Zanza walked into the party with huge eyes, remembering the days long past when he could enjoy these types of social events with his friends. How many had he lost now? " Too many. " He said to himself. He walked along a path in the village thinking, but he grew tired of his own moaping and found a bit of cheerfulness in remembering the time he and his young friends played a carnival game together. He walked up to a booth with a similar game and decided to play. He picked up his three kunia and took a spot on the range. He looked up and spied three bags, closely aligned in front of him. In a spilt second, he took the three kunia and threw them at the ropes, missing only one.
War Trophy Location: Village

The rope was sliced by the shuriken slightly from the first shuriken, but the second was the one to cut the rope. She would catch it as it dropped down from it's place. "Ah jeez...what a jip..." She opened it to see what she got, explosive tags and a soldier pill, recovering her used shurikens, She would then catch up with Shinratsu while placing her new found items into her item pack. "Hey Shinratsu-kun...I was meaning to ask you, what do you think of Iwagakure?" She would hold her arm wondering if she should ask Shinratsu this, it seemed he would know a lot coming from the hidden mist and the harsh gruesome history it had. "Also, I was thinking for a while now...this may make no sense whatsoever, but...I doubt there will ever be a good peaceful village, within our missions we're going to piss off some countries or shinobi." It was pretty hard to explain it, she decided to sum it up a bit. "Or in other words...Is Iwagakure the bad guy in other villages eyes? While we're trying to do good for our own village?"

(guys, I think we rolled wrong...I think it's four separate posts per throw. Depending on or what ever extra attack you have O-o I'm gonna check up with gig or carlos on this.)
"Another Year, another festival." The gray haired kid named Zuimishi Katagi sat at the ledge of the bridges of Iwagakure. Watching the festival unfold in front of his eyes, it made him feel warm inside. Being part of a village this great proud village was amazing. "All though I'm senseiless...that Shouldn't stop me of continuing my ninja duties..." Those new genins...the cat girl, the ice kid and that strong kid, all under giglamesh's wing was something to be jealous of all right. He shook his head as he shouldn't be thinking of this, this festival was something to enjoy, not waste thinking about something. Jumping down from the bridge he was on and onto the closest roof of a building, he would slide down the roof and onto the streets of Iwagakure where the festival games were mainly held. "Interesting...War trophies." With a nonchalant expression, Katagi grabbed three of his kunais to throw at the rope.

(three pieces of candy? All evens...What...? WHy!? God damn dice trolled me, and I just came back too!)
"The luck god Fukurokuju seems to be on my side today." His eyes tracked the bags as they fell from the single throw of all three Kunais. "Lets see what we got...shall we?" Soon after a smile would turn into worry, he checked his bags multiple times wondering if there was supposed to be something else inside. "Just...Candy? All three bags I got...?" Next time, Maybe he shouldn't jinx himself telling himself that he had luck on his side? Sighing, he would gather back his kunais for the next time he could play.

"One more try wouldn't hurt..." Katagi once again held his three kunais in his hand and threw them at the ropes holding the bags, hopefully this time his prizes would be in his favor instead of kiddy candy. The kunai once again sliced the ropes supporting the bags once more.

Katagi would walk up to where the bags fell to gather his prize once more, he crossed his fingers hoping for something more than just candy this time. Picking up the bag he would find what fate has given him. "Yosh! This is what I'm talkin about!" All though he got candy in one of the bags, 6 senbons, two soldier pills and an extra candy was nicely needed. Gathering his kunais again, he would walk off to enjoy the other activities of the festival.

Henka Shizuka (Odd numbers above 10 give you 3 paper bombs, 1 soldier pill, and 2 XP. )
While we're trying to do good for our own village?" At first, almost startled (and still vigilant as ever), Shinratsu near instantly stowed the box he was holding behind his back. But then he visibly relaxed, noticing it was Shizuka. "Ah, Shizuka-chan." Shin greeted his Henka teammate. Shizuka took to the war trophy game as well and Shin watched curiously to see what she would got. The same? He began wondering if perhaps all the bags had the same things...
"Huh? Ah..." He was a bit surprised when she asked him what he thought. Shinratsu considered answering honestly...it would be a bit...well...maybe a bit rude but... "To be honest..." He said, laughing a bit nervously. "Kirigakure no Sato was much prettier. We had these great infrastructures of different kinds of marble; even the streets too...so especially at nighttime, it's really...something to see the village reflect the light of the moon..." His voice trailed off. "When the Aurora Borealis would show during our Winter Festival, the whole village would look like the inside of mother-of-pearl... And there'll be...well...dances and music and such. Not games, no..." He chewed out the words almost carefully, cautiously. Games? The children of the Mist grew up with what was useful.
"Well...heh...I guess...all in all it's more formal? But I suppose..." He looked around at the bustling village and unexpectedly grinned. "This is fine, too."
He listened to her speak.
"That can't be helped..." Shin's tone was quiet, almost subdued, as he spoke again. "A shinobi village's existence is always bound to anger another's. One client chooses to go to one village for aid; another to another. And all in all, in the long run, we lose sight of more important matters..." A soft pause. "...and petty trivialities come to rule. Because we serve different clients, then too are whole villages pitted against one another, trapped in a meaningless cycle of hatred."
"But bad?" He continued. "No, I think not. Iwagakure will be just as bad as Kirigakure or Konohagakure - or any other shinobi village in general. In this trade, we're all as equally guilty. I would think not..." His tone became languorous, trailing off to inflections that almost seemed to end with the barest murmur... "No - when one truly becomes bad in this trade of ours, is when power merely becomes an acquirement of pleasure and the weight of a life equates to nothing..."
Smiling, he held out his hand to her. "But worry not. If Kiri and Iwa shall ever come to war, it is to Iwa I shall give my loyalty... True..." He admitted. " "People I known for many long years live in that village. But here, there are ones I would want to protect... You...any of you..." It was almost carefully spoken...but this time... "...are not worth less to me than those in Kiri."
"And yes, that's a promise."

