Lol, are you sure there were no other meanings for it? Haha, maybe that's why they don't want to translate the title in english for US xD

Nintendo Vs. Capcom would be pretty awesome. It'd be interesting to see how popular a standard-style fighting game would be with Nintendo characters. The fanbase would be gargantuan.
