Kenta trained HEREfor 148 - Norm Lines 306 - Battle Lines 148+1224=1372 which is 343 posts. I need to spend 19 of said points on item repairs. This means that I have 324 posts to spend here, and then an additional 200 posts in my bank (amounting to a total of 52.4 points to spend) 500 of those posts are spent on Agility, bringing agility up to a good ol round 200. The remaining is spent on Ryo to grant me 120 ryo.

Kenta upgrades his skills, because he can do that. As long as this de-buff stays on them they may not activate any Jutsu (meaning no defending unless they have something that can defend for them like an ally or auto-defense of some sort being sustained), nor may they attempt to dodge or take any other actions normally available during the attack phase (other than focusing) or the defense phase.