Sakeme wandered around aimelessly, as she always did, while checking out the sights of the festival. They didn't have nearly as much celibrations in the Rain village... perhaps it was ebcause of the change of Kage's in the land of Stone? Or was this place always so festive? Wondering if she shouldtry some of the games, she spotted a friend of hers not too far away. It was Shadow, of course. With one raised eyebrow and the corner of her mouth lifting up slightly, she leaned against the wall of a building, watching him. He was sooo wierd.

Shadow moved and bobbed more and more until he finally caught notice of someone he knew. It was Sakeme! He grinned and waved cheerfully as he walked over to her. She seemed to be watching the other dancers. Or was she watching him? He thought for a moment and then decided that was a silly thought! As he got close he smiled happily and squinted his eyes taking notice of her little smirk. He was kind of liking the fact that he seemed to be running into her quite often.
Hey! Sakeme! I was wondering if i was going to see you at this festival, its nice isn't it? He smiled cheerfully at her wondering what type of events he could drag her to or rather she'd want to join him in.

She stood up, as in stopped leaning on the wall, and took a step towards her friend. "Yeah, I suppose it's nice. I haven't been to many festivals before... Never really been able to get into them though. They seem... too... crowded? I dunno..." She scratched the beack of her head a bit. It was true. She'd never danced, never baked cookies, never did any of the festivities... That smile on Shadow's face made her wonder if he was plotting something, however. Now a curiosity sparked within her.

"I can just picture it now, Nyaa...Do you think we will visit Kirigakure one day? On a mission maybe?" She could never imagine going to another village and serving that one in a war against her own village. "It's easy to say you'll take Iwagakure's side but...what if you come face to face with that friend in Kirigakure, what if both sides still care for you...You will need to finish the mission from Iwa, but it requires you to kill Kirigakure shinobi who are protecting their own village." Maybe Shizuka was thinking too hard about this but it was just something she had to get off of her mind. "But I believe you in that you'll always stay by Iwagakures side...I know this festival is for our enjoyment and also to teach us. But yet I can't stop thinking that we might have to fight in a war one day and the only outcome is what this festival is about..." Shizuka sighed and a smile crept up onto her face. "But then again...I shouldn't really be worried about this, Since I already decided to become a ninja of Iwagakure..."

Marcus would come down from the pedestal to… a standing ovation. Apparently he had done well. He would bow and begin to speak again, “Now… I’m tired of talking sooooo LETS PARTY~!” He would yell this to all the gathered masses that started to dance and dissipate within moments to go and enjoy the week long festival.
Marcus would look to his friends and smile at them a bit, “Well now. I what shall we do first?”
Morde would hold up her hand, “Hold it buddy. What’s with the party all a sudden eh? I don’t remember Iwa ever havin’ a party like this before.”
“It did… a long time ago…” Yoko spoke up with a hushed voice. Her face had begun to twist into a bit of anger. She had been a child… a weapon of this village back when the festival went on. “It was a rather quiet festival really. No where near as lively as this but still. The people seemed to enjoy it. At least that’s what I could determine from my small vantage point in my ‘home’. It was a lot less… festive though as everyone walked around morning.”
A pair of arms broke Yoko from her grief. Marcus had wrapped his arms around the woman and smiled a bit. The touch… or rather the fact that he was trying to coyly tickle her brought a smile to her face. She would turn to look to him and smile completely and truthfully. Of course, that was met with the randomness of a lick to the cheek. “Ahhhh! You fithy ******** style="color: blue">Marcus would jump back and grin. “Hehehe, all the morning and such is done. Those who have passed have to be satisfied with all the grieving we’ve done for them and to be honest, I don’t think they’d want us to grieve forever. Least I wouldn’t. And that’s why I brought back the festival and changed it. The council will probably be pissed though. I paid for it out of their secret funds. Heheheh. Anyway, come on, lets have some fun!”
And with that, Marcus began to explore the festival in earnest. The group would split to enjoy their own time in their own way but agreed to come back later for fun and games.
