Luo had a slight grin on his face. He began to flash through hand seals rapidly, faster than the normal eye could recognize. Slamming his right hand on the water, the signature seal for a summoning appeared in black ink on the water for a second, before swirling into the water. As it did, there was no normal puff of smoke, instead bubbling of water. The bubbling became more ferocious as a large dark figure began to rise to the surface. Finally, a dorsal fin rose out of the water, one as large as a normal building. Finally, an enormous sharks head surfaced in front of Luo, his teeth easily double Luo's size. As water poured like small waterfalls from the gaps in his teeth, the shark's head finally came to rest atop the water. He then spoke, his voice gruff and deep, almost like a military sergeant."Luo, and to what do I owe this beckoning? It's a rare occurrence for you to need my help." Luo shrugged, patting the shark on the nose. "I know. It's not a fight though, it's this water. You're currently swimming in the Kirigakure marketplace, and I need it gone." The large shark nodded then glanced at Fordon, and back at Luo. "He's fine, he's the kid I told you about a while back." Nodding the shark dove underwater to begin the process. Jumping off the water onto the roof Fordon stood on, Luo watched as the water began to spiral downwards. The process took about fifteen minutes, but when finished, sat the largest shark anyone had ever seen in the middle of the walkway's, and nothing else. "Thank you Kyoubou," Luo said as the shark seemed to nod as he swallowed the water and poofed back to the summoning realm. "Well, that should just about take care of that," Luo said to no one in particular.

Fordon was stunned at the size of the shark. then how it drank down all of the water submerging the market place. "that was amazing Lord Luo-sama." so thats your summoning. is he the shark king?" while in his mind Fordon pondered. 'could i summon that someday? are there any sharks that go on the land? i wonder where Lord Luo-sama keeps the contract'

Surveying the area below, Luo nodded. "Thank you. Yes, that is my summoning, or one of them at least. That is Kyoubou, the shark king. I am actually the first one to summon the sharks from their realm, so I guess technically that makes me the one people will come to if they ever hear of the shark summons. They're a tough group, and strong-willed to boot. If it wasn't for the ability they gave me to control water much like Gaara of the sand controlled...well sand, they would be useless on land. That, and there's a sand shark in their lot."

"a sand shark!" Fordon exclaimed "thats amazing! so can he swim on the land or only sand?" Fordon asked loving the idea of a shark able to swim on the land. he wondered how it would be possible. Fordon knew that if he ever got that summoning that the sand shark would be his favorite.

Luo sat on the rooftop, his feet dangling as the wind blew through his hair and robe. "Mhm, Yochi Suima, although he likes to be called just Yochi. He's pretty hard to catch a glimpse of, and won't work with you unless you've earned it somehow, but he's capable of swimming through any sort of land mass. His bone-structure is akin to diamond. I used him once to destroy six buildings in the cloud village once. Because he destroyed the foundations, no one ever knew who did it or how it happened."

