We have this thing where someone says, "What do we sound like when we're not together?"
And then everyone yells, "s**t!"
We also have a cadence that a snare drummer wrote, where we yell "HEY!" Which is hilarious, because people not in marching band look at us all confused.

Our Line has this thing we do after every practice.
(we kept adding things all season)
-We all put one hand in and yell "ONE TWO THREE"
-Then has disapointed and depressed as we can we say"drumline..."
-then we all take in a HUGE long breath and then when our hands are about chest level we let our this rediculously girly scream (which is funny cause I'm the only girl)
-then we put our hands back in the middle(palm up and hand in a loose fist) and we shale our wrists up and down and say "Get It!!!"
The "Get It" is like a trade mark for us whenever we do something right or anything he just shake our fist down low and say "Get It!"
We even got our band to do the get it thing while we march.
At a split second break in the cadance the whole band goes "Get It"
We all love it!!!

we do this thing were during pep band we shout "PUSH IT, PUSH IT!"
so it sound like b*ll sh*t. the ref's get pissed. it's funny!

Fermata We're too 'cool' to do regular cheers like everyone else...but when we play the Hey Song, instead of saying 'Hey, go eagles!' We say, "HEY! GET OFF THE SHED!" Pretty sweet. We do that during the Hey song, but we shout Gus instead of Hey, for the redhead freshman tromone player. The only other "cheer" the drumline has is "Get the Flag Corps!" Then they jump on us and hit us with their sticks. Oh, and during our marching cadences during parades, the band the Guard marches with (not our band) jumps up and shouts "Hey!" Our band doesn't do this, but the Guard does. we think it's hilarious.

im not in drumline or even play drums but at my skool when all of us r comin out on the field the drummers play a really cool beat then they stop and the whole band says woot! woot! then they play the beat again and we all say chicka chicka what?

O and another one. We play Rossview a lot and their our biggest rivals but during the game the drummers will play drumroles and we will yell Rossview!! Rossview!! Rossview!! U SUCK!

My school's band (being it's middle school..) We have cheer.
The'Cool'8th graders would shout "COUGAR PRIDE" and the band echo, and after 3 times, we yell "COUGARs COUGARs COUGARs!" then we'd make some sort of dying cat sound. It's funny xD
And aslo,
The main 8thgrader Tuba player would do the Hillshot farms thing.
He yells, "WHEN I SAY HILLSHOT YOU SAY FARMS! HILLSHOT-"
then we'd go; "FARMS. GO MEAT!"
It's really hystarical.

Usually our friend Amanda screams "DRUMLINE DRUMLINE"
And we scream something that sounds like this: "HOOOF!"
rofl
And then she screams "DRUMLINE? WHAT IS YOUR PROFESSION?"
And we scream "AWOOGH AWOOGH AWOOGH"
Sounds pretty lame in type, but it's actually loads of fun. xd

we dont have any cheers but the tenors (now me) play a bunch of random stuff like woody woodpecker or power rangers, the horse race song (haha not sure what else to call it) or everyones favorite:
duddut-duh-duh-duddut-GACK!
or by tenor drum numbers: 11-2-2-34
that GACK is everybody hitting a note...
lol its fun, we play it wenever someone fumbles at a football game.

Well, like, at football games and or the end of practice,
our director shouts "Who's Got The Best Band In The Land?"
and then we spell out "D A H S!"
And the we go into playing Louie Louie.
We do the hey song too.
And lemme think...
Drumline Cheers. We sing a song
where one person shouts and everyone follows:
The one person will be 'A' and everyone else is 'B'.
A- Hey DuBois!
B- Hey What?
A- Hey DuBois!
B- Hey What?
A- Let's pump, pump, pump it up!
B- Let's pump, pump, pump it up!
A- P U M P HUH!
B- P U M P HUH!
lol. Naturally we also do battles like

RPGfan2005 yeah i guess you are right, we always think it's kind of dumb but we still do it. but we have a cheer that we are always proud of... THE BEER SONG! we do an accent tap, [^---][^---][^--][^--][^-][^-], then we just say ''BEER'' we do it twice. u gots a song that, we got an actual cadence called beer and we got one called broughts and finely one called the 5th not a grate speller thats come i'm dyslexic

We have quite a few chants.
During cavalcades we'd see Warwick a lot and they'd act like such d-bags whenever they won an award so we (the drumline) would say "Who's gay?!" and the band would yell "WARWICK" XD needless to say we wern't allowed to do that for very long.
Another thing we do is when we play the Hey song, we yell FAIL instead of hey 3nodding
We also have a cheer with the cheerleaders gonk and they "Are you fired up?" and we would go "We are fired up" while hitting our drums with the syllibles. lame I know haha
But the first time we did that we messed it up and said "we are FIRD up" so we just say that now XD
