready for a challenge and not care what others thought of it. It would take life and do all it could do with it. Never missing an opportunity to grow or to learn. Having its family separated would impact it as a foal, feeling slightly abandoned and cut off from its mother and any other family on that side. But as time went by it would understand that one gets nowhere if they spend their time moping. It would soon learn to over come obstacles life set in front of it.
However, having been far from its family for most, if not all, of its life. Once it began its own, it would try hard to keep them together and live as pleasantly as possible. it would try its hardest for its father, siblings, mother [if it ever met her], and any other family or friends.

That's Okay! Two + Two Equals Window. 8 D Username: xXStrait Jacket GirlXx Soquili Name: Aventura (Adventure in Romanian) Number of Soquili Owned: None Why do you want this basket?: I'd love to have a Soquili What would your future plots be for this basket? I don't know Will you RP this basket?: Definitely RP Response: 2a
Answer to questions directly: As a basket it would stay with Khajag. His/her father's desire to have his/her family stay together would be felt by the basket and the basket would sense his/her fathers desire to stay together. When such a response called the basket to such a desire to resemble that of their father it would create a deep bond between father and basket. The basket would be uneasy about traveling so much at first but being new to such a world it would grow accustom to such a lifestyle quickly and think that such a thing was normal. It would enjoy passing from heard to herd because it would get to meet many different herds and because of the strong bond it feels with it's father it would enjoy doing what his/hers father does.It would long to meet his/her mother but would have such a strong bond/connection with his/her father that it would aid the longing to know his/her mother better.
Example of how the Foal would act as show in role playing format: Aventura yawned at the rising sun of the new day. A new adventure lay ahead and he/she knew what would come. The day would lead possiby to another new herd surrounded by what seemed the same as every heard seen so far. They were the same, all of them, in ways. There would be families some as wide spread as great grand parents to cousins and aunts and uncles. They would have their special traits among them and all would look differnt from the last herd they were with. It was fun to learn the different stories about the everyday happenings of the new herd. He/She learned so much from them when they spoke.
Aventura looked to where his/her father was and saw that he would be up and about soon. Ready to head out into the big wide world to explore the vast mountain ranges, miles and miles of valleys. He/she wondered what his/her mother was like at times but life was good as it was. It would be great had he/she know his/her mother more but dad was cool. Life spent on the go meant there was always a new adventure in store. There would be someone new to meet and new friends to make. Aventura loved the life he had and would choose it over a life in one place. The wonders of the world were meant to be seen or they wouldn't exist. He/she would at times wonder what it would have been like to live in a family together with his/her brothers and or sisters and mother however, he/she felt that life would be boring and adventurless. Such a life would see dull in hindsight as compared to what it was at current. Then his/her father rose and Aventura grinned knowing it was time to set out again.
Aventura rose in response to his fathers own rising. "Father where will our adventure take us today?" He/She seemed to dance with a light prance to his/her steps. "Shall we go across mountians? Will we see another herd before nightfall? Or how about a waterfall? Shall we cross a great river?" Aventura didn't really hear if his/her father answered he/she was too excited to hear. They went along and before Aventura would know it the day would be spent and night would fall and the beautiful nightlife would come out to explore but until then they continued they're path across the land. A butterfly floated across the air and landed on Aventura's shoulder. It's little feelers tickled his/her shoulder and Aventura giggled. "Beautiful butterfly run along and find your friends." And so with Aventura's statement the butterfly drifted off his/her shoulder and away into the sky.
That day Aventura and his/her father came across a great waterfall that seemed to touch the sky from where he/she stood at it's base. A cool mist wafted from the could created by the great crashing of the falling water on to the still river that flowed from the current created by the water fall. Aventura felt he/she had seen this fall before but from the top rather then the bottom. The river would go on for miles but they would not go down the river till it ended they would cross over where the water was calmer. Aventura's body couldn't handle the swift current that the waterfall was churning up. One day he/she said he cross that part of the river and be great but that was one day far away in the future. As Aventura followed his father along the river he/she saw fishes dancing in the water. they two were in large groups however none seemed to show preference for another single fish they traveled together though they seemed not to know who they were related to. Though Aventura had no way to know if his/her idea was true it was a comfort to know that he/she wasn't the only one not to know his/her entire family, he/she had her/his dad and that was what matter. Life with someone loved was better than a life alone. You knew someone cared and that no matter what you weren't alone.
