I'm not getting my ID out of my sig. I'm proud of it, and it shouldn't bother anyone.
As for marching, I kinda agree with Ryu - what if people think we're raiding zOMG? sweatdrop If we ever get enough people to go with, that is.

Camron Flamheart Ryu Ktu No we should not make a big scene. Then people would think we are elitists and get all pissed off. The best thing for us to do is to lay low for a while and take our ids out of our sigs. Toast that same thought had already occurred to me.
Besides, what could go wrong? It's not like everyone has a huge gun they could blow our heads off with if they don't like us. The worst thing that could happen is a hate group comes up and starts an e-fight.True but it also shows that we also have a live that can be seen out of the guild by virtually everyone. And being called elitist just for a group going through and seeing how zOMG shouldn't matter to us. We are who we are and that is that.

I am who I am. I'm not laying low, I'm not hiding and above all I'm not afraid of being Tso. Yeah, you know what? I'm an '03er, I'm a GiB agent, and I've got one of the best damn usernames on Gaia. I have a secret sleeper fanclub, I raise money for charity by crossdressing and I am a wannabe artist. I've spoken with Mother and was a part of the zurg peace treaty talks. I worked on the 5th and 6th Gaian annual Ball and I'm a part of building the next one. I'm SCAS and Zeta and make no secret of it. I dress in Costumes to go to midnight showings of my favorite movies. I am proud of what and who I am.
If thats elitist, well Gaia, I've got news for you.

On a more serious note: GiB will be having a clan. I expect it to be stocked full of Agents and I have no doubt we'll be getting a fair number of recruits. Good for us. Personally, I think we could use some more new blood. Don't think for a moment though that the standards we hold everyone to (a.k.a. basic literacy, background check and such) will be allowed to slide. We'll make sure that they're up to snuff. 3nodding

See! Even Tso sorta agrees on telling Gaians that if they call us elitists then they can suck it. I don't care what they say and if they call me an elitist then I will celebrate. I haven't been called one by a random person yet. Nor by anyone.

Chances are that, if we do get an NPC, it will totally ignore us. After all, how could it recognize agents from normal users? Or if we are lucky enough it won't be a real NPC just like 07. It could be a NPC that interacts to special people.

Ok maybe we should just like to an academy and set the Gib itself to private like the Zurg Hive has done.
We could have it last a week if it is to overflown with usres and it could go over all of the history of the gibe, how its started, what it is, ect.
If someone passes 2/4 tests then we let them in but there has to be a certain criteria of course like having the user be at lest 6 months old and they would have to use capitulation.

For the record - I want to endorse the motion that GiB should not be ashamed. We are what we are, and we will, without woe, will whimsy into the weak-willed, and weep before we give up that which makes us the Gaians in Black.
I also like this idea of marching on zOMG! Shall we let the name of GiB ring heavy in the air, let them know we exist, and we're out there doing what we've always done; not as just some lame emulator, trying to reciprocate a Gaia-made creation. It'd be a drag for newcomers to think we came after the fact - the world should respect us as they always have.

*applauds Toast.* Amazing speech! Very Amazing!
Now back on topic. We must show that GiB is not a group that can be called elitist but I think of having an academy that tells if they are smart and how smart or what they are good at would be a good idea. Like have teachers teaching stuff over PMs, having like a field-ops class in zOMG when it is out, and have all sorts of other stuff. I am just saying as the future of GiB progress we should also do that with letting people in. I am saying training potential agents would be a good option to go. We can see who is willing to work for a position and who just slacks off.
Now the zOMG trailer makes it seem.. strange.

As others have said, you should NEVER be ashamed of being a GIB agent. Display your ID cards proudly. After all, you were here before we were cool. cool Which was... after we were cool. And possibly before.