If anyone else had asked, Luo would have felt the question a bit too personal, but instead, he looked up at the sky to tell the small tale. "When I first became a jounin, I left Kiri for six months to center myself and train in complete solitude in the land of waves. I never trained in the same spot for more than a week to avoid tourists and shinobi passing through or even looking for me. After trekking through the dense rain-forest for a few days, I happened upon one of the largest waterfalls I had ever seen in my life. It was only logical that I trained there since there was ample water, and no one even attempts to go that deep into the rain-forest. I spent a month there, training and meditating until the day I learned the water dragon jutsu. I had used the waterfall itself as the source for the behemoth of a jutsu, and found that for some reason, there was a reverse flow in the water. It turned out that the waterfall gave the illusion of front-flowing water within 100 yards of itself, when in reality once venturing out towards the other end, you realize that there's a river flowing towards the waterfall, and into a deep chasm behind it. I don't know what compelled me to do it, but I instantly jumped into the chasm without any prior knowledge of what could be down there. What I found can only be described as a river which lead to a vast underground ocean which used the moonlight which fed into the chasm by light reflecting off of the water and onto thousands of minerals to direct tide flow. This was where I continued the last three months of my training, but it was on that day I was attacked by Kyoubou the shark king. He was trying to protect his family, and for good reason. The battle lasted for three days, and it got to a point where I could take it no longer, but neither could he. It was then he told me their story. Kyoubou was a general in the great shinobi wars for Kirigakure, and in fact he led the Hoshigaki clan in battle, the clan which birthed the infamous Kisame Hoshigaki. In the end, the clan betrayed their ancient promise to never allow humans to intrude on their part of the ocean in the land of waves, and Kyoubou turned his back on them, in fact slaughtering ninety percent of the clan which explains why so few are alive today. Setting out for new territory away from humans, he sent Yochi to find a new home. The whole chasm was dug by Yochi, and it took three years for them to allow enough water to create a vast underground ocean. I had stumbled across their ancient place of solitude. After telling me this, Kyoubou regarded that it has never been in his lifetime that a human has survived a full-fledged attack from him, no less for three days straight. He introduced me to the other sharks, and his school of piranha. They are the ones who trained me for those three months, and in that time, I earned each of their respect. it was like being trained in the military, and it was the most grueling training I've yet to go through. Even I couldn't have ever put myself through that, but I pressed on and gained their trust as a family. They gave me the title of 'Hito Wanizame,' man shark. Out of the six of them, I was considered the seventh type of shark in their family, I still am. I then convinced them that humans have long since changed since the great shinobi wars, and they could be trusted as they trusted me. They told me sharks were loyal, and never abandoned their family. So we made a blood pact out of a scroll I was going to seal kunai into. It states that only those deemed worthy by Hito Wanizame and Kyoubou, can enter the shark sanctuary. It is then that the sharks themselves will see if that man is worthy to call upon the shark family as if they were his own. Although my grandfather instilled in me from a young age that family should be regarded as anyone in need, Kyoubou taught me that family took all sorts of forms. He taught me how to not be discriminative. It is those two forces that caused me to gain the title upon my return as the Pride of the Mist. If you asked most, they would say it was my perfect record. But I only gained that record protecting my family. You have to have something more than yourself to protect. It gives us the resolve to keep fighting till the bitter end."
The breeze seemed to swirl around Fordon and Luo, picking up as if some benevolent god had agreed. As his robe ruffled and his hair went upwards, Luo sighed. Sometimes, all he wished was to live with the sharks and his clan. He wanted to be called Hito Wanizame once more.

(dang! amazingness! ) Fodon could tell there was a longing in Lord Luo's voice as he spoke. "it must have been peaceful there." such a place would be perfect to meditate, realax and become one with the world around ones self "Thank you for telling me Lord Luo-sama." Fordon finished staring into the wondrous blue sky wondering if he would ever get a summoning.

Luo closed his eyes nodding, before pushing off of the roof, landing effortlessly on the ground below. Using water manipulation, Luo began gathering any excess water from the concrete and area. As it was gathered in a large ball in front of him, droplets of water seeming to gravitate to it, Luo compressed it as much as he could, finally throwing it into the water under the bridge which connected the small island to Kiri. "There. That should take care of water damage. We'll have to replant the flowers in the area, but other than that vendors should be able to return immediately. I'm going to head back to the office and finish some paperwork. You're free to do whatever you'd like with the rest of your day if you have no more questions."

Sitting down Fordon thought a bit more. 'i need to train. but to train i need to be in cut off from the world. if im cut off from the world and something happens how would i know to come back and help? so should i wait till later to train? also i need to ask LT-sempai about making my weapon set.' he sighed and looked up. first thing was first Fprdon would have to ask Lord Luo-sama about time off to go train. as he stood up the wind whipped at his cloak and ruffled it. "alright then. im moving im moving" he said to no one then still using the roof tops he left EXIT