That evening they came across a new herd. The sun was setting and soon the stars and the moon would be visible. Thankfully the sky was clear so no bad weather was able to be foreseen for the night. Aventura braced him/herself for the new herd. The first night always had the ability to be the worst night. The other foals could be mean to him/her and try to be hurtful and often were hurtful, or they could be curious. When they were curious they asked questions and were super nice to him/her. They would be amazed at what all he/she had seen so early on in life. Aventura would be ready for either situation should it arise. All the tales s/he could think of were formulating and s/he would find comfort at his/her fathers side if they decided to be mean.

That's Okay! Two + Two Equals Window. 8D Username: Aniira
Soquili Name: Coeur Magique (Unisex--French for "Magical Heart")
Number of Soquili Owned: I own three, with two breedings on the way whenever they come. Liella, Devicius, and Kanani.
Why do you want this basket?: First of all, I've not yet had the chance to RP a foal that is tightly knit in a rather open-ended plot. I love plotting and being able to breath character into a young, innocent starter, and with a family such as this, I expect to have much fun in planning out the foal's future. I'd die if I won the chance to possess the grandchild of the famed Tulgey Cat! Second of all, the basket has absolutely beautiful parents. I've always loved Khajag's coloring, and by the looks of the basket itself, the foal will be just as handsome. As I've mentioned many times, I'm a sucker for beauty, and I know beauty when I see it--and it's definitely sitting right here in front of my eyes.
What would your future plots be for this basket?: I'm not sure as of yet, though I have a few planned out:
- Coeur Magique sees herself/himself as "different" from other young Soquili. This is not in a bad sense--she simply understands what he/she sees, and is able to look in more-depth. This is what he/she terms "True Sight," the ability to totally understand and appreciate the beauty of every natural thing, no matter what it is, without judgment. He/She will take this trait with him/her into adulthood, becoming a rather intellectual and compassionate being, and being able to understand every point of everything without criticism or bias.
- As a foal, Coeur is strongly in love with the magic of nature. He/She sees the lands that his/her and her father travel to as "retreats" from reality. In this sense, he/she wishes to create the perfect world for his/her shy father, a place where the both of them, and his/her other sibling, can always be happy and at peace. Now, this isn't a real world--it's more like a thought, an imaginary thing. Coeur demonstrates this in the songs he/she sings and the tales that she tells. In a sense, she is breathing magic into his/her family's world, trying to take the stress and dreariness out of everyday life.
- Coeur loves his/her father more than anything in the world, and would do anything for him. However, he/she will eventually have to break away from him, when he/she is old enough. I don't know the reason for this yet, but it will be a huge, emotional turning point in his/her life. He'll/She'll spend a large amount of time away from him, perhaps journeying to meet his/her mother's side of the family. However, their madness will make him/her feel out of place and uncomfortable, so he'llshe'll eventually make his/her way back to Khajag for a heartfelt reunion.
-Coeur will ultimately be deemed a sort of "bard". His/her love of music will continue to grow, along with the love of nature and magic.
Will you RP this basket?: Oh my gosh, YES! I already have a ton of ideas bursting from my brain, so have no fear--if I win this basket, it'll never see a quiet day! x'D
RP Response: (I RPed Coeur as a female for the sake of the prompt, but the foal's feelings and attitude will still be the same, no matter the gender.)
“Hey! Look at the little misfit!” The mocking tone of a young foal was right behind her, accompanied by many other snickers and giggles. She paused.
“Yeah, that’s right! You know you’re an outcast! Crazy little loner!” More laughter, more jaunts and teases and snipes. She could have sworn that the little group of foals tagging along behind her were terribly comparable to a mob of incessant crows nagging at a scarecrow, cawing at and threatening her when really, they were too frightened to come close.
Sure enough, when she spun round and faced them, they all took a step back, too astonished at her sudden show of courage to tease her further. They stared at her with wide eyes as she held her head high and proclaimed, “I am not a misfit. But I am a loner, and I enjoy it.” Her voice was small, as was her young body, but it had a strong spirit to it, just as a noiseless wind could still whip the hair into a frenzy. Her eyes were bright and intellectual, and hardly blinked as she stared down the little group of foals.
However, her show of bravery could not dissuade the most annoying one. He stepped forward, issuing a challenge with a stamped hoof, and exclaimed, “Liar! You’re just sticking up for that weak father of yours! If it wasn’t for him, you’d be begging us to have a shot at herd life!”
Coeur Magique felt a quelling anger within her chest, but suppressed it with a calming thought. Yes, she loved her father, more than anything else in the world. It was he that she lived for, he that she sang and recited for, he that she created stories for. It was for he that she imagined the perfect world, magical and ethereal, beautiful and everlasting, a place that she knew she could create if only she tried. And she would do it--anything for her father. Anything.
