This was definitely a different scene than what the striped vixen was used to. It was loud, much louder than the forest which she had emerged from not a few minutes ago. Her amber eyes flicked back and forth, examining the other beings around her... Humans. She knew these creatures to be hunters, mainly enemies of her kind. But here they didn't seem to notice her presence much... aside from the human kit playing with her illuminated tail. Its mother didn't seem to care either and only clenched its hand so it didn't stray from her side. The light ahead turned green and the mass of humans stepped confidently into the street and crossed to the other side. The enormous, metallic creatures halted and waited patiently for them to pass. Kagayaki decided to cross with them.

She meandered her way around the metropolitan area, sniffing. The air was dirty and she wasn't going to get used to it any time soon. Though that was not the issue at hand. She needed to find other foxes. It couldn't be that hard, could it? This place was enormous.

She turned into a dark alley, eyeing the small stray dog in front of her. Its hackles raised and it growled, intimidated by the size of the vixen. She wasn't too big to begin with, just the average size of any other fox. This dog was just incredibly small. She raised an eyebrow at it and continued on her way. She wasn't used to seeing such tiny dogs. She had heard rumours afoot of smaller canines, but she didn't believe they could become that small. It looked like a rat.

The scents then hit her. A few foxes were roaming about the place, and seemed to be in the same area. She headed towards them, tail swaying. She eventually caught sight of four foxes, a green one, two warm coloured vixens, and a blue, white, and black one. She approached slowly, examining the four. "Hello," she said, her voice nearly drowned out by the sound of the metallic things whizzing by and the humans around them, not to mention all of the other sounds of the bustling city.

Vogue sauntered through the center of the city, paying no heed to the heard of humans around her. Although they seemed curious as to what sort of creature she was, she would not let them come close enough to find out for certain.

She favored the Sanguine Metropolis, in which the humans were accustomed and acclimated to seeing her kind. Here she was treated as a curious oddity, to be poked and prodded to determine what exactly she was.

Perhaps she would return to the Sanguine Metropolis. The one reason she had come here was to examine the new tribe of urban foxes, who ought to contain the artists whom she sought after. Yet she had searched the city since yesterday, and no foxes were to be found.

She wondered if she had heard wrong, and there was no tribe here at all.

(Taking this as though Vogue has yet to arrive)

Eirian blinked in surprise as they were approached on both sides. Were they really this popular? She smiled a bit in spite of herself, flicking her tail in her bemusement. There was a green, blood-splattered male, a gray-and-blue vixen who''s tail looked as though it were ingulfed in flames, and a blue, black, and white male a little farther away. Her butterflies flitted around her in a mini-swarm, making her giggle lightly. "Hello, good sir! My name is Eirian and she is Shroka, my mother, and we were-", she started to reply to the green colored male before her mother interrupted her.... What?! Her mother had met him before?!

Shroka flicked her ears as she saw the green approach, sensing the vixen coming from a different direction. This male... she remembered him. Where had they met previously? .....Ahhhh, she remembered now. Smirking a little, she cut off her obivious daghter's introductions, staring at the green male with amusement. "Salutations, once again. When we met before, I don't believe I recieved your name.", she stated coldly, her glittering silver eyes emotionless as her fireflies danced around her. She flikced her tail, making her modifications jiggle and glitter in the light.

((Sorry about the wait. XD))

Romulus followed Kiroko, not bothere dby the fast pace he kept. He stayed a few feet behind, not really in any rush to get there. Greetings had never been his thing, and he had never cared about coming off as rude to anyone who wasn't family or a tribemate.

Eventually the others grouped together, and Kiroko sauntered to his tribemate's side, standing shoulder to shoulder with him. He had no inclination to defer to the younger fox. "His name is Kiroko," he replied cooly, speaking for his friend. This female was strange to him with the bugs around her, and so he really wasn't going to give her the time of day.

Instead, he turned his eyes onto her daughter. "Hello, Eirian. H eis Kiroko, as I said, and my name is Romulus."

There. Introductions.

Ah! He knew she had looked familiar. As soon as Shroka mentioned that they had met before, Kiroko remembered where he had last seen her. He wouldn't really call it a meeting. It was more like a sighting. Somewhere back in his old home there was a painting of that night. And it seemed that Shroka hadn't changed much since that sighting. The vixens eyes still seemed cold and emotionless. Yet, they didn't see so out of place here, like they had in the clearing. Or maybe he was just imagining things.

Kir looked at Romulus as he appeared beside him and spoke. He had forgotten the nature of his older tribe mate. Once Romulus was finished with the introductions, the green male looked back to the vixens and smiled.

"It is nice to formally meet you this time, Shroka." He said with a nod to her. "And it is a pleasure meeting you Eirain." Unlike her mother, Eirain seemed to be full of life and excitement, something Kiroko found very refreshing.

He was just about to ask the mother and daughter if they planned on staying when he heard a faint "Hello" nearby. Well, this city seemed to be swarming with vixens.

"Greetings." Kiroko called out to the grey and stripped vixen. He waved his paw to her, beckoning her to come closer. It would be much easier to talk to all of them at one time.

"What brings you two to the Phoenix Metropolis?" He asked turning back to Eirain and Shroka while he waited for newer vixen to join their group.

