Shadow woke up slowly, opening one eye then the next. He noticed Dreydonna twirling around above his head and felt tempted to swat at the ghost. He decided against it and plotted out his attack. While the Haunter was distracted he'd spring and bite at it. That seemed like a relatively good plan. He closed his eyes again before propelling himself off the ground and aiming his jaws at the ghost.
Saspra watched as Shadow attacked with bite. That's what she would've wanted anyway.

"Forget that!" Renekai shouted before Dreydonna could start dancing again. "Shadow Punch!"
Dreydonna pouted but aimed a punch at the Ninetails's jaw as he jumped up to bite her.

Shadow smirked and jumped back as Dreydonna aimed a punch at him. They were finally switching onto offense.
Saspra was glad that they stopped using Hypnosis. To be quite honest it was starting to get a little annoying to her. "Let's use Bite again!"
Shadow jumped at Dreydonna again and prepared to bite her once more.

Dreydonna did a stimulating jig that was hopefully boring enough to get the Ninetails to sleep. She herself wouldn't mind sleep just then...

Saspra did a facepalm as Shadow fell asleep. Well that was just her luck. It looked like a deep slumber too. Oh well, you can't win everything. Hopefully Dreydonna's attacks would still stay lousily aimed. For Shadow's sake.

Renekai blinked. It had... Worked? Alright! "Dream Eater!" Renekai shouted happily.
Dreydonna placed a clawed hand on Shadow's forehead. She closed her eyes, an evil smirk nearly cracking her face in two. She then used her mind to force her way into Shadow's dreams. First she plagued him a bit, turning them into a confusing nightmare, before she began to feed on them. Oh, it had been so long before she had had a decent meal...

Shadow wiggled a little in his sleep as he saw a giant Dreydonna wearing clown makeup. That was odd. Very. And for some reason it hurt.
Saspra sighed and proceeded to watch the battle.

"Again, Dream Eater!" Renekai shouted.
Dreydonna grinned and continued messing with Shadow's dreams. She enjoyed eating them up one by one, both weakening Shadow and gaining strength herself.

".... Hypnosis?" Renekai said timidly. Could they be lucky enough to keep this up...?
Dreydonna pulled her hand away and licked her lips. Ah, those were some delicious dreams... She wanted more, but Shadow was waking up. Dreydonna danced her sleepy dance again.

Shadow woke up with a yawn and glared at the ghost. He'd have to make her pay, big time. He got up from where he was and hopped a few feet away from Dreydonna while awaiting Saspra's next command.
Saspra pondered using Confuse Ray just to make things harder on Dreydonna. Then again, the odds of that move hitting were just as low as Hypnosis. They'd have to do this battle without confusing the ghost and relying on Shadow's strength and stamina. "Come on Shadow! Bite, you can do it!" She called encouragingly.
Shadow ran circles underneath Dreydonna hoping to get her a little confused before attacking. After a good minute of running in circles he launched himself into the sky with his hind-legs and bit at her.

Shadow almost flinched as he was hit by shadow punch. What was worse was the fact that he crashed back against the ground. That reminded him of a move that one of his old opponents had used against him though. He stood up and shook his fur before wondering if Saspra was thinking what he was thinking.
Saspra blinked and remembered what she had learned from previous battles. Hopefully Shadow would be able to use this move after having it used against him so many times. "Shadow use Earthquake!"
Maybe there was such thing as Trainer-Pokemon telepathy. He shrugged lightly before slamming one of his tails hard against the sand hoping to hit Dreydonna with some of the flying debris.