She sighed and turned away. No need for her to converse with these hard-heads; She doubted that they even understood anything she said. In one ear, out the other, as they always proclaimed.
“Coward! Just like your girl-faced daddy! COWARD!” More laughter. Imbeciles, following a corrupt leader. That was their destiny.
The anger overflowed, and Couer could not simply walk away. She had spent her whole life following in the footsteps of her father, and not once had she thought of doing anything else. Her father had more sense and courage than any of these brainless drones did--he SAW things that they didn’t, just as she did. Things that she knew no one else could ever see, even if they tried. They were set in the molds of their idiotic, trend-setting parents, and would never see the magic in the world that rested before their very eyes. They were blind.
The colt toppled like a dead tree as she rammed into him, and the others ran as fast as they could back to the herd that they called home. For once she seemed to tower over another being, for as she stood over the colt, she knew that he was the lowest of the low.
“Your whole herd of fathers combined can not add up to the heart of mine,” she stated, her voice cold and clear. Then, just as quickly as it had began, it was over. She left with those words, having no need to say anything else. She knew that they would make an impression--she wouldn’t be hearing from those foals again.
----------------------------------------------------
It was later that night that she was settling down next to her father, nestled within a cluster of silver-leafed trees that seemed to glow in the moonlight. The soft breaths that came from her father’s strong body affirmed that he was already asleep. Coeur Magique sighed, reflecting the events of the past day. Sure, her father did a lot of traveling, and they never settled down. But she loved the journeys, and saw a sort of magic in the ever-changing landscape. It was in nature that she found inspiration for her many musings, and in fact, thought that she even saw things differently than others. It was in this that she was determined to create a perfect world for her father--a world of magic, where travel WAS home. Anywhere they were, the world followed. It would always be so.
She smiled, nipping a small white flower from the ground and placing it next to her father’s sleeping form. “A bit of moonlight to brighten our world,” she whispered, watching as the petals seemed to turn silver as the moonlight danced upon their lengths. Yes, this was what she loved. It was a world apart from reality, a world of family. THEIR world.
And they would travel it together.

That's Okay! Two + Two Equals Window. 8DUsername biggrin ivena Soquili Name: Ayumu if it's a boy, Ashling if it's a girl Number of Soquili Owned: 1, my darling little BlossomWhy do you want this basket?: I'm still a bit of a newbie to this shop, and would love to have a part in such an interesting family X-D What would your future plots be for this basket? I don't much like to plot before I've seen what's in the basket, but I think that the little darling will probably spend a great deal of time trying to find itself. Be it setting roots or traveling, finding out more about where it comes from, or trying to carve out its own nitche. I forsee a great deal of experimenting in its future. Will you RP this basket?: If I get the chance to, yes X-D I'm an avid rper, just a bit shy about jumping into the thick of things. RP Response: Quote: One// Describe the basket's personality. Would it turn out more like its mother, or like its father? Does the basket have nothing in common with its parents? How does it feel about its mother, father, and extended family? For the sake of my response, I'm going to pick a gender, but either way the personality will remain more or less consistent. This little one will be, by nature, very curious and very shy. He'll be the type who is more likely to watch in silence rather than speak and risk being thought a fool. In this sense, he takes after his father. He'll be kind and generous, but a bit awkward when it comes to speaking up. Very much an "actions speak louder than words" type of person. He'll also be a bit scatterbrained. It doesn't take much to distract him momentarily, though he will almost always go back to whatever he was distracted from. In the beginning, he won't know WHAT he wants. He'll care about his parents and family, and try to get to know them. Maybe put down roots and start a family of his own. Maybe travel. Really, he'll be up for just about anything to start with. He wont' judge or decide he likes or dislikes something until he has experienced it himself. As a result, a great deal of what his future will look like will depend on those he interacts with. If he encounters many horrible people, he may become jaded. If he ends up surrounded by sweet, friendly people, he may remain innocently naive. In short, he will be born with a great deal of potential, and it will rely mostly on the path his life takes what he will end up being like. One thing is certain, however. No matter what happens to him, he will always, always be curious.

One familiar, Pherri Why do you want this basket?: I've wanted a basket for a very long time, and it looks so pretty. The parents are awesome. What would your future plots be for this basket? I don't know enough about the shop to have specific ideas yet, but I would love to work with the parents. Will you RP this basket?: I would love to! RP Response: Quote: Two// Khajag will feel a strong need to keep his family together. Will the basket stay within his sights, or will it manage to escape Khajag? 2a) If the basket stays with Khajag, how will it feel about constantly traveling the lands? How will it feel going in and out of herds, and at the time, never settling down to be with one herd? How does it feel about its parents not being together? I could see him (picking a gender for sake of the entry) Being shy and quiet to start also, but moldable by those around him. He would, as a youngling, pick up traits of those around him, until as he grows, they come together to make his own personality. I think he would probably wind up the quiet and hard to get to know kind until he feels comfortable with some one, at which point he would open up like a flower in spring.

