THE Logic Puzzle Raffle Winner is Furry Soft!

To be eligible to win prizes, you must buy a ticket to THE Christmas Charity Festival (only 1000g)
and solve at least one of the Puzzles below.

I will choose a random Clever Elf by counting all correct puzzle solutions
and then using Gaia's Random Number generator to pick a number to win.
So the more puzzles you solve, the more chances you have to win!

Each logic puzzle will get progressively harder.
You may PM me, AnnElf, about them as often as you like.
This is not "first answer = only answer" situation.
I definitely believe in second (and third and so on) chances!

Please do NOT Post your answers anywhere.

Please keep your answers in the order given in the introduction.

I would like to thank Everett Kaser who designed the game Sherlock, upon which all these puzzles were based.

The elves are hanging lights. Which elf hung which color lights on which thing in which order?

Goldine hung lights some time before the Green lights were hung.
The middle elf, between the Red lights and JoyRose, did not hang Green lights.
The lights on the Pear tree were hung next to the lights on the House.
Goldine hung Red lights on the Pear tree, not the Bush.
THE Little Helper Elf bought the Yellow lights, but she may not have hung them herself.

In which order did each Elf hang what Color of Decorations in which Place? One of the places was on a Wreath.

Ivy was not the elf between Felix and the one hanging Silver decorations.
Holly decked the Hall in Green.
Felix worked next to Noel.
The elf hanging Red decorations worked between the Stars and the elf in the Hall.
The Tree was decorated with Silver decorations, not Gold ones.
Felix worked next to the Balls.
Noel hung Stars.
Ribbons were hung some time before the Silver decorations.
Holly hung Balls, not Tinsel.
Ribbons were hung next to the Mantle.
Silver decorations were hung next to the Stars.
