The Basilisk gave me nightmares in 2nd grade when the movie came out. So I don't like them.

I really like all magical creatures...but i'd have to say, my favorites are dragons. They're so cool! unless werewolves count...'cause i am a werewolf... sweatdrop

The phoenix is my favorite magical creature. It is magnificent how they give birth to thier off-spring, then die so that it may live.

sometimes I wish I had one- since they can heal not only skin, but bones and muscles, etc, I'd love to be able to heal myself of all of these injuries... lol plus, I'd love to have a companion!

Hmm. Phoenixes take the prize for me, I think. They're just so majestic and full of symbolism.
Although out of Fantastic Beasts, I loved the idea of kneazles and puffskeins. Those would probably be my pets of choice. haha.
