Daven Moto envy2713 Daven Moto Okay in that case.... I'm declaring this closed. All of you get to co-write it. The first person who responded gets to start it. Then each person goes through it and adds to it, revises it and so on. Do all this in this thread. Everyone's name will be on it. Just so you know and can add to it, the Captains are going to write a couple paragraphs on their squad to put in the the "what the squads do" thread so the new user can find this info easily. Understand? I expect collaboration here, not competition. i feel stupid...i dont understand... sweatdrop basically one person will write what they think is necessary. the rest will add to it, change it and modify things or expand on stuff in this thread. Usually by quoting the previous entry. After a few days of writing, that will be the Guide for the New Shinigami. Ohhhh...okay! =]

A couple minor points: New people are assumed to have *just* graduated from the Soul Society Academy and they have a basic zanpakto. It has no spirit, it has no "soul" to it, it is not unique. It is simply forged metal (and spirit particles so it can kill hollows). When you join a squad, that is still your standard zanpakto. You will have to go on a "quest" or training regimen to find your unique zanpakto and to make it out of your own spirit energy. With THIS zanpakto you will be able to find shikai and possibly eventually bankai. Then comes two months of waiting to start training in shikai. I wanted to clear that up.

The Captains squad descriptions are coming and I'm also asking the various people in charge of the other groups to work up descriptions for them. So soon there will be "group descriptions" for the 13 squads, the Vizards, the Quincy, the Bount and the Hollows.

Then you MUST wait for Sousuke Aizen of Sereitei to appove your profile before rping. Once your profile is apporved, you may begin the process of evolution through solo rp, as described in Creating An Effective Character, in the Hueco Mundo subforum. Then PM the captain of the squad you are trying to transfer to, and once both captains agree, you may post an application in that squad and wait for an approval. this is the part unchanged from Younha ~For Those Not Wishing to Join the Gotei 13~ If you do not wish to join the Gotei 13, that is okay. You may join the side of arrancar or vaizard if you wish. To become a Vaizard, you must first join the Gotei 13 and obtain your own zanpakuto and be able to use shikai. Once you have done that, simply PM an existing Vaizard and ask if he/she will train you to become a vaizard. Again, feedbacks are appreciated

You should check this and another announcements at the Main Forum, everyday... Keep in mind that if you don't do this you may be banned later on!!! I know that the thread with the Guild Rules is a bit long, but ignorance is not tolerated in this Guild... Everyone gets a second chance, but failure to comply with the rules a second time and your banned baby!!! ~Creating a Profile for your character~ Now that you know all the guild rules ad policies, and have solemnly sworn to obey them, you have to create your character before you can start RPing... After coming up with your character profile you must post it here. This is mandatory! You cannot RP without having you're character profile in that thread! The profile is basically the place where all the information regarding your character can be found... His or her name, physical description, personality, biography, etc. Also it's the place where you must state your zanpakutou's name, description and abilities (including shikai and bankai if you've already thought about it). Notice that you don't start with your zanpakutou, nor do you automatically attain shikai or bankai with it... So if you put those descriptions on you profile, be sure to also add -- Not yet accomplished -- in large red letters, in front of it... your skills and other abbilities that you have attained, also go in your profile (like hadous, bakudous, shumpo, etc.)... Once again, you need to have obtained them in order to add them to your profile... You must also keep in mind that to obtain your zanpakutou here. To obtain your zanpakutou, you need to be trained by another person who already has theirs. PM ( Private Message ) them asking if they can train you. Once you have obtained your basic zanpakutou, you need to go on a training mission with your squad or squad members to unlock your own zanpakutou. The zanpakutou you obtain from your trainer does not have any powers or abilities. It is just a standard katana with the capability of damaging hollows. Once again, you need to have obtained them in order to add them to your profile... ~RPing your character training~ You are now a shinigami who just graduated from the Soul Society's Shinigami Academy and you now have your Asauchi - a basic zanpakotou without a spirit to it, similar to any normal katana. It is simply forged metal infused with spirit particles so it can kill hollows. When you join a squad, that is still your standard zanpakto. You will have to go on a "quest" or training regimen to find your unique zanpakutou and to make it out of your own spirit energy. With THIS zanpakutou you will be able to find Shikai and possibly eventually Bankai.
