Pipe Private I'd have to say, though, I'd most likely be dead in about three days unless running like hell suddenly becomes a strong point. ninja You can kill teh monsters all you want and that'd probably be fun. x3 BUT, if there is a chance you could stop the madness and survive, why not try for that as well? If Silent Hill were perpetual, we'd all no doubt eventually die off. Unless your survival skills are epic and you end up becoming a regular residence. But even the residence had to hide away every once in a while. Plus, you've still got the post-apocalyptic settings scenario to live off of... how are you going to eat? Where will you sleep? How will you keep your energy up so that you don't go apeshit crazy and get killed by a monster by accident? ninja I'd try to see if there was some way to stop the madness (A.K.A ask Alessa). Silent Hill is a nice place to visit, but I wouldn't want to live there. xd Silent Hill is a notorious blood bath.... most people develop the ability to survive within minutes of being in a certain enviroment. Silent Hill has many twists and bumps, but I would "try" to find the source.... however, there is no lead off as to where the source truly is.... idk how you just "find" Alessa, in a small town, its easier, but if the entire world was engulfed.... hmmm... yes... very hard sweatdrop

You might decide to live in the new Silent Hill scenario and you might get to be really good at it. But would that be okay for the rest of your life, I wonder? ninja New towns would pop up and technology would redevelop, but that would take such a long time. At least you'd have a goal of some sort. _xD Or I would, anyway.

So as our technology advanced, so would the evil of Silent Hill. Even if you blew Silent Hill off the face of the Earth, it's evil would linger.... So you put an end to silent hill, but the fears of mankind generate a new beginning. So every beginning has an ending, and every ending leads to a new beginning. So does the Chaos ever really end? that's how life is in Silent Hill.

Chaos, much like the status of Silent Hill as it undergoes its transition from "normal" to "otherworld," works by means of invervals.
Sure, chaos will return. It fluctuates. What goes up comes down (unless you're in outter space. Then it just goes straight biggrin heart ), dark becomes light (unless you're really far away from the lightbulb/source), good things happen, then bad things, then good things again. It's just because it's there. Ye can't destroy or create matter, after all. xp
My goal would just be to keep myself in a "safe" interval long enough to live out a good portion of my life in rest, before having to do it all over again.
Much like Heather does. rofl

Anyway, this is just a "what if" scenario, not a pre-emptive strike plan, by all means a very fictional scenario. But I'm glad people are enjoying it mrgreen

But I'm glad people are enjoying it mrgreen As I said before, so I'll say again: I luv survival scenarios. xD I'm not great at them, but for some reason I've always been fascinated by how much a person can do with a piece of string, a needle and a pack of matches. rofl *ponders* I wonder how safe an open field would be... Granted I would definitely not want to be stuck inside a crowded elevator shaft with some big ol' fat Cancer lookin' me in the face. xp I was always freaked out about going outside while Silent Hill was in Otherworld mode. The first thing I'd think would be "Oh lord, with all the monsters inside the buildings, how many of them are outside?!?!" What if they could pop up anywhere! xD Then you'd have to out run them! .... which.......... wouldn't be that hard, considering some veeery slow monsters out there. _xD

I would shave my eyebrows and my feet, have a pepsi then take a s**t.
Afterwards I would go find PH and make love to him then use the bug spray and say "YOU HAD TAkEN ADVANTAGE OF ME FOR THE LAST TIME!"
then PH will say ".... I WANT THE 6 MONTHS BACK!"
after Im all like "SO DO I!" and I run away, grab a butter knife, cut my wrists and I kill a little caterpillar and then I grab my bazooka and go hunting for awhile biggrin

You know, I've always thought a similar thing to SH. I always thought that if the world to go out, it would be cool to have zombies and then hit them and keep a point system. xp xd But the SH thing, I would probably do the same thing as most people would do. Get food and water. And of course my animals and then get as many weapons to protect myself.

All I got in my room is my multi-purpose hunting knife.... no other weapons really.... however, if the world was plagued with darkness, might just go into a wal-mart and "take" something I guess.... I do a ton of airsofting so I got fire-arm experience out the wazzoo, not to mention all the target practice I do..... but if i went to my shed I got.... Sledge hammer, pick axe, big lumber ax, couple shovels.... not to mention all the tools in my garage..... I think i'd be ready for whatever.... wink

Well if that ever came to be it would probably be me who started the whole thing with my demented self sometimes. sweatdrop blaugh
Thank goodness I live by a grocery story within walking distance, I'd probably hit that after I find my family and best friend and her family. My brother's a pretty resorceful fighter, but I can hide like a pro. blaugh I'd probably hop from one spot to the next by car, or hole up in a place with less monsters. blaugh (If that's even possible sweatdrop ) Because not all the rooms in Silent Hill have monsters in them, just creepiness. Finding water would probably be the hardest task.
It would be hard to survive though, I mean, I you'd think the world would play on the fears of others. I'd use the team effort since not everyone's scared of the same things. Get a pretty decent group together and you might turn out ok! sweatdrop

I would probably of course gather those close to me and then whatever we could possibly carry to a safe place to keep us going for a bit. I think another thing I would want to do, though this may sound ridiculous is observe the monsters, learn about them and such so as to better know how to keep safe. Maybe I could even get a new pet of one of them.
