Da_Nuke Actually, the Tomb Raider movies were not so bad. As well as the Resident Evil ones. It could be much, much worse: basically, anything that was directed by Uwe Boll. First, Uwe Boll is a bad, bad, baaaaaad director whose movies are NEVER good. Second, Uwe Boll thinks he's "the only genius in the whole ******** business" (and he said so literally). Third, his bad movies will probably continue for quite a while because his producers are corrupt ******** exploiting a legal loophole in Germany that makes it more profitable to make bad movies instead of good ones. Holy crap, I TOTALLY agree with you. He should be banned from making movies lol!! razz

They shouldn't have bothered making a Dragon Ball movie. The only anime movie I've seen so far that I think was the best was Speed Racer. I don't care what anybody says; I loved the movie!! xp

My question is why is there this live action Dragonball movie suddenly being made over two decades after the original Dragonball became a TV show? I think these folks are obviously milking it and doing a bad job of it.
But on the original subject - Nah, I can't say I agree with adapting games or anime into live action formats. There are some rare exceptions, like the aforementioned Speed Racer movie, but I'm usually disappointed. I'd rather see something original.
.... And I, for one, do not want to see Cowboy Bebop turned into a live action movie.
