Perhaps the problem is that the people who gush over these bad updates are the type of people to notice these test threads, and those of us who are more critical just don't notice them. sad

I randomly venture in the Site Feedback because they post up updates every now and then with stuff they are thinking about doing.

I never saw it either.
One thing that I am glad about though, is my hands shake alot, so before when the lines between the options were smaller, my hand would jump off the drop down box and cause it to close, then I would have to reopen it again. This way i won't accidentally lose the box and have to reopen it, because the edge is bigger.

Right now a friend of mine who is a developer actually has a thread up about the new Forums landing page and feedback for it. 3nodding I actually kinda like the samples she's provided. I mean, I don't normally go to the Forums page, but they look neat.
Dude, that's sucky. :/ I am glad it made it easier for you then! ^__^ .....For some reason, the drop-down menus rarely open for me.
