Anyone want to volunteer to do a job? There needs to be a thread for new members on what to do and in what order.
Anyone want to write it? Unspecified prize from the Guild Mule for doing this.

I won't mind doing that... Although I have an exam tomorrow so i can only do it after 8 p.m. here... (I'm on GMT time and it's 5 a.m. now... I'm to tired to do the math... do it for me please...)

Okay in that case....
I'm declaring this closed. All of you get to co-write it.
The first person who responded gets to start it. Then each person goes through it and adds to it, revises it and so on. Do all this in this thread.
Everyone's name will be on it.
Just so you know and can add to it, the Captains are going to write a couple paragraphs on their squad to put in the the "what the squads do" thread so the new user can find this info easily.
Understand? I expect collaboration here, not competition.

I'm eager to help... But like I said in order for me to this properly I need focus... and before my exam my mind it's just not into it... After the exam I'll come here and help you guys out...

Usually by quoting the previous entry. After a few days of writing, that will be the Guide for the New Shinigami.
