She squeaked in surprise as she was lifted into the air, not missing the purpose and was glad to see the Donphan had missed them. Letting out a breath of air she didn't know she had been holding, Aimi tilted her head back to look at the pokemon that held her. "Thanks for the lift," she giggled.

Soar looked at Aimi when she spoke, and the crystal in his center gleefully answered her gratitude with a brief sparkle. He had made friends! Or so he thought.
But where did they have to go? He wanted to ask the human for help finding Lamen, but he didn't know how. He looked around to the distance in several directions, and then back to Aimi... for now, she would decide where they went.

Glancing at him, she thought for a moment. "You seem... awfully civilized for a wild pokemon... Do you have a trainer?" Still she wanted to try figuring out mind speech with the deoxys, but she didn't know how to link up -so to speak. This was going to be difficult...

A trainer? The Deoxys shook his head slightly. He had been told trainers were humans who captured pokemon in pokeballs and then trained them to fight. Soaringedge had no such experience, and recalled what Lamen had told him... "Never let yourself get caught unless you encounter a human some day that you would wish to serve forever. But Soar, you're special- you don't need to eat, you don't need to stay warm, you're stronger than any normal pokemon already- there is nothing a human can provide you that you would have needed. I would not trade in part of my freedom for a safety I already had, if I were you- let humans be your friends, not your masters."
He partially understood this, and had decided to listen to her. He would never let himself get caught by a human. (It was likely that other legendaries didn't usually get caught for the same reasons.) ((I can't do much with Soar right now... he doesn't know where to go. xD;; ))

(Sorry for my lateness in reply D: I wasn't near the computer yesterday at all)
"Well, is there some one you are looking for then?" He didn't really seem the type to just wonder around without having some influence in his life. "Perhaps we could try to find them? Or maybe head for the city? Though I don't know if bringing you to the city would be a wise idea..."

The question was exactly what he'd needed her to ask in order to convey his intentions. Perfect! But how could he describe who he was looking for? With no methods at his disposal, the Deoxys could only nod in confirmation of Aimi's accurate guesswork.
At her mention of a city, the Deoxys nodded vigorously. Humans went to cities! He knew that much. If he were to find his friend, that's where she would be. Of course, the poor thing had no idea how many humans there were in cities, and was in for a shock.

In for a surprise indeed! Hopefully the sight of so many people wouldn't surprise the thing too bad... She frowned as she wondered the reactions, wishing she knew who the pokemon seemed to be looking for. Hindsight was always 20/20, she reminded herself, and it was likely to come out full force and n** her in the rear. "Do you know which way the city is?"

Soaringedge shook his head. It was his first time here, and he couldn't scan so far that he would sense life that he wouldn't already see from his current vantage point in the airs. He could fly higher, but he didn't know whether Aimi would survive the cold up there. Not that he could feel it himself, but hailing from the frigid north, he knew that the trainer would need heavier clothing like what the scientists wore when outside at the lab or in one of the freezers.
So, with a random guess, he began to fly southwest, human in tow... headed in the wrong direction.

Aimi blinked, turning her head to peek back behind them. "Umm... I think we're going the wrong way." She remembered coming from the opposite way into the forest.

For a second the Deoxys paused awkwardly midair- how did the trainer know where Lamen was? But if she knew, then... he changed directions gladly, heading towards town. Soon the buildings appeared and Soar hovered above, awaiting a suggestion as to what to do... being a little shy, he didn't exactly want to just waltz into the middle of a crowd.
