Awwwwww XD *hands over some cookies* Being hermitish and reclusive isn't the worst thing, at least! You can build and invent stuff, and just not have to deal with people while doing so......! biggrin

Misguided Fate
(Even though I wanna be an ENTP now... *laughs* Tesla and Mercutio? Lucky! razz )

I got Edison too - so I suppose he and Tesla would cancel each other out.

Confound that Edison...

Bah, Tesla's worth more than any amount of Edisons, and I'd say that to both of their faces, so I would! razz

Even though, it is a bit odd that more people haven't gotten ENTP results here, what with all the engineers and the mechanical aspects of steampunk. But, the "dreamer" label fits most of us pretty well too, right? (And that seems to be the slight majority - at least sometimes - of the results.) Granted, not enough people have taken it yet to get a clear picture of the typical results... hmmmmmmm.... twisted

I think it might have something to do with the fact that people who spend a great deal of time on the internet tend to be more introverted in real life. The Cap'n doesn't seem too internet addicted. And yeh have to remember, he's majoring in Engineering (hopefully).

The majority of the people in this guild, though they idolize invention, tend to rely more on the aesthetic side of things. And being creative, and creating functional invention, though they overlap at some point, are two very different things.

These are rather flawed and vastly limited, although they may be some what accurate in some areas they miss and tack on so much that it’s just not a very good test. Of course many people are generally very complex and are not this limited, especially when you consider the changes that occur in a persons activities, actions, etc. that spawn from past experiences and understandings.

But it’s pretty fun biggrin

The INTP was the Engineer. But yes, steampunk has very little to do with invention, engineering, or anything mechanical (just wait let me finish lol). It's almost entirely about style and imagination, it’s a dream world. Many aspects of steampunk are some what arbitrary and ridiculous as far as invention goes. But it looks cool and makes for great works of fiction.

By the way I was originally planning to major in nuclear engineering because it appears there might be need for nuclear engineers some time in the near future. However a get bored with things easily and quickly changed my path to a degree in philosophy. Once I’m finished with that I plan on going to law school.

Hmm, somehow I think I'll have to take these tests again when I'm not quite so tired. Although it certainly fits.
