 Pool Party starts in just under half an hour, at 9pm EST, 6pm PST!

Saturday, July 2nd, at the pool area in zipcode: 1700
(You have to go to the Directory and enter the zipcode)
Schedule of fun:
9pm EST (6pm PST) Water Fight in the Pool (zipcode 1700 , area 5 in Towns)!
9:15 pm - 9:30 Gather avatars dressed in swimwear (look for a PM during that time!)
9:30 Group Avatars in Swimwear Picture!
9:45 Riddle Master at pool side! Prizes will be given out!
10pm EST (7pm PST) Water Fight in the Pool (zipcode 1700 , area 5 in Towns)!
10:15 pm - 10:30 Gather avatars dressed in Agricultural theme (farmer, food, picnic, etc.)
10:30 Group Agricultural Avatars Picture!
10:45 Riddle Master at pool side! Prizes will be given out!
11pm EST (8pm PST) Water Fight in the Pool (zipcode 1700 , area 5 in Towns)!
11:15 pm - 11:30 Gather avatars dressed Formally (look for a PM during that time!)
11:30 Final Group Avatar Picture!
11:45 Riddle Master at pool side! Prizes will be given out!

We missed you at THE Charity Midsummer Splash Pool Party last night, if you weren't one of the half dozen people who came. For those who did join us, it was a lot of fun! Thank you so much!

Calling All Elves: It's time to start planning our next event. It will be held December 16-26 and the theme will be THE Charity Christmas Jubilee!
At this time I'm asking all elves who are willing to help, please let me know either by posting in THE Charity Event Guild and/or sending me a PM.
Job openings:
* Thread host for games and/or contests
* Judges for tektek contest, poetry contest
* Role Play Regulars for our role play thread set in a casino
* Party hosts for THE Christmas Party on the evening of 23rd:
* * Snow ball fight Instigators
* * Photographers for themed avatar group photos
* * Photographer for Photos with Santa
* * Word Game hosts (Riddle Masters, etc.)
Charity Owners: If you are planning to run an event around that same time frame, I'd be thrilled to affiliate it with ours! We are seriously considering asking to spotlighted this time, so the more the merrier! Also, if your charity will participate in our event, please PM me or post in this thread: Participating Charities: Welcome!

We need even just few more players for the Chess Role Play to work well. Please post in Chess Role Play to take on a role and maybe even win a November 2007 Thank You Letter! No experience with chess or role playing is needed.

Easter Events and our upcoming Triple Treat event!   Our next Charity event will be THE Charity Triple Treat Event near the end of May in honor of three simultaneous holidays: Shavout, Pentecost, and Memorial Day.