That's Okay! Two + Two Equals Window. 8DUsername: Scarbi
Soquili Name: Khala or Kheste
Number of Soquili Owned: One (Teykali)
Why do you want this basket? Honestly, because I love the personalities of the mother and father, and the two of them being parents is a ridiculously entertaining notion. We've got the borderline personality mom, who's being a good mom one minute, and freaking out the next, then we've got the mellow dad, who's trying to be a good parent but ends up getting distracted. Hmm, sounds like my family. ANYWAY.
What would your future plots be for this basket? First off, this basket is going to have an amazing personality. He/She will either be surprisingly well adjusted, or an even crazier combination of mom and dad's personalities. I can just see the poster-foal for ADD coming out of this pair.
Regardless, the foal is going to have a life-long struggle with his/her inner thoughts and feelings. With mom's tendency toward instability, and dad's tendency to get lost in his thoughts, there's no escaping that. It will make for some interesting self-RP situations.
I may have the foal veer into pure insanity, but more likely I'd have him/her veer into PARTIAL insanity. Much more interesting. On that note, the foal could end up following a hallucination of a butterfly into a dangerous situation, or attacking a loved one. The foal could become deeply immersed in some sort of creative project, or follow an adult or another child around, irritating them with endless weird questions.
Honestly, with the potentially disastrous combination of mom and dad's personalities, anything could become a plot. A real or imagined occurrence could set off a chain of events for the foal that are as unpredictable as mom's emotions.
Will you RP this basket? I will RP the HECK out of it. This basket will be an incredibly unique little horse, and I'm not talking about looks at all. The personality options are just too much fun.
RP Response? The basket's personality. Well, baskets don't have much personality. But the foal inside would be...interesting, to say the least. For personalities I like to roll stats first and base their temper off of that, but I still have some basic notions for this little guy/gal.
He/she will get lost in his/her thoughts, just like his/her father. I might add just a tad of schizophrenia into there, and have some paranoia and/or hallucinations creep in. Not enough that they're a raving lunatic, just enough that other horses thing they're a bit odd, and so they're partially out of touch with reality.
The foal would care deeply about its family, but may end up seeming aloof, as they're often distracted by their thoughts. I may even have them go through phases where they idealize the ones they love, but if they make even a small real or perceived slight against the foal, they become demonized, and the foal is angry at them, and won't speak to them.
The foal will enjoy exploring sometimes, but at times will also be completely adverse to going ANYWHERE. If forced to do something they don't want to do, the foal would follow along without complaint, but would probably end up becoming distracted by something far more interesting to themselves.
The foal would be polite and soft spoken, though he/she would prefer to listen than to actively engage in conversation. When called upon for their opinion of the matter, the foal would either decline to answer, or might give some completely random answer that has nothing to do with anything (not paying attention), or would speak so slowly and distractedly that others might become impatient and not listen to him/her.

That's Okay! Two + Two Equals Window. 8DUsername: Angel-of-Bloody-Midnight Soquili Name: Taru'tira [works either gender ;3] Number of Soquili Owned: 2 (Esperenza & Shadena) Why do you want this basket?: Well, for one I've never had an opportunity to own a Soquili foal, and it would be positively fun to have one part of a large family, especially with a few nuts who fell too far from the banana tree. XD What would your future plots be for this basket?
What strange teeth you have... Taru would meet her first Skinwalker or Kalona. She would, however, not be afraid. She would be mesmerized by how different they were. Perhaps it would be her meeting her grandfather (god, that would be a fun one).
Beauty in....rocks? Fascinated one night, Taru finds herself the witness to a meteor shower. But something unexpected happens! One lands in the hills near her home! Too curious to pass up the opportunity, she runs to see the strange star rock. But she isn't the only one.
Mother, do you love me? As Taru had never known her mother, she one day suddenly meets her! Unable to make heads or tails of what to do, Taru asks her if she loves her, and why she left.
Of course, this would only be a few rather good ones. There would also be several side ones to grow in personality, like a favorite friend, a lover who disappears, an adventurer to tag along with her when she explores.
