I think Timmy's "Mega-puberty" is actually the rare "Girrafeitis" where one grows significantly taller hand had blotchy spots on their skin. Also, his horn grown from a while ago was in fact a part of this, only it went into recession, and not it is back. So when he makes his "decision" he will really be standing there looking like an idiot.
And i completely agree with Tso. It's not possible. The truth is, when he was injecting himself with essence of Chuck Norris AND essence of...umm...suave, the needle left the X shaped scar on his forehead.