((I swear I'll get to Vogue soon XD Or someone will lol))

((Vogue says she'll get to herself XD ))

Ah! There ahead was a gathering of modifoxes, three vixens and two dogfoxes. None she had seen before, but she immediately felt a kinship, a connection with the two dogfoxes. They bore the markings of the Sanguine Syndicate, the tribe she had planned to join, before it had disbanded.

She sauntered slowly up to the group, carefully considering all three vixens in turn. The gray stripped one, the one with sunset colors, and the purple one, with intriguing orange markings.

"Hello. And what brings such fine foxes as yourselves to this city?"

She sat down near the green dogfox, partially because she did feel some connection to him.

Mostly because that was from where she had the best view of the other vixens.

Romulus pulled his ear back at the approach of two more vixens. He was straight and mateless, sure, but more foxes meant more competition for valuable resources. And females were a wily sort, which also meant he had to keep up even more of his guard.

Sigh. Things would be easier with a small band of foxes like the Syndicate had been, things were already growing more than he wanted. At least Kiroko was with him.

"We could ask the same of you," he replied evenly to the newcomer.

Lin sauntered towards the grouping of foxes, having heard Kiroko's vpice earlier. She had been in the city for awhile now, and with his help knew how to survive this crazy place. After all, she was too stubborn to just up and leave.

With a subtle smile she padded over to Kiroko's shoulder, squeezing her way between the purple vixen and him. She wasn't necessarily being territorial, but the blue malenext to him bore the mark of the old Syndicate. Crossing one of Kiroko's old tribe mates would not be wise.

"Hello," she murmured, looking around the grouping, calculating. No one here seemed overly dangerous. Good. She wasn't in the mood to fight.

((OOC
Alright! Time Skip Time!

So for right now, we're going to skip the introductions of "Hi my name is ____ and I'm new." We're going to skip to the fun part. Pretty much every fox here besides Kiroko and Romulus is new to the city. So we're going to have a little test to see if the city and this tribe is right for your fox!

Kiroko, with the aid of Romulus, is going to teach his tribe prospectives how to steal food from a house, a restaurant, and a grocery store. Those who manage to successfully steal food for themselves will be asked to join the tribe and stick around for a harder challenge/learn a harder city skill. Those who get caught or fail obtaining food will be asked if they want more training or if they would rather leave the city.

Those who wish to participate need to fill it out and post the form at the bottom of this post. As soon as we get 3-5 foxes, we will begin the rp. Once the rp begins, please refrain from joining. As soon as the last fox manages to pass or fail the food test a new scenario will open up for those who missed out on this one to join.

This is not just for those who want to join! If you don't think your fox is a city fox but would like to learn these skills anyway, they can still join!

Now post to join!

((OOC

Alright! Admissions for the Tribe Rp are now closed. Now I shall start the " Surviving the City 101" RP!

It's RP time!

/OOC))

It was a busy day in the Phoenix Metropolis, as usual. It was a little past the morning rush hour and the streets were buzzing with life. Kiroko sat on a bus stop bench and waited for his tribe prospects to arrive. He had arrived to their designated meeting spot extremely early so that he would have time to think. With so many foxes new to the city, Kiroko couldn't help but be concerned for their well being. Thus he had decided to have a basic day of training so that he knew they would be able to handle themselves in any situation. But Kir had never tried to teach other than one on one so he had enlisted the help of Romulus to make sure he didn't leave out anything. Kiroko had been most pleased when Romulus had agreed to help him for he still hadn't quite gotten the hang of this leadership thing yet.

As the morning crept on, Kiroko debated in his mind where he would take the newcomers for the various challenges he had come up with. There were so many good choices in the area. After awhile, the green male decided he would narrow it down after talking with the few that would be undergoing training today. The anticipation was already building up inside of him. It had been so long since he had trotted the city streets with so many foxes that he felt at home with. The thought of creating a new tribe here brought a smile to his face. Kir could only hope that after today, they too would feel the need to call the Phoenix Metropolis "home". Peeking up at the sky, Kiroko figured it was just about time for the others to arrive. He yawned and stretched before sniffing the air to see if any of his new friends would be on time.

User ImageMiramili walked along the sidewalk. She was told to come this way and not to be late. There was to be a test of some sort and she didn't want to be late. She heard about tribes before and this one seemed different from the ones she heard about. Still it looked like fun place to live. It was a little hard traveling through the area, but she spotted the meeting place. There was a fox sitting there when Mira approached.

User Image Runaiu was a traveler, having traveled mountainsand forests and more. Though, despite all these travels, she never had stumbled into a city until last week. It never occurred to her to, and she never had been the tribe type. She liked to explore, enjoying finding new places and areas. The city though was always changing, always different, and the insecure fox found herself amazed by the dazzling lights. She was ugly compared to those lights, but she loved it here.

She had heard rumors of a gang of her kind meeting. Modifoxes lived in cities, too? She had decided to join the group, maybe see what was going on. She hadn't see Mercury for awhile, nor Tenshi, and wanted to talk to someone, which was rare.

She had arrived early, being an early riser. Already she saw two foxes, her ears flicking against her head. Dammit, there was a girl, and of course she was beautiful. The plain fox stopped a reasonable distance from the others, but nodded. "Am I early or late?"