Will you RP this basket?: OH GOD YES!! I would enjoy it very much. *3* RP Response:
Prompt 1//
: razz ersonality::
Shy, and given to mad tendencies, Taru is likely to stay at a distance from others. She is too curious for her own good, and finds beautiful things in the most unlikely objects (i.e. bugs, a twig, a seashell). She is sensitive to the problems of others, and can sometimes seem oddly motherly toward her other siblings. She's a roamer, and doesn't like to stay in one location for any given amount of tie, enjoying wandering in any general direction, searching for god knows what, if anything. She would be close to her family, especially her father, yet would have an inkling in the back of her mind as to why she had never met her other. She is a wondering creature, with a mind for new things, and the ability to adapt to change rather well. She is loyal to a fault to any creature who has earned her respect.
::Temper:: Confused
::Favorite Color:: Aquamarine
::Least Favorite Color:: Cotton Candy pink. Yick!
::Favorite Place:: By a creek. There are interesting things that can be found!
::Likes:: Rainbows Stories Random colorful objects Water Butterflies, like the ones with the big blue wings!

That's Okay! Two + Two Equals Window. 8D Username: Polette Soquili Name: Male: Crux Puzzle Female: Caeca Invidia Est Envy is Blind Number of Soquili Owned: None. ^^ Why do you want this basket?: First Soquili, plus I think the unstable + shy parents would make for amusing interactions. What would your future plots be for this basket? I'm wanting for h/is/er feelings of envy of others to slowly build, until s/he meets someone that just makes the bad feelings of envy disappear. S/he'll have friends, but few and far between, as s/he tends to isolate h/im/er/self from others due to h/is/er personality. Will you RP this basket?: Of course~ <3 RP Response: 1
More like h/is/er father, this foal will have touches of h/is/er mother's personality. S/he will be a stumbling, group-shy foal, but with outbursts of instability, usually when confronted or challenged. S/he takes good things that s/he sees in others it makes h/im/er see only the faults in h/im/er/self. I picture a kind of nerdy foal that has mini spazz attacks. 8'D
Yay for small blurbs. ;3;

That's Okay! Two + Two Equals Window. 8D Username: xXSakura_ForeverXx Soquili Name: Mad'aare (unisex, the word "mad" combined with letters that popped into my head, resembling the word "hare" because, if you look at the brown marking on left part of the basket, it's like a rabbit coming up from a hole, no? 8D) Number of Soquili Owned: 1 Usdia- Jeze Why do you want this basket?: It's absolutely gorgeous and I've admired the parents and their baskets for a while now~ The family history and personalities particularly intrigue me to really put the effort into fulfilling my goal of a while now, which is getting into Soquili with more chutzpah than any previous attempts. What would your future plots be for this basket? Oh gosh. First off, Mad'aare should meet/run across Tulgey. Madness would ensue. Strictly based off Mad'aare's personality, he/she should put on of his/her deviations into action, possibly driving him/her to the edge in one way or another. I could come up with a bunch of ideas, based off of the foal's attitude. Will you RP this basket? Yes, and fervently so! RP Response: 1 (male for prompt, personality the same no matter gender)
Mad'aare is bright. His inner thoughts and clockwork are remarkable, though he chooses when to make use of such apt knowledge. Generally, Mad'aare is found in the company of others, a charming stallion. Contrarily, he has a sinsiter sense of mind. He finds no creature better than himself, not even an Angeni. While his front could be welcoming and kind, he could be plotting one's demise as the two idly chat. He's precise in his plans, predicting everything until there could no longer be another plan-of-action squeezed out of the thought. Fortunately, he hesitates to execute any of his dangerous mind-workings, as the overwhelmingly thought out procedures and anally persistent decisions drive him mad. Sharing his mother's genes, he's a clean-freak in the sense that any speck of dirt on him must come off right at that very moment. He's not above removing a mark or two of mud from a fellow "beautiful creature" in their "moment of need." Much like his mother, he is, frankly, unstable and measurably afraid of that. ...At least he's personable.
Like Khajag, however, he pointedly avoid conflicts. For him, such acts threaten to strip him of the facade he has so carefully constructed. There is another trait he and his father share in the treasury of: beauty. Females (and males) of magnificent design compel him to flatter them flirtatiously, even if he did not know them. Mad'aare would prefer to longer remain in their presence than that of an ignorant friend. Both father and son overthink, yes, but in quite opposite respects.
In his opinion, Acta needs a strong protector, a.k.a. himself. Mad'aare would go to great lengths to save his mother, whom is on of the few he sheds true emotion unto. He will not approve nor disapprove of his mother's affection towards stallions, as he knows that is not his place. To Mad'aare Khajag is a persona of confidence, though everyone has their faults. He looks up to his father as a role model. When it comes to those outside of his immediate family (parents and siblings), they are of no concern unless they should prove themselves worth his recognition.
