MD walked out into her office after giving a regular check-up to an agent. Being head of medicine took a lot of effort, especially with the agents that the GIB happened to have. Sighing, she sat down at her desk and closed her eyes. A minute later, she opened them again and woke her computer up from sleep mode. There was a message on her computer notifying her that an agent had walked into the building who hadn't been evaluated in some time. She clicked on the message to see which agent she had to check on and was surprised to see it was Eve. MD grabbed her GPS agents locator to see if Eve still had her device on her person. Unfortunately, this wasn't the case but MD figured she was where there seemed to be some agents standing and headed out of her office that way. A little while later, she arrived to the scene with the other agents.

"Hey all, I received a notification that Eve was back and came to check it out. I see that it's true. Hi Eve, how's it going?"

(( Dal knows Ginji's first name. She overheard him talking about it. ))

Dalvar stared disbelievingly at Ginji, then sighed and lifted her hand to her head wearily, shutting her eyes. "You always ask this, Ginji, and my answer is always the same. You have to do your paperwork. I would not give it too you if you did not have to do it. If you want less paperwork, be less foolish." The Zurg's words were said in the tired and irritated voice of someone who had said them many times before. She almost told Toki that she did not need to get the papers when she noticed how uncomfortable the other Agent was. She sighed.

"Fine... I'll look over them. Could you please fetch them, Toki?"

((it gives her more personality. I like characters with angsty sides.))

Toki flashed a secretive smile at Ginji and Dalvar. They understood the way her head works.
"Right away, Ma'am." She had to prevent herself from running as she took off at a steady pace toward the Ginji's office, finally breaking into a run as she turned the corner. She breathed a sigh of relief once she was out of earshot of the other agents, and slowed to a comfortable stroll. This was where she belonged, and the familiar smell of cleaning fluid perfumed the empty hallways that she walked down calmed her immensely. She let herself into Ginji's office, loudly saying, "Agent Toki," when the computer inquired who she was. She picked up the papers from Ginji's overflowing desk, glancing around the large loft-like office. She quickly strolled out before the temptation to booby-trap his desk grew too great. She returned to the entrance where the agents were talking, and handed the papers to Ginji. "Here, Na-Na."

He smiled as he took the papers from her. "That was fast....Heh...thanks~ Now...I just need to finish filling them out....Let's see....this doesn't apply....this doesn't apply....this one only causes deaths in carbon based life forms if aimed at critical locations on the head, neck or chest...This one is safe to the user unless they're looking down the barrel when they fire it...this weapon only hurts creatures made out of fire....Ok! That should wrap it up!" he said, as he handed the papers back to Dalvar, with a big smile on his face.
"So, Eve-chan, which section would you like to be doing paperwork in today?"
The vampiric agent turned as the MD approached. "Doc! Doc! You gotta help me! I can't feel my heartbeat!"

MD smirked at Naru's comment.

"You know that worked on me the first time, but I know better now. Nice try Naru. So, it seems you're starting Eve off with paperwork? Well, that should be fairly safe, though I don't know about YOUR section's paperwork, mister."

I never knew what a life was worth. . .

Naru looked down as he tried to avoid blushing (and it's very hard for a vampire to blush mind you). "Actually...it's not even my sub-section that gets paperwork...it's only me...Everyone else get;s away with it because they say that they can't be held responsible since they're new and don't know any better...They're just in it for the weapons tests I think...and the free upgrades..." He looked towards Eve. "And actually, we're still trying to figure out what section she was in before she started her "retirement".

. . .until I took one for myself.

Eve watched in amazement as the Agents seemed so determined, and rather speedy than she had imagined. The past three years of her life without G.I.B have been lost, assuming at least the Agent who found her had prompt the rest of her medical misfortune... That even meer paperwork would be a confusion to her. They spoke as if they knew her better than she knew herself... And the worst part?

They do.

Her last memories were completely non-agency related, her experiences within the last three years complete misery, yet once again here she stood at the hands of the agents she had saught shelter from three years ago when she was a zurg. Today? She stands before them seeking shelter once more.

She wanted to just break down right there, but Tesla... sweet sweet Telsa just had to be right there. These thoughts and feelings did not stop her heart rate monitor, which promptly sounded off again as her levels jumped from the anxiety she was squiring from the forming group. Fidling with the wristband until it quietted, she mumbled how stupid electric watches were once again, and prayed it covered.

"Well, whatever needs to be done first I suppose!"

Toki nodded, smiling at her. "Don't worry, it's all a little confusing at first. When I first ended up here, I was so scared... but there were people to get me through it."

She glanced down at her modified cellphone, making sure that Tso wasn't approaching the security cameras. She looked up as Eves watch beeped, and she fiddled with it.
"I could probably fix that for you, if you like." Toki offered.

[well, I've looked through the sections and thought really hard. My minor in college is psychology/human behavior studies but that section is not accepting. I think I will apply for the medicine. It's the only other thing I know. Withiught having to get frustrated in studying. I can just whip out my med. Book or call my cousin (doctor) if I run into something I don't know.]

[[allright, no worries~]]

Later on that day Agent Eve found herself sitting in the break room, little Tesla bouncing on her knee as the little one giggled away. She had just turned in an application for one of the sections. Her thoughts constantly thought through every moment that could have possibly happened as she closed her eyes, her leg slowly ceasing to bounce at one point. Telsa gazed up to her mother to see a deep thought expression, imitating the posture and look more for the fun of it than the actual reason behind.

Closing her eyes, both Tesla and Eve rest as she waited out results, or at least calm down.
Kind of nerve wracking to wait on applications, y'know?

MD walked into the break room, Eve's application in hand.

"I reviewed your application for Section 6, Eve," she placed the application in front of Eve, a big green "ACCEPTED" stamp on the front.

"Welcome to Section 6!" MD said with a smile.
